Jane Doe: I purchased food for my son towards the end of our play time. He was still sitting at the table eating when the session ended and they said we had to leave and that we couldn't wait for our ride inside. The next play time hadn't started yet, but we had to wait outside the facility. I had to keep my 2 year old from running into the street for 20 min. Also, he accidentally spilled his food on the sidewalk, so that was a waste.

Got pretty crowded the day we were there so have to keep an eye on the kids because there are a lot of nooks and crannies where they can't be seen. There's an area designated for toddlers but saw older kids in there throwing balls and disrupting the younger kid's play. Although staff was present the parents were mainly responsible for maintaining a safe environment. My 5 year old grandson had a blast and I wouldn't hesitate to take him again

Xander Johnson: I’ve brought my daughter here about 12-13 times in the last 2 months to wear her out and spend sometime out of the heat at the local parks. It’s been mixed feelings each time but today was the reason I’m leaving this review. I walk up about 5 minutes before the place opens up it’s next session when the, I assume manager, was also walking in who let me in to make the reservation and pay before the session started. She even went as far as to tell the young lady behind the desk to help me after she’s off the phone. Before I could even pay the girl on the phone then told me I need to leave the building to give time to prepare to clean the entire facility which clearly made no sense because both girls behind the desk weren’t doing much to begin with and had about 15 minutes from the last session to clean and still haven’t. I was already waiting in the car for the 15 minutes prior in order to let them prepare the facility. Hit or miss which is a shame because we did enjoy coming here but the staff and sessions isn’t worth the hassle.

Jac: I've been bringing my children here for years they always have a blast. Staff is usually always decent and the owner Coach V definitely cares for all her customers and treats them well with the upmost respect. As long as my kids want to come I will bring them.

Lorrie Ward: Unfortunately we won’t be coming back here. This place is run with strange rules and military style enforcement. You have to book a specific time session which is supposedly 1.5 hours of play, but they don’t open the doors to allow anyone inside until the time that the session starts. They make an announcement of the rules and then let people come in to check in or pay if they haven’t yet. This already takes 5-10 mins off the playtime. Then they start trying to kick you out 10 mins before the session ends and they stand there staring until you leave. So you’re paying for 1.5 hours but get 1hr 20 mins AT BEST. Probably less.My sons socks were filthy so I don’t know what these extra cleaning precautions are that they are supposed to be doing in between sessions. The place also smells really strong of chemicals so I have the feeling that they just spray the entire place down and don’t wipe or mop.The kids had a blast but the staff just made me and my friend super uncomfortable. Very extra fake high pitched voices, IDK it was creepy. Standing there with shirts that say “play patrol” and just watching what everyone is doing.I had my 10 month old with me who doesn’t even crawl and if I even wanted to set him down to sit in one spot I would have had to pay $12 for him. Ridiculous. Most places let under 1 year olds play free.

Octavia Brown: This place is great for smaller kids under 10. Bounce houses and cool slides. They have a really young friendly staff, clean environment, and a great snack bar if your kids get hungry.

Brittany Hendrickson: Coming back 8 months later to update my review to lower my stars.We went to megaplay today for the 1st time since my son's was born. We got there 2 minutes early and they girl wouldn't let us in until exactly our time slot. I assumed to get there early so the kids would start playing at the time slot but I guess not. So in reality we didn't get a full 1.5 hours like you're supposed to. To add, I had my 5 month old infant in the baby carrier and the staff was rude about me paying for him....he's clearly a non-walking/crawling infant, there was no need to be rude about it, he was obviously not going to be playing. And even if he was, I've never been to a place that charges full price for kids under 1 with older siblings. Lastly, the place was FILTHY! My daughters light blue socks were black when we left. Her hands were also dirty. For someplace thats rude about sanitzing upon entry, youd think theyd clean better. I'm not sure if we'll be back. I might make the drive to Angels island and pay the extra $8 for a clean and friendly play space.We had a ton of fun here today! My daughter is already asking to go back. Wasn't crowded at all.Definitely could use some updates, bathrooms were pretty stained and so is the equipment. Floors bubbling in places which caused my girl to fall a few time's.Overall a super cute place for $12.

Ashley Curry: Just leaving this place now because this is ridiculous. We drove over a half hour for our 2 boys to play. we got here at 330, had to ring a doorbell to be let in, and the associate that let us in said nothing about sessions to us. We heard an announcement about the session ending and had to ask about it. When we asked the associate at the counter he had no idea either. we even asked if we could stay into the next session since we only got 30 mims in this one and we were told no. we were offered a free play to come back another day, however I dont think well be back. not even a comp for the time that we didnt get to use today. We haven't been here in over 2 years and thought the kids would enjoy it. Unfortunately, I think I'll be taking my kids to Epic from now on.

