Gator SportsFreak: The sales team are top notch but the dealer hasn't responded to our requests for help with warranty work on a new 3038e. Nice people at the Hope Mills dealership - but getting warranty service on our tractor (with an extended warranty) has not been easy. Hoping to get some help with repair work soon. I'll update as soon as I can. We would really like some help with repairs.

Anthony Ravenell: Had repairs and service done on my John Deere riding lawnmower. Mower was under warranty for some of the parts to be replaced. Service manager spoke to me and indicated before work was to be done he had to check beforehand then wind up charging me full price after I informed him the mower was under warranty and provided him that number.Been playing " Phone tag" for weeks now as when I called he admitted the mistake and indicate they will put the balace over to my card. They called and put the balance back to my card after the adverse negative post on Goggle.Closing, it did not have to result in this manner if things were done correctly from the inception as what was expected. I do appreciate the Service Manager expediting this for me. I do have a $865.87 dollar credit on my credit card statement.

Cobey S: Called them 15 minutes after they opened to see if they would simply fix a leak in one of my JD Gator tires. The man asked his nearby coworkers if the technician was in yet, in which they replied “he literally just walked into the back”. The man not knowing I could hear his coworkers then lies to me and tells me that his technician would call me when he got to work, as if the technician was not already there when I knew he was. If the technician needed time to settle in, just tell me that, do not lie to me within the first 15 seconds of the phone call. On top of that, I never received the call back, lol. It does not appear these individuals are willing to help their customers unless they can make a decent buck out of you.

Kareem Strong: A friend referred me to this location due to the many issues I was having with my lawnmower. I contacted Southeast Lawn Equip to inquire if they worked on lawnmowers and if they were swamped with orders. The representative that answered the phone informed me that they 1. Do work on lawnmowers 2. They aren’t behind since (at the time) it wasn’t peak season yet but I needed to get the mower to them ASAP. I quickly stopped what I was doing and loaded up the mower.Upon my arrival I entered the location and the guy sitting at the desk (doing nothing) didn’t acknowledge my presence. I stood there briefly then finally said hey, I called earlier about my lawn mower. The individual inquired if I had the red mower on the back of the white truck (so you did see me) I replied yes. He then informed me that they are in peak season and don’t have the time to work on mowers that aren’t John Deer.Needless to say, I left very frustrated at the lack of customer service .
David Kicher: Good equipment. Bad service. Had a bagger attachment installed on my mower. Original Eric was one week. Moved to a week and a half on delivery. At a week and a half went to two to three weeks, if they got to it. Talked to the store manager about getting it back. Then it was being worked. Two hours later I got it back. I discovered that the deck was not aligned, but I did that.

Juliane Main: Service department will not return my calls after having my tractor for 2 weeks. Submitted a KTAC insurance claim and the dealer will not send them photo's or a repair estimate after multiple attempts. If you need equipment or service please, please, please find another dealer.
Dyshorn Lebron: Since my last review over three years ago, I have definitely seen improvement. The sales, service and parts department went all out to make sure that my needs were met. Because of this, I just made another purchase.
Ty Kline: We didn't buy a tractor yet , we are looking around at different brands. But we really liked the Kubota and the dealership , we talked to Bob and he is a very nice person and I explained to him what we would need and he was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed and I was upfront about we aren't buying one today it will probably be next year until we buy one and we are going to look at other brands and see which suits us the best and he was very understanding and still very helpful and Kubota is very high on the list . I definitely recommend this dealership

Sean Kelley: I have used them to get a small part shippred directly to me. I also had them out for a field service on my L2800. The Kubota dealership closest to me in Sanford (where I bought my tractor originally) has been very little help and definitely does not do field service.
