Paul G: Easily one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced.To start, when we arrived and checked into our room we discovered the heavy entertainment center in the living room was broken and barely standing with the assistance of a footstool. The back of the entertainment center was completely detached from the legs.After reporting to the front desk, we were told that there were no managers on duty and that they were instructed not to bother the managers with any phone calls. The front desk seemed largely lost and not knowing what to do. The living room was unusable due to the safety risk of the entertainment center collapsing.After ordering room service and eating for the evening, Roaches were found throughout the hotel and really displayed the cleanliness of this hotel. I noticed throughout the hotel, they like to display a 4.9 out 5 star certificate, but based on some of the pictures, you can see just how clean this hotel really is.Upon checking out, I asked the front desk for a Manager again (he seemed irritated that I was disrupting him from watching his youtube videos on his phone) and again was told that a Manager was not available. I politely asked that one call me ASAP. I ended up having to call and speak with a manager 4 days later and they had no knowledge of my experience or request for a phone callMy recommendation, find another hotel to stay in and at minimum, DO NOT eat here
K M: The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. There were a variety of options, and the food was really good. Our room was another story. We arrived late, close to midnight, due to traveling. The linen on one of the beds was dirty, and the sheets had multiple holes. The tv remote didn’t work. These issues were presented to the front desk, and it took them way too long to correct the issues. It was 1:00am when I finally went back to the front desk to request extra assistance with getting the linen issues rectified. Housekeeping came to our room at least three times before getting the linen issues corrected. This ultimately affected my family’s ability to get as much rest as possible before we had to checkout. We presented the issues to a front desk clerk at checkout, and I requested to speak to a manager. I was informed that a manager wasn’t on duty, but my concerns would be presented to the manager. I’m extremely surprised and disappointed by the quality of our room accommodations. I don’t believe the quality was worth $226 dollars for one night.Nearby activities: The hotel is nestled away in a decent area. It’s close to the Cross Creek Mall and a wide variety of restaurants.Food & drinks: The breakfast was really good.

Jim Boman: Very nice place despite being a little overpriced if you don't use the amenities like pool or gym. The only thing that should change is that all those bringing pets should be put in a ground level room. Not dispersed all over the hotel. We were awakened 2 mornings in a row by a barking/howling/crying dog left alone in the room across the hall while its owner was out for breakfast.
Michelle Brown: This hotel was excellent. As a person who travels often, I think this location tops the list for cleanliness and comfort. I will definitely be returning.Rooms: The room was spotless. We stayed on the 6th floor which is the premium floor and I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the cleanliness.Nearby activities: Plenty of great places to eat and some decent activities for families. Across from the movie theater which is quite convenient if you love the movies.Food & drinks: We missed the evening reception but arrived towards the end and the drinks looked amazing.

Kimberlee Borosky: We have stayed here at the Embassy Suites many times. The staff and accommodations were impeccable. My husband and I were very impressed how the employees take pride in there hotel. The cleanliness is out of this world. I never see employees just standing around doing nothing. When their not busy I really noticed that they take the time to interact and take the time to get to know the customers. We always feel welcomed from the time we arrive to the time we leave. My husband and I highly recommend Embassy Suites and we will continue to return when making trip to visit family or traveling to other locations.Rooms: Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The bar/lounge area is quiet and tranquil place to relax and enjoy a cocktail.

Carey Golden: The staff made us feel welcome, were friendly & greeted us whenever we walked by. They had a pitcher of water with citrus fruit for our arrival. When we arrived at our room, we found a hand written note on the bed welcoming us. We stayed in a suite which was large with extra large bathroom & surprisingly a walk in closet! The room was new & modern with a strong air conditioner!We went down for the hit breakfast & it was good! Hot eggs, bacon, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, and much more. The coffee was good too. I can always tell because I drink mine black! I would stay here again!

Samantha Charles: Zero hot water for over ten minutes in the morning around 7:30. I took a shower the night before and no issue getting water in a few minutes. I tried 30 minutes late right before I left and it worked too. I asked for the manager to call me and even went to the front desk to talk to them. They NEVER called me back. I stay at Marriott’s many times throughout the year and I will NEVER return here
Christian Müller: That's my second stay in this Hotel and the service and rooms are really good. The breakfast is okay but the pool area needs a bit more care.Walkability: Is not that great except the AMC Cinema. Every other destination you have to use your car.

Tripp: Heads up to anyone needing late check out. Evidently they have a limited number they will grant daily, and no one knows what that is. Attempted to check out at 1 Pm and was told that morning sorry not able to do that as we have no more. I was able to scale back to 1230, and after much discussion I was able to be granted until noon. However I was warned the possibility exists I may get charged for another day.Emailed GM and never received a response. Adjusted my morning and was able to check out at 11:55 and stopped by front desk to let them know and the 2 clerks working just laughed!Never got into status or anything other than what I needed help with and must say was extremely disappointed with treatment I received. Did not care attitudes!

Michael Rodgers: While I would've liked to pay a little less for 2 nights, the room was excellent. We don't usually like to get a room with a sofabed but we didn't really have a choice. We could've gotten 2 queen's but this room was bigger and nicer. My son was just fine in the sofabed which was a queen, and we enjoyed the king. Two TVs, huge bathroom with a big jacuzzi type type with jets, double sinks and a toilet cove area behind a half wall. It also had a huge walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head, a hand-held head, and 3 jets in the wall at different heights!!! We picked the right one. The fridge was a mini one but it actually had a working freezer which isn't always the case with mini fridges. There was a large closet with a safe, and a desk, along with plenty of lights.We did have to ask multiple times for more towels, once directly with a housekeeping member, then we called the next morning/afternoon, but ultimately had to get them from the desk ourselves. I'm not sure if they're short on personnel but that would be the only problem we could really point out.We definitely recommend this location.
