Satina Furness: My fiancé bought me a gift and I called and politely asked “what is your exchange policy” the lady told me that they aren’t allowed to do returns because they can’t tell if something has been used. Which is okay I get that and I said “okay I just wasn’t sure because of the policy for online is different” the lady then proceeds to say “ well your husband should have seen we don’t do exchanges or returns, have a nice day” in the rudest tone I have ever experienced through customer service. Will never go back to this store. I recommend only buying online. Really disappointed in the way this store's customer service specifically.

Alison L.: My 2 daughters and I came into the Skibo Road store on 3-4-23. Alexis was extremely rude and unprofessional. It started with barking commands to not touch the items on DISPLAY. Which was fine, no harm done. Then came the staring and making rude comments purposely loud enough to the other worker as if we were stealing and as if we wouldn't hear their comments. We asked for the managers phone number or contact information but was denied. As we walked out the door, the loud nasty commenting continued. We were there to shop and make some purchases. In the future, We'll do our purchases elsewhere.

Just Me: My husband & I went in today around 12p. After going in Adam & Eve across the street, we decided to stop in. We were greeted right away with a warm welcome. We were amazed by the selection! So much fun stuff, I couldn't make up my mind. The girl at the register asked us if we needed suggestions on good products. I definitely welcome suggestions from other woman about what products are good. I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful, and made us feel comfortable asking questions.I enjoyed looking at all the fun things to try. We made our selection based on the recommendation of the sales clerk. Can't wait to try it out later. We def. will be back!

So we went in after 10-15 minutes we were never greeted Or welcomed. One lady passed by us didn’t even ask if we needed help and we noticed that a lot of the drawers were messy even the clearance section was messy. So we couldn’t find what we were looking for so we decided to leave and nobody said have a nice day. And that is why I don’t go into any Victoria’s Secret stores anymore. I work in retail and I know how it is you’re supposed to greet anyone and everyone. Whoever trains the employees they should train them how to greet people no matter what they look like or race.

I went in and fell in love with the product variety in plus size. I did have a not so pleasant experience with another associate but Paul was very helpful when she chose not to be. Heather Duncan: The new location on Raeford road drew my husband and myself in with its bright and visible signs. Only for us to be pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well laid out the inside was. The store is clean and well lit and has an amazing selection without being overwhelming. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are AMAZING. Any questions you have they are glad to answer. They make you feel comfortable and provide a safe space for you to explore and shop. Leave behind the overpriced chain shops and seedy slummy stores that you think are half good in this town and support this growing shop. They have something for everyone and that includes you. I can not say enough good things in support of them 3

Cynara McKinstry: This is normally my go-to place for reasonably priced lingerie and accessories, especially because of the option to try things on in store before committing to purchasing. While shopping today I tried on a pair of lace-topped fishnet stockings (well I tried on ONE stocking) to make sure that it fit properly. Although it was a little big I decided to purchase them because it was the only size that they had in stock. I wish I had carefully examined both stockings in the store because when I got home less than two hours later to pack for my wedding tomorrow, I found that the other stocking was completely ripped across the top and the lace had detached from the fish net. I called the store back to see if I could make an exchange- not even for a refund- since I hadn’t even had an opportunity to wear them yet. I was told that because the package had been opened it couldn’t be returned or exchanged. Seems like a silly policy for a store that allows you to open the packages to try them on. Now I’m out of the money and out of stockings for my wedding night. Buyers beware of the “store policy” before you try on or buy anything. I’ve always had a pretty good experience shopping there but I will be taking my money elsewhere.

But this wonderful, beautiful, patient VS team member asked if I was doing alright and went above and beyond to help me. She got me fitted into the correct size and suggested multiple bras that might work better than the one I had been wearing. I am so sorry I forgot her name (but she was pregnant). A few minutes later I was out the door with 3 new bras in my corrected size. I am so thankful for kind people who are knowledgeable and act like they enjoy their job.
