Nora Linton: Let me start by saying, I only hired this company due to the positive reviews. I liked that all the reviews was positive except one. 2 good 2 be true. The reviews is overrated. I requested an estimate I received a date and time. Reviews said this company was punctual and on time.(NOT) I arrived at the property 4 pm as scheduled and waited an extra 20 minutes (no call at all) I started to leave then Lionel came. I informed him that I was about to leave and he gave an excuse for his tardiness. 1st red flag🚩I showed him my project and he wasted no time sending an estimate. The next day he called stating he wasn’t rushing me but wanted to get started. I had another company lined up for an estimate as well. We know to get at least 3 estimates. Because he was so eager to get started, his numbers was Ok, and he seemed nice so I agreed but that was a BIG mistake.😩 The first day to meet at 8:30 his workers was there but no Lionel.(Late Again) When he finally showed up he suggested turning the bathroom to a complete shower. He wasn’t even knowledgeable about the procedure until informed by one of his workers. 🚩We did a complete walk through and gave him a cashiers check for half of the estimate without being asked. All the materials that we were responsible for purchasing we did with no problem. We did everything he asked. Lionel agreed to pick up the materials for us which was stated in person and text messages. This is when it started going South👇. Pick up was the following Monday. He asked for access to the property at 8:30 am. My husband is a retired disabled Vet available to be there any time. I work long busy hours. We live less than 10 minutes away. 8:30 as scheduled no one showed up until after 9.🚩Lionel was to pick up the materials that morning. Hubby was told by one of the workers that barely speak English that he was suppose to make the pick up. After getting this info I called Lionel to asked what was going on? He claim it was miscommunication, he was in fact going to make the pick up.🚩It’s after 2 pm he never called or informed us of any changes. I explained to Lionel that we need to be aware of changes it’s called “communication.” Again another excuse he said its Monday and things happen.🚩 Ok! He’s on his way to pick up he lied. Someone else made the pick up late in the evening showing up after 9 pm. A neighbor asked out of concern why so late?🚩Next day I informed Lionel hubby had a VA appt. which is hard to get these days he sent workers over knowing this then got upset cause no access. He asked for keys I declined. Why? Someone stole a measuring tape and his workers always left doors wide open. No trust. He took the money and nothing mattered afterwards. It was his way or no way. Never checked what his workers did. They left trash from lunch laying about. No consideration whatsoever. Got my refund minus what was done which he overcharged but we were so glad to get rid of them. Don’t have time for the Lies and stress. I’m NOT the one. Will advise everyone I know to never use them. Poor business and unprofessional. A Truthful Review‼️💯👌🏾🤨🤦🏽‍♀️😡

They did an AMAZING job painting my house!!!10/20/2022This is my second time using the company. I needed my soffit venting covers replaced.
