Now the workers are okay with allowing trash to freely fall off the truck and they don’t properly dump the trash cans. I’ve literally watch them casually reach into the trash and grab bags but it was okay for them to leave bags still in my trash. DRGM Manning: All American Sanitation(Note): since my initial posting in 2017, I have to adjust my review to five stars. Although I did encounter the situation initially posted, they have come through as being the best sanitation pick up service in my area. All American Sanitation trash pick up has been the first to pick in our area. I do my morning runs on Mon/Thu and my trash is picked up, when my neighbors trash does not get picked up sometimes late mornings, afternoons and late in the evening. I've had service with All American Sanitation now for over 4 years.

By the time you finish RENTING a trash can from All American Sanitation--you could have PURCHASED your own trash can 800 times over!! Your fees with All American Sanitation for having your OWN trash can is $1 cheaper. Really.2. I now have services with Southview Sanitation [you need to provide your own trashcan] and Southview Sanitation prices are 90 times cheaper than All American Sanitation. I tell you All American Sanitation got me for YEARS!!!!!!!3. I cancelled service with All American Sanitation and I was a loyal customer for YEARS. After PAYING attention, my eyes were opened to the double standards of All American Sanitation ZERO consistency standards. I finally became tired of reporting the behavior to the office. Mary Quayle: I’m happy with the company. When we first signed up over 2 years ago, we had one missed day, and I was irritated that their office hours ended too early for me to reach them. But the person I ended up speaking with was courteous and displayed a high level of customer service, so that went a long way with me. We haven’t had any other problems. The way they schedule recycling and yard waste might not suit all, so be sure to learn what they offer. I love how simple they make bill-paying, which is really what prompted me to write this.

Dr. Griffin: My husband and I have been with All American Sanitation since we bought our home in 2017 and they have been pretty good to us.We had one issue at the very beginning of service, where they forgot to pick up our trash, but I have a doorbell camera and noticed very early that my trash was forgotten, so I called the office, told the receptionist of the situation and they came back out that day to my trash.I can see how some people might say that customer service isn't the best, but I haven't had an issue with their customer service, the lady that answers the phone doesn't always sound happy, but I imagine that working in the trash business is not a happy job.We get our bills on time and they have online bill pay, so it works for us.Just make sure you read and re-read their rules, which are listed on their website and I think you should be fine.

Chris Poole: I have been with All American Sanitation for years and have always paid my bill on time. A few weeks back they skipped my trash pickup so when I called to ask them why, they said sorry and came back to get it, never telling me that I was overdue. A week later I get my bill in the mail which said overdue with a 10 charge, so that same day I sent a check. A few days later they came and took my garbage can! I am very disappointed in the way they handled this situation and will be moving on to someone else. When I asked why didn’t they tell me when I called, the lady said it wasn’t her and she didn’t know why, Really! I’m moving on, they just lost a loyal customer.

They removed a broken table that was leaned up against our garbage can, but failed to empty the garbage can.Update: 5/24 called to get the pickup for yardwork which they acknowledged. When I got home today, they didn't remove anything. You don't get what you pay for with this service. I'll be switching to the other service.Update: 6/2 we've officially had all American sanitation for 1 month. Today, they took a few boxes, but didn't take the trash can full of trash. I've called and left a message to understand what we can do to get this resolved.Update 6/5 Got in touch with them today. Still unsure of why our trash isn't taken regularly, but lady on the phone line was nice. Hopefully things turn around for us and our trash get picked up.update 9/15: They skipped my house again. Annoying to get off work and realize they did this when their business hours don't allow you time to call and correct said action.10/2018 they broke the lid off ou garbage can and didn't bother to say anything or fix it. When we called to see if they'll replace it, they said they won't cover it. ... Really? Damage to private property and you're willing to put it all on the line?

Janice Parker: Trash removal. We have had this service for a while. As of the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023, their service was poor. There had been numerous occasional that they never came to pickup our trash. At times, we tried waiting for next week, but we had to take the trash off ourselves and the payment stayed the same. There were other times, I would call the office and the workers didn’t answer the phone calls. Then , they would pick up the phone and say they are coming later the same day, they would get it trash that weekend, and other lamé excuses. We ended our service with WM. Now, as of January 04, 2023, we had been told that they will pick up the two trashcans. We were told last week that the cans will be picked up on February 21,2023. THE TWO WM CANS ARE STILL SITTING OUTSUDE THE FENCE. I called WM today 02/21/2023 and was supposedly forwarded to the Manager, only to leave a message. I was probably leaving a messages to someone else. All WM gave to us was PURE LIES FOR THEIR SCHEDULE TRASH CAN PICKUP DAY.
