Christina Hurley: Today I found one of my favorite new places in Fayetteville! I was at the UPS store, when leaving I saw a man sitting on the table eating a bowl of what looked like delicious fruit. I saw that he was eating in front of Earthouse, so I ran inside and grabbed a to-go menu. While reading the menu on my way to pick up my daughter from school, I made my mind up that I was coming right back to try it out. Let me tell you what if you like tasty, delicious, fresh food, then I highly recommend you check out Earthouse💯 They have a menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, vegan and organic ingredients, very fresh and so incredibly delicious. With all the different options they have, they have put together some amazing recommendations for smoothies, aqui bowls, and cold pressed juices. You can do more than just eat amazing, healthy, tasty food here, you can also get and maintain your health with their wellness shots and cold pressed juices. Soooo soooo 👍👍 Two thumbs up for Earthhouse. You will be missing out on one of Fayetteville's hidden gems if you don't stop in for a treat your taste buds and body will be very happy about👏👏👏

I tried the smoothie, “Pineapple Express” with an extra scoop of vegan protein. We drank our drinks post and during working out. It was very light and full of flavor! I didn’t feel bloated, I felt more over energized. Being boated while working out is not the best feeling, speaking from experience…but this drink has not given me that factor.I’ve been looking for an alternative to places like Tropical Smoothie and Smoothie King. I’m happy that I’ve found this place, thanks to my friend. It is natural and acidic, I don’t play around with my food/drink places, lol.Overall highly recommend this place and atmosphere all around. The owner was patient and nice enough to explain the ingredients and stuff he uses and let me tell you that food is something else! Cooked with love and tasted amazing! Those maple cinnamon Brussels are ridiculous good! And the spelt cake was fire as well! My girl had the mushroom sandwich with burro fries and that was amazing too!

Justice Edwards: Update: 5/16/23I’ve been ordering here for a few months. I would always order via the app, and the smoothie would be ready when I arrived. It was super convenient because it was right next to my job, and it was a way to get something to eat before going to work. However, today they were late making the smoothie, causing me to be late. The employees seemed dumbfounded when they noticed they had an online order, and while I waited for the smoothie to be made, I watched as the employees played around with little to no urgency. My smoothie was made 10 minutes after the time given on the app, and there was no other customer in the building.
Taylor Harris: Jeffery, at the location on Skibo Road was just EXTREMELY rude to me. I’m a new mother and was looking for something high in protein as I am breast feeding and need to up my protein intake. I asked Jeffery a couple of basic menu questions to which he said I’m unsure if you’re aware of what time it is but we close in literally 15 minutes. He was so rude that the customers walking in from behind me asked me if something was wrong seeming he literally stormed off from the register all together and left us all standing there waiting. It was not 15 minutes from closing when I arrived, it was 40 minutes from closing when I arrived and attempted to place an order. The location had the lights shut off in the building to give customers the impression that they were closed. An employee turned them back on and was scolded by the rest of the staff who stated that it was going to attract more customers if they turned the lights back on. Totally rude and uncalled for to treat paying customers so disrespectfully.

The VA website :Smoothie King – November 11, 2022Free 20-ounce smoothie with a military ID on Veterans Day.We arrived at 5:58pm and waited a few seconds to go in because it was raining heavily. Once going inside we stood at the back counter for a moment thinking that was the line. We then noticed we had to go to the other end of the counter to order. As we walked to the other side, one of the employees yelled out if your here for the VA special you missed it! It’s over! We stopped at 6! I stated we were here right at that time. She then yelled out its 6:02! First of all the website made no mention they were only doing this until 6, because we would have saved our time and gas. But it was the rude manner in which the employee yelled out to us that it’s over that was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Very disappointed and Will Not be returning.

I asked to have all of the smoothie contents I paid for so they tell me I have to pay for an extra cup. So I did. I get to the counter and there is my smoothie with an empty cup next to it. I ask where is the rest of the smoothie that I paid for? And with a straight face the manager says “if we give you the rest of the smoothie in the extra cup we will have to charge you for another smoothie…” So you are going to charge me twice for the contents of the blender that I already paid for??? And you throw it away?! Who is training these people? That’s theft! I will be contacting cooperate because they need to know what is happening in this Skibo Branch. Unsatisfactory (The one star is for the incident, not the smoothie. It was delicious.)

