LaDonna Turner: Lumberton store, no line..... equipment on hand! Out of my way but was worth the trip, 5 mins in and right back out.!
Haley Watson: Terrible experience with spectrum all around. I have spent over 8 hours trying to exchange equipment they gave me that is messed up and there has still been no resolution.

Bryan Quinn: Worthless internet company. Even worse store. Slow incompetent workers. Sometimes they are just unwilling to put in the work to actually do their job. They just push it off so they can be lazy.

Hayley Kauffmann: They seemed nice in the store but once I got home I realized they had added Spectrum Voice ( the home phone service) without my knowledge. Then when you call the support line to remove it they give you the run around. Gonna have to call again Today to take care of their employee scamming me. Terrible customer service and this store needs to be looked into.
Mouth “Aaaa” Face: I finally was able to switch to Metronet. For years, Spectrum wouldn't give me a good rate for internet only prices despite telling them I don't watch TV. I'm so glad they have competition now. Service was pretty reliable, just the price haggling was crazy.
