Jayo Tayo: Use another parts store other than this place or just order online yourself if you expect to get it within 2 weeks time. As far a buying equipment from them, reading the reviews already posted I wouldn’t dare do it. Their favorite line is “We’ll give you a call” don’t hold your breath.

J C: DO NOT USE!!! I brought my mower here for some deck work at the end of last season. No other issues with it at all. I go to use it for the first time since they worked on it and the steering is not functional. I call to address to situation and they were polite, but insisted that it had nothing to do with them. The steering didn't magically lock up on its own . I would not recommend.Reply: As stated during our conversation it was not addressed because it did not exist prior to it being in your shop. That is why I called with my concerns.
Charles johnson: I dropped my chainsaw off on a wednesday the 6th of February and get it back on monday the 13th. The people were very nice and diligent. I would recommend Diamond Outdoors to everyone. Excellent service.
Mark McKenzie: Was given a price of $270.00 for parts and labor. Was charged $369.00 for repairing a lawyer engine. I learned a hard lesson get it in writing. I definitely will never ever use this company for anything

I won’t come back to this establishment and I’m sure they don’t care either. It’s a sad world we live in even still today.

JenniferMarie 9794: Got the pleasure of speaking with Mae (she's such a sweetheart) & they serviced my ride on mower same morning I called them. It was my 1st time doing business but wont be the last. There was a storm heading our way & Mae & the team got the mower repaired same day I broke the belt. I was able to get the lawn mowed before the storm hit. Their business caught on fire a week later (no one was hurt & all their customers' equipment wasn't damaged) but they are rebuilding. They are a gem & I can't wait to meet them when they reopen. My neighbor dropped it off for me

Thomas Hatch: Today the pressure washer knocked off and I tried all the things I could think of to get it going again but to no avail. I called Jones Small Engine repair and Thomas Jones answered the phone and said to bring it. I loaded it up in the truck and took it to Jones Small Engine Repair service at 4800 Bragg Blvd. When I arrived Mr. Jones was working under a tent as his business had burned to the ground several weeks earlier. His apprentice Trevor quickly determined the carburetor needed to be cleaned. Within thirty minutes he took it apart, cleaned, put it back together and fired it up!I was so appreciative…Mr. Jones said there was no reason to be at home when there is work to be done! He will always have my business and I hope he will have yours as well!
Parker Smith: I took my push mower there for a small leak but it still worked well. I was told it was a two day job, but 3 weeks later, I just wanted my mowers back (still unfixed). I would’ve never heard from them unless I called them for an update. Very unprofessional when I did call. After all was said and done, the mower still leaks and now it won’t even start. Avoid this place if at all possible.
