An_to_the_gie **: This Review is about the 5 star service department at Bleecker Chrysler Dodge and wonderful help I got from Pat and his team. I haven't used a dealership svc dpmt in years because of bad experiences but had a very serious issue that no one was able to fix. After a nightmare experience at Crown Dodge I brought my car to Bleecker and was blown away by the treatment, 100% night and day. I was treated like royalty; the waiting area is new with complementary snacks, cold drinks, and Starbucks coffee, a shuttle was ready as needed for a long wait if I had to get to a restaurant, best of all my repair was complete and my issue that made me fear for my safety was finally corrected. I will always drive the 30 minutes from Fayetteville to Dunn for work on my car and my Father's truck. 30 minutes driving the back roads to Dunn or 30 minutes sitting in a line waiting on my appointment at Crown? That's a no Brainer! Oh - Pat gave honest advice on products and ways to save on my issues. Don't let Pat retire. Ever 😅
shereka shackleford: I emailed the place to see if the vehicle was available. Then I called and a salesperson told me yes it was available. Less than an hour later I arrive for the salesperson to tell me it was just sold. This was a waste of time and gas

And kept me updated throughout the whole process Mike Skeen the service manager also made sure that all my needs were met and that I was happy with the entire service experience, I highly recommend this service department to everyone.

People at the main service dept were rude and ignored me waiting only to find out I needed to be at the other bldg. I asked 2 people for help since nobody was at the service desk (of the main dealership), and they totally ignored me. Got to the other bldg, and it was 45 min before the truck even got brought out back.
