Tabitha Melton: Looked on the website said it closes at 10:00 on Sunday got an Uber got there at 8: 40 walked in asked the lady at the front desk if I could have a cart to put my clothes in and she said "NO" I said what do you mean she said if I clearly read the sign on the front door I would know that the last wash was at 8:30 I said no ma'am I was going off what the website said she said "AGAIN" if you read the sign on the door you would know so I said I can't wash she said again man no with the most irritating rude voice ever she just made my whole experience really bad and now I just really want to get this washing machine fixed mind you I have to be at work in the morning and it's raining

Our washer broke and we needed an alternative until our new washer was installed.Scheduling a pick up is fast and efficient. The laundry is returned the next day, washed and expertly folded. Or if a customer doesnt want to use the pick up service, the Laundry Day laundromat is a good option.The laundromat is also exceptional; it's clean, with big washers and dryers and an attendant to help if necessary. I will continue to use the pick up service and the laundromat and recommend both!

This time there was only a sprinkle of water coming from the cold wash which left most of the clothing dry during the whole wash cycle. And of course no one here this Saturday to assist. My money was taken and still had half washed dirty clothes. Never had this issue before.

An older lady complained about having to use it so he unlocked it and let her use the bathroom and then locked it back. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom. He hid in the closet.

Used washer number...didn't fill it all the way just to make sure everything got clean.There was not a lot of water that came through. When I told the staff on site what happened all she offered was to put a sign on the washer didn't get a refund for dirty clothes. I had to pay another 12 dollars or so to wash my clothes in a different washer to make sure my clothes were clean. Been coming here for a while now and never had a proboem but this was very unsatisfying to me. Just be careful when you go to wash and dont expect a refund when thier machines dont work properly.

It is well maintained and while I was here there was an attendant on duty who was cleaning the place, ensuring the traps were cleaned, making sure the machines themselves were clean. They use a card system to pay for the use of the machines and I was unfamiliar with it, but the attendant walked me through it. It was actually quite easy but I am glad he was there to help.

I had to take my clothes back out to the car and find a new laundromat that has other forms of payment. The place looked clean but I can’t go around carrying 40-50 dollars worth of quarters.

Gloria Morrow: The Wash House was very clean. People were courteous. The staff were pleasant and constantly cleaning. The only concerns were it was too hot and this Wash House was much smaller than the one I use on Santa Fe drive.
Amber Crum: Yes they're clean with surveillance cameras and places to sit, however $12.50 for a large wash is outrageous. It's the only one that fits our big comforter. And on top of that you can't use quarters or your own card directly on the machine, you have to sign up for one of their cards that has a $5 minimum when adding money. So if you only needed an extra 50 cents on the dryer you're sol.

Jennifer Oliver: The smallest amount of time u can buy on the dryers is .75 which is 17 minutes. They took away the choice for a smaller amount of time to use dryers. U also need to put it on a debit card now, cash will not work, so instead of having cash left over after the laundry is done u only have money on the card for next time. Now the dryers are 1.25 for like 14 minutes, just keeps going up, smh!

Ms. O'Neal: The only place I could go after work and wash clothes now it's no longer 24hrs and every time I go it's packed and all the washers are taken. This use to be my spot for 9 years would be five stars but I'm mad at them closing early.

Sara Chavez: Walked into the place was told to be quiet only for saying hello to keep my voice down that there are rules and signs for a reason . Was told how to wash as if I don't know how or as if I never washed before in my life . Even told me how much to put in each washer like half a cup or even one cup was enough and not to overfill . Was told to read each and every sign as well . can't do this can't do that . The owner is really disrespectful and rude in my opinion . Way to bossy . Will not be returning to this place . Just a heads up this place isn't for kids if you have kids he's against that as well with noise and messes and much more . Also if your coins don't go in the machine and you try to push it bang it or even try to do anything so it'll accept he'll walk over to you and take over .

Stephanie DeBerry: I had a wonderful experience coming to this location. The male that assisted me was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He helped me carry in an item. Directed me to what machines would work best for the amount of loads I needed to wash. He even gave me instructions on how to utilize everything. He allowed me to start my wash while I went to the ATM to get the money to pay for my laundry. In the past I felt a little uncomfortable with the approach taken by one of the representatives. This experience was nothing like that. Feedback is a gift it allows people to improve on areas of opportunity, but also acknowledges when someone has done an outstanding job. This interaction was awesome. Service like this deserves feedback and should be shared. Very clean establishment, very professional & friendly service. They went above and beyond. Check them out!

jenna smith: I showed up at 635pm and the gentleman inside came out and told me that I would not have time to finish my laundry. I have done the same amount of laundry in an hour before, which would have had me leaving before 8pm. It is posted that last wash is at 7 and closes at 8. If you are not going to follow your posted signs then they need to be changed. It was not my fault that this guy decided he wanted to start cleaning up 30 minutes before last wash. I have also seen him let guys in after 7 to do laundry.
Shalone Pouncey: I usually like coming to this place because of how clean and well kept it is but I stopped coming because of the customer service and the lack of respect. Respectfully, the tall bald headed guy that works there is very hateful, has an attitude, treat people like they are incompetent and is always in your face while trying to wash your clothes. I respect and understand the rules very much but I don’t need anyone telling me as a grown woman how to wash and dry my clothes or what kind of laundry detergent I need or should be using. I think that is insulting. If I’m not breaking any rules or policy, damaging or ruining the washers, why am I being harassed like I’m a child? Enough was enough so I just stopped going overall because I didn’t want to act out of character behind the worker actions. I tend to never come back as long as that guy is still working there. Sorry but not sorry! Respectfully!

It's so clean and fresh. Mr D is so nice and helpful. I have an injured ankle. Mr D help me load and switch to dry.It's quiet and clean. I've watch Mr D help everyone that has walked in. I've watched him clean and take pride of him business. I will definitely be returning! This place is amazing! Mr D is awesome! Definitely recommend !

Claudette: I went here to wash a comforter. Oh my the guy who work here is so weird. He really creeped me out he was all in my face trying to tell me how to use a washing machine I was like "You can't be serious" and he didn't want me on my phone in there. Now I know why nobody is ever there. This was my first time and I can admit it is clean but I will never come here again.
ross mills: Tried to call and ask about service. dude on the phone was rude, and not very helpful. I won't even try this place, plenty of other places willing to take my money.

Our washing machine broke down over Christmas and driving somewhere to wash clothes was the last thing I wanted to do after work but this place and that man made it an absolute pleasure.
