shannon job: I only gave that 1 star because I had to do it to place the review. The old guy at the front is very RUDE . And the little black security guard is his little servant . I will never EVER GO BACK ! And after seeing what happened and hearing other families walked out as well . Little do they know I’m affiliated with a lot of organizations that use their facilities and now I will inform them of what happened and we will go to epic or defy !!! It is dusty and dirty in there anyway so MR RUDE CAN KEEP HIS OLD DUSTY ESTABLISHMENT, racist !!!

Katie Cox: Here for a birthday party: When we arrived the last party was still clearing out, and the staff didn’t make any real effort to move them along. My host asked a question about the pizza, but I had to chase them down for all other questions. By the time that we finished getting the tables decorated they were singing happy birthday - and I missed it because they didn’t give me a heads up. The kids ate and went back to skating, while I cleaned up. As soon as I got out there to take pictures they walked up to tell me it was time for cake. So I went back and set up the cake, but the kids were still skating and I had to ask someone to make an announcement. As the party was winding down the workers came up and asked if they could have some of my cake. I said yes, but felt like it would have been rude to say no. They took 1/4 of what was left (about half a sheet cake). There was no running water in the bathroom, they charged us $2.00 for each bottle of water. I felt nickled and dimed. A small note, there should be a few skate assists included in the price of the party. The whole party felt rushed, I was doing everything and didn’t even get a chance to get pictures or be with my child, and all I wanted at the end of the night was to get a photo of my family together. But without a heads up, they flipped on the lights and told us it was time to go. Communication was very poor.

Was very rude.i mean I couldn't believe he works there with kids.He talked to me like I was a Lil kid,then at end of party he tried to charge me for extra pizzas that I already paid for at the snack bar.. the staff was friendly ,bu that old man needs to retire .overall very bad experience!!!

Vivian Pitts: Had a blast!I went with a group of students (ages 10-14). There were children of all ages skating. They had skate assistance bars for beginners.There were several parties happening.A great vibe!Handicap accessible.Family fun or date night!

La Da: I will not go back to this location. The rental skates are very old and worn, the attitude of the employees, (especially the man at the front counter where you pay to enter) needs a complete adjustment from the 1950's into the 2000's! I could feel the negative racist vibes from the moment I entered the location. I will not give anymore of my money to support an environment where I am noticeably not welcomed!

Living Doll: Clean all around, ample space. You can enjoy skating even when there is a lot of people. Play all types of music. I enjoy bringing my kids here.

LATOYA NIX: People we have to be mindful where we spend our money! The attitude of the Owner is so unpleasant and very unprofessional. I don’t ever want to patronize a business where my “Money is accepted, but my presence is treated poorly.” He really needs to re-evaluate his attitude, and how he responds to customers. Everybody just want to have fun, without the rude attitude!
