86radio: Customer of CTS for several years. I called to ask what time they closed and told me 5:00pm Monday thru Friday . Well never the less I arrived at 4:45 all the way from Southern Pines and came to find out no one was there. Could of told me that before making the trip all the way out here.
leon randal: Went to possibly buy a new pressure washer and Rodney the owner helped me. He went over several possibilities and I decided to rent a machine try it out for the next day. When I went to pick it up he had rented it out to someone else. He said it was a established customer. So I guess I didn't count. Messed me up on the job today. Poor business integrity. Very dissapointed.

Amy M: Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!

Dustin DuBose: Customer service here is horrible. Bald guy working the counter acted like he was disinterested in selling me a 300+ microwave lol wouldn't even get off his stool to go look and make sure it wasn't in stock in the back.

Sherry Spraggins: I used to spend 10 to 20k a year on parts here. When I tried to return a part that wasn't needed, they made up an excuse that it looked like it had been installed, so they would not refund my money. Now I am out $100 and they have lost my business forever. Piss poor customer service, and they only worry about their bottom line!! Avoid at all cost.

Part exchange went well but all three watched as she struggled to kick open the door with hands full again. Will pay more for better customer service.

We were so happy to find out they are open on Saturday because of course that's when the AC Unit decided to act up and it was so simple to just walk in and show them our part that busted. We had questions about what happened or caused this incident and if they think anything else would be wrong. Every question we asked they had an answer and more! They tested the part and let us know the voltage was off and this is our problem. Super easy and very well informed! I completely recommend and hope of all the place you decide to go you try them first!

Sebastien Pilon: I was looking for a new motor for my HVAC unit I called them and gave them the part number, their system told them they had the part I needed. When I got there it wasn’t the right motor for my unit, but Scott totally stepped up, stop what he was doing and got on the phone and called one of is competitors to see if they had the motor I needed and they did. Scott gave me the address so I could go and pick it up. They could of just said I’m sorry our mistake and sent me on my way, but instead they went the extra mile and made sure I was covered. That’s what I called outstanding customer service, this is the difference maker, everyone can make mistakes but the great ones find solutions when those mistakes happens.
