The vehicle I purchased was shipped in a timely manner and delivered within the time frame that I was told it would be. The actual time at the dealership filling out papers went very quickly. I thought it was a nice touch that they put a bow on my vehicle when I went to drive it off. I've purchased a couple of new cars during my lifetime and had never had any dealership put that extra effort in to make that moment special. If I ever need to buy used certified, CarMax will be my first option.