Zenaida Cranford: Out of my to go places I can depend on for a refreshment. This Location has never missed a beat. My Migraine are easily triggered by processed sugars and for all the good reasons I can tolerate Smothie King. Caribbean way is a must try.
R. Eric Frazee: Stopped by for the first time with my wife. A little pricey, but si is most healthy foods. We got a couple smoothies and enjoyed. Mine was a pineapple banana blend and he's was a banana peanut butter blend. Mine was very sweet and tart. Hers was a little bland and needed something sweet mixed with it. All in all, it was a good smoothie. We'll definitely give it another try soon.
Jason Myers: My new daily staple for breakfast to eat healthy. I don't know why by tropical smoothie place has a funny taste on their smoothies which are not found at smoothie king. The smoothies here always taste great and never disappoint. On a mission to try them all but I like the peanut butter and daily warrior probably the best. Only thing that could be improved is the parking which is terrible and an accident waiting to happen!

Jayden Yates: I have worked at Tropicals before and since moving to the east coast have not been satisfied. That all changed when I got a smoothie from here. It was so good and not icy at all. I am very pleased with the smoothie and would definitely come again.

ashley smith: Me and boyfriend ordered our food at 6:10. there’s little to no customers in the store. we got our smoothies in less than 5 minutes so we were waiting. at 6:30 we decided to ask about our sandwiches and they looked confused. they didn’t start making them till about 6:36. we didn’t leave till after 6:40. we were waiting for over 30 minutes for no reason. they were just careless. this is the worst experience ive ever had a tropical smoothie. id understand if they were busy but they were just standing around and doing nothing while we were waiting.
Kayleigh Del Grippo: Service was horrible. Taylor took our order and she was rude and not welcoming. She also made our sandwiches and messed up the order. We were the only people in the building at 11:30 and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. She only put chicken and ranch on it then rudely left it on the counter and walked away. The other girl that made our drinks was a little bit nicer but overall I’m very dissatisfied. I work in customer service and never would I treat a customer that way.

It was very refreshing. The service in the store was very awkward. It was not very welcoming. All of the employees had earphones in their ears. I had to repeat myself several times. The good review is mainly for the drink and not the service. Although after we ordered the smoothie it was very quick. I would reorder the Watermelon mojito.

I stood at the register waiting to order looking at them for 3 minutes while they were pretending to clean. Then when the guy asked me for my order he had an attitude. I don’t understand why these workers don’t want to work ! I also came to the same Tropical smoothie place Saturday & another guy forgot my sweet potatoes and then when I asked for them he just threw them in my bag and walked away. never coming back ! this is ridiculous I rather travel to another Tropical Smoothie further away from my house than to come back here. This place is so depressing. I hope you guys can find better workers that actually love what they do or at least can pretend they do !

Keenen Williams: The employees are extremely rude and lazy, and the manager( the one with the green shirt is the worse).They will sit and talk to each other while the customers are looking at them. When you have a business where the customers are asking you to do your job while you are talking, and fixing your fake eye lashes, you have a problem. This is one of the places that need to be closed.

Josh Allen: They get 1 Star because they actually made my food. Other than that the customer service is awful! All the employees stood there doing other tasks for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Then the blank face worker at the desk makes me walk around to a side window to pickup my order, just for her to be the one to turn around and hand it to me. Hopefully you read this and realize how dumb you are for that.

Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to the location to make them aware.The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed for a learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy!My family is not at all angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience.

I will submit this complaint higher up especially seeing multiple complaints on disrespectful staff.****update!I emailed the store on May 2nd. And they never replied. Their response on here is just for show, and seeing the most recent reviews, they do not care about the mounting number of complaints about rude customer service.
Stacy Johnson: The past few weeks after my daughter is done with soccer practice, at Stoney point rec center, we try to run over to tropical smoothie before they close at 9:00. Nothing beats a nice cold smoothie after practice. We have made it to the store at 8:48 and a few times in the 8:50s, but they are already closed. Open sign is off, door is locked, and are closed for business for the night. The hours say they are open until 9:00, but they definitely have not been at least the past month we have tried to go. Please stay open until 9:00, you can start cleaning up, but give the customer a chance to get a smoothie up until the posted closing time!

He is rude, pathetic, and unfriendly to all customers who walk into the establishment.The female with glasses, on the other hand, is delightful and has great customer service skills. I speculate that she probably hates coming to work because of her male counterpart. I don't know how she remains calm and collected. I would have lost my poop. Maybe he can take some customer service lessons from her.