Amanda carter: Every kids place I've ever gone to that has time slots has starred the time once you and the kids were checked in and you play for the full time you paid for. But this place told me that if I paid for 3 kids to play because I got there in the middle of someone else's time slot that my kids would only be able to play for 30 mins. And the price wouldn't be discounted. So I took the kids and left. I was not paying 12$ a kid for and hour and a half play and have to leave after 30 mins.

Marcella Tresses: We came to the Easter event and it was absolutely lovely. My kids are 6 years apart, and they both had a blast! There was an egg hunt for Littles and then big kids, prizes, pics with the Easter bunny, activities etc. The owner really takes care of her business, sanitation stations were full and ready, bathrooms Tidy, etc. Definitely will be back again and please check this place out and show them some love.

Veara: On 4/6/23 I took my son to mega play. Unfortunately, we had to leave after only 20 minutes due to the fact that they do not have any toilet accommodations for small children. The toilets are all adult size and they do not have any toilet seat attachments for small children. My son tried to sit on the toilet but kept falling in (he hasn’t learned to pee standing up yet) and ended up having an accident. He is autistic and struggles with toileting due to sensory aversions. My issue with this situation is mainly with how one of the employees responded to me bringing up this issue. I asked her if there are any toilet seat attachments or smaller toilets and she was dismissive. After his accident, I suggested they invest in toilet seat attachments so children can relieve themselves comfortably and she responded sarcastically, “I’ll take that into consideration.” Considering this business is directed for children, they really should consider having better toileting accommodations for children with all needs.

Steven Boehm: Had a good experience at MEGAPLAY. My daughter had a blast, and it was not crowded at all so it was easy to just let her do her thing. A decent selection of play equipment for kids to go nuts on.The only thing I didn’t care for is you only have an hour and a half to play. It’s 12 bucks for that hour and a half. I’m so used to going to places that have unlimited play time so this was our first experience where they had a cut off. I had to pay for a separate session just so she could keep playing.

Sir King: For the price and what you get, I can't recommend this place for a kods party. They (literally) lock the doors until your party start time, then the clock is ticking your the time you paid for before you even get tl set up. The kids really only got 45 mins to play, then a rushed pizza/cake, then time is up... for upwards of 350$... not worth it. Next time we will go elsewhere.

Mike Lantz: Great place to take kids to release a lot of energy. Clean and we'll layed-out. One of the areas was supposedly a dodge ball area and my 5 year old grandson wandered in there and got clocked by a bigger kid. No signage indicating what the room was. Staff is on site but too busy on their phones to assist. If you go just keep an eye on the younger kids. It's a fun place to spend an hour or so

She set everything up, kept checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and all the kids had a blast. They have several areas for the adults to hang out as well. I absolutely recommend this for your next birthday party or get together, 15 out of 10.!!

A variety of things to do for kids if all ages, the cafe has GOOD food, and it's really clean, doesn't smell like stinky feet. The referee's aren't nit picking every little thing like some places, letting kids be kids, while still keeping it safe, highly recommend!!

Marie Ziebell: Great place. You can host parties here. There is a small arcade and café. The smoothies are wonderful, and the sweet treats are something I hide from the kids. They are just too good to even think about sharing. Oh, they also have massage chairs.

Enisa Ray (Strawberry): The best trampoline park in Fayetteville and surrounding. Especially if you have smaller kids and want to have an overview on where the kids are. There is a café and you can grab a bite and coffee too. We love that place and we are regular there for the last 3 years.

toya lee: Went to this establishment May 6, 2023. We did laser tag and then go karts. We were next in line just two drivers and my little man. Was told he could not ride without a wristband. I should have been informed upon paying for the attractions. A simple do you guys plan on riding the go karts? I would have said yes and this would have not been a issue. No compensation or nothing, now I have to wait over 20 mins to ride go karts. Also the cards say they are good for a year but, been less than a year and my card has nothing on it. I should have 2 attractions. So I would advise everyone to check upon leaving and get something saying how much you have on your card if you plan on returning.

Luis Silva: I enrolled both my kids for the intro experience, and was able to be in the lobby without a face covering. My kids were enrolled in different classes and had no issues when I took my son, we were in the lobby watching my son play and have fun. Nobody mentioned anything about our face covering unless we went inside the where the class was being conducted. The next day I bought my daughter and the receptionist was extremely rude and sarcastic towards my family. She was forcing us to wear our face covers and I informed her that we’ve been here without them and it there was no problem. She refused to serve us even after our class had already being paid for. We were happy to enroll our kids and we’re going to enrolled them for the summer camp will not be doing that due to her behavior. I will find another place to take our business. It believe it was about $200 per child to do the summer camp, thank you for saving me $400.Not due to the face covering but the inconsistency of the service, because we asked prior to enrolling them.
