Tracy Redfern: Working with this business was amazing! The employees who came to remove and haul away junk were so personable, kind, professional, and efficient. The owner Trisha James is kind and compassionate with a strong vision of working together to make our community a better place, and she runs her business following these values. She is very accessible and easy to communicate with and prices are reasonable while quality of work and customer service is superb. Helen Duggan: have finally found a landscaper worth boasting about. If you want an honest, hardworking and fastidious company to work on your property contact Ms Trisha James. She and her crew came to my house for spring clean and the yard is now void of all leaves, branches and pine cones. All refuse hauled away. Ms Trish is very knowledgeable about lawncare and landscaping. She was able to answer my lawncare questions and proposed ideas for improving the appearance/curb appeal. Ms Trisha also identified current and potential problems with lawn, replacement and positioning of plants/bushes and drainage on property. She provided solutions for all. You will not be disappointed when hiring Ms Trisha James, an honest hardworking individual who takes pride in her work and treats your lawn as if it were hers.
Rhizzo: I also was awarded 2k in small claims courts for money owed. Case # 22 CVM 5748 I would stay away…it’s one excuse after another of why they can’t show up..it’s been about 2 weeks and not one time has work started before 4pm…a job that was told it was going to take 3 days is going on 13..that phase still isn’t complete. First time I’ve fired a crew. Refuse to refund a portion of the upfront money because I didn’t allow them to finish it (after 2 weeks) bottom line, lessened learned for giving upfront money. They will not work in the heat even if there’s no advisory..I gave 3500$ upfront money, they’ve completed maybe 1500$ and that’s being generous. Overall experience was horrible, when they show up their work ethic is good. But that’s the issue..showing up. Just stay away because now I have to go thru small claims courts if I want any of my money back..”it’s to hot, we will see you maybe tomorrow god bless” gets old. Just go else where. Almost feels like a scam..I wonder if they even have physical address? Just to clarify how ever invasive you missed the mark on your estimate that doesn’t roll over to amount of work performed. You refused to call and actually talk to me..your a terrible co. Your excuses are just like I said. 1 after another. “It’s to hot someone didn’t spray, personal reasons, idc how you shake it out, regardless of who or what stood in your way, you did not complete 3500$ worth of work. I have all the text,pictures and dates documentation of the hrs, days, times of how long you were here and the work completed. If you want I can post pictures of what you’ve done over the last 13 days and see what the community thinks is 3500$ worth of work if you wanna go that route? I can share the text of you telling me not to send you more money?? I’m at a total loss of words on how much you are completely off target..you haven’t worked more than 10-12 hrs total and that’s being generous. You are unbelievably out of line..your just proving my point by your comments. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I also was awarded 2k in small claims courts for money owed. Case # 22 CVM 5748

Ray Kimel: We called several Landscaping companies in the area about cleaning and landscaping an extremely overgrown yard full of many azalea bushes and weeds. We only received two call backs. Ones of which was from Patricia at "Power of One". Of the two estimates, Patricia's was far better. Upon agreement, Patricia was ready to start work immediately. They arrived promptly, I was introduced to members of her crew, Patricia explained in detail how they would proceed and was open to any questions. Patricia, Erich and Michael didn't waste time, were very precise in the work and their professionalism stood out in every step. Throughout the process several neighbors stopped by to comment on how great it was looking. During a break in the work, I was informed that they were going to address an issue with a Food Bank. I volunteered to ride along and help. It was great to be able to do a little bit to help, to learn about some of the great volunteer work that Patricia and her family do for the community and to have had the opportunity to meet some awesome people that were very appreciative of the assistance. Morgan Leigh: Cardinal landscaping did a wonderful job fixing my front yard. We had a soggy, muddy spot in the front yard that never dried. It was really a pain because my daughter and my dog run through the yard everyday and would end up covered in mud. It was from an underwater spring that runs near the house (we live near a creek). They came and dug the whole area up, ran a drain all the way through the yard and out to the sewer drain, covered it with rocks to absorb the excess water and then re sodded the yard. It was about a four day process and the men on the job were kind, personable, on time, and really got things done in a timely fashion. They really did a great job. DeeDee Jarman: Cardinal Landscape took out my centipede grass and installed Zeon Zoysia this week. I am extremely pleased with the work done. The installation supervisor, Jordan, was extremely helpful and kept me updated and informed throughout the process. You can count on him. The Zoysia grass was a little delayed being ready for harvest on the sod farm and Cardinal waited until it was ready so they could install the best product. Can't wait to see the zoysia when it takes root. Definitely recommend them for any Landscaping needs

Carson Giammaria: I called 4x times to pay my accounts bill and was told 3x that I would get a call back. With 1-2x days between each call, I was never contacted back. After the fourth time I called, I was emailed a contract and I was somehow able to pay immediately when I called back.In the two weeks since paying, my irrigation system has still not been turned on (while other systems in the cul-de-sac are on). I called today, and again, was told somebody would contact me.Service is slow and there is clearly a failure in the system to communicate or track information.

A s: They complete ruined my friend’s yard. Promised the world, but caused so much damage that it will cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. They also significantly up charge the plants. I do not recommend them for water related issues as they’ve proven they’re not capable of analyzing these situations and providing a solution that will hold…. If they weren’t capable of providing a solution they should have said so… instead they took her money and took advantage of the situation. Like others, the price of the project also went up from the quote because they kept adding on plants.
Robert malton: They installed some irrigation pipe in my yard, very professional and well done. Not a single problem at all, price was very reasonable.
Gen Thomas: This was bad. Really bad. I gave these people a month and a half of my time and got nothing in the end. I was so enthusiastic at the start too! They sent a guy out the first time only for him to be "let go" a week later so that they lost all records he had about the job I wanted. He had misspelled my name and somehow claimed I wanted a fully concrete yard. Then three weeks later sent out someone to do the exact same consultation with the promise that I'd finally get the sketch and proposal I'd been waiting for the past month for. Well...not really. It was another week before I heard back after hounding them on the phone. Finally I got an email with a picture that literally consists of 30 wiggly circles in a squiggle shape. THAT was my sketch. Wow. First off, we discussed my dislike of flowers and every bush chosen was a flowering one. Secondly, a landscaping company pitched installing "hydranea" in my yard. In case you're confused, they meant hydrangeas. They also butcher the other flowers names as well as confusing themselves on whether or not they plan to install 6 or 9 of a particular flower. Finally, to top it off I got a quote only to be emailed shortly after with an entirely different quite several hundred dollars HIGHER with the notation that the previous one was a mistake. RUN away from these people if you value your time.

Mayra Cabrejos: DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!!!!I hired Mr Johnson to clean up my backyard and he did a fair job, but he also brought his adult size kids to play in my playset. When I asked him if he knew what happened to it, he had no idea. A few days later I reviewed it on my security cameras and told him I saw his kids purposely hammering and jumping so hard on it to the point of breaking it. He said he was on vacation and would call me back. 3 weeks later hes not answering my calls, nor texts.
