I won’t go into a lot of details but we’re from MN and moved here this last July. Family of 5. Our entire house was patchy with extreme temperature changed through out. (400$plus heating/cooling bill) We are using our finished bonus room above the garage as a bedroom for my oldest..well, it wasn’t livable..50/60 degree winter nights. I can only imagine the summer sauna that was inevitable. That was just one issue. We also installed a mini split 1-1/2 ton for the bonus room. (My daughters mowing the yard for the next 10 summers for that gift :) However with the help of Dustin and Abby they insulated the entire house, took care of getting the right company for the Mini-Split installed PERFORMANCE AIR w/HEIL UNIT. Performance Air are top notch too. Really good ppl. On top of everything which I admire is the Honesty and Tutorial/educating of what the process was. Informing me with pictures and explaining what they were doing through out the afternoon. All around this company is a 5 star plus! They also offer a few different financing options which is great. You won’t find a better bang for your investment. Thank you guys!!! They gave us a very fair, itemized quote prior to the job and stuck to that quoted price. They got started on our house exactly when they said they would and their crew were all very polite and professional. They were on top of cleaning up throughout the job as well.With the encapsulation, we immediately noticed the ‘old house smell’ was gone and there was a significant improvement in temperature control/humidity in our house. I was a little skeptical that it would make that big of a difference, but it really has helped our older house! Would absolutely recommend calling them if you are thinking of encapsulation.

We found that Tim and his team will go that extra mile to provide top-notch service to his customers. First, we had our attic insulation upgraded from a rating of 17 to 38. Highly recommend anyone to get their attic evaluated to increase quality and rating of their insulation. The Koons team has a superior Owens-Corning product and very thorough application. Although we had our crawl space encapsulated previously with an excellent liner, Koons Crawl Space offers a high-quality liner and an insulated wall blanket. Tim's crew did an excellent job in removing the old under-the-floor insulation, cleaning the crawl space area, and installing a superior liner and the insulated wall blanket. We highly recommend Koons Crawl Space Solutions to do any type of insulation work due to their on-time response, transparent communications, quality products, and superior work. Both jobs were well done, and we are totally satisfied!

Billy Jackson: Outstanding, professional, yet personable experience with the whole Koons team. I love it when you call a company to come out and you get the owner. Tim walked us through all the issues we were facing, expertly explained our options, and highlighted exactly what we would accomplish (regarding the health of our property) as we discussed those options. They were quick with a quote and came in way under other companies that quoted us the work. They ultimately ripped out all our insulation and replaced it, stabilized our foundation, installed a vaper barrier, and, more importantly, conducted a serious amount of mold remediation. Based on some conversations we had, he even threw in some additional work that needed to be done for free. His guys were always on time and very respectful. Nancy Hill: This company is a top notch operation. From the moment they arrived at my house for our first meeting to discuss my repair needs to their finished project completion they went above and beyond to fix and clean up what a previous company did not do properly. Their employees are hard working and very professional. The work they completed under my house of cleaning mold from under the crawl space was more than stellar, which the previous company that started left me in a mess and never completed. They installed insulation and a beautiful floor barrier. Going above and beyond was installing a dehumidifier under house for one month to ensure absolute drying of floor joist and entire area. they did this as an added precaution for me the customer which shows true customer service and what a 5 star company is all about. Teresa Faye: Installed vapor barrier was professional answered any concerns reasonable pricing would definitely recommend. * Update we had pest issues spiders water bugs etc. We had exterminator prior to barrier install. Once they installed vapor barrier our crawl space we inspect issue has decreased dramatically to almost being non existent. We would definitely recommend this company and the services they provide.

Daisy Collazo: We had a duct cleaning services. When I contact the company, they responded promptly . On the agreed service date, the crew arrived on time. They explained the process of cleaning the duct. The guys were kind and knowledgeable of their work. They answer my questions and provided orientation. When completed, everything was clean and back in place. We also received a call from the owner to ensure that all was good and see if we had any additional questions. We are very pleased with the service!
Josh Hardy: Brian was helpful and friendly while going over what we needed. Had them encapsulate my crawlspace, it looks great. Since getting the dehumidifier hooked up the floors are much more solid.

A scheduling conflict happened so rather than push me further out, they came out the same day and completed the job just hours after calling them! 10/10 would recommend these guys. Faith McCall: I had foundation work done by this company and the foundation was repaired, I think, but the other work that was done was shoddy. The door in my den had to be replaced well now every time it rains there’s a puddle of water in-front of it on the floor in the house. A toilet was replaced in the process and it was not secured to the floor. There was a light switch under house in the crawl space, it wasn’t put back. The baseboards look horrible and paint is splattered in various areas. All of this for over $40,000. I need more work done but I won’t be using this company.

Jessica B: Do not use this business. They were supposed to replace 950 sq ft of subflooring and did less than a third of it. Also stole $1000 from me which I am now having to go to court to get back from them. My floors are all extremely even from where they worked on them. Super unprofessional. Brian would not even return my calls or inspect the job. I paid $25,000 for a job that looks like a third grader did it, not counting the fact that they didn’t do all they were supposed to. Brian Fisher is a liar and a thief.

Erica Walters: Spoke with a manager today, who after almost 2 years of complaining about water damage happening in upstairs bathroom is refusing to come and look at their frame that is cracking and leaking because it’s “outside 1 year warranty”, when I brought this to everyone’s attention September 2021 3 months after moving into a brand new house. Incredibly poor work, terrible customer service for a military family in Moore County. Highly do NOT recommend because you will likely get a response as I did that was “nothing I can do for you, we can sell you a new shower door”. Horrible
Laura: The customer service was not professional and never returned my messages. They don’t keep appointments and they don’t call you to reschedule or explain why they didn’t show up. After months of trying to get my fireplace hooked up I had to call someone else. Excuse after excuse if you can even get someone on the phone.

Goes to show the direction of this company and what it values. Definitely not it’s clients.
Scott Warner: Choose a different company for gutters. Tri city came out and installed gutters on our house August 18th (after rescheduling us twice). Things happen, especially during a pandemic, so we were understanding and patient. Part of the job was to put leaf guards on. There is still a portion of our house without the leaf guards because they didn't complete the job...and guess what's happening now that it's fall? The installers also left cut metal pieces from the gutter guards all over the place outside of the house, so I had the pleasure of cleaning up after the guys who charged me $4,100 for this job.We have called and set up a time for the installers to come back out and finish the job at least 4 times now and they never show up. Every time I call back, they have to look and "see the next time they will be in our area" which usually means we get scheduled a week out. A week later, nobody shows up again. This company won't take you seriously, so don't even bother. We should have went with roofwerks.
Cheryl Eaglin: Would not use this company again. Water runs behind the gutters when it rains. One man installed the gutters. I made a complaint, 2 men came out for 5 minutes and quickly left. Bill came out twice and the problem still exists. Bill said he was going to bring another supervisor, but I haven't seen them yet. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

Kim S.: I got two quotes for gutter this company and another. The other company quoted me 3x as much for the same type of gutters (seamless). I think the only difference was the hangers they used and that wasn't worth the 3x quoteThese guys gave me a great quote for my whole house. They got me in within a month. When they came to install it only took a couple house and they were very nice and courteous. There happened to be a major rain later that day and the gutters worker beautifully
