When I was called to get my MRI done the TEC was extremely understanding he explained step by step what he was going to do and what I would feel because I had a blet onIt was my first time ever to get an MRI done I will recommend VR to anyone I know that needs an MRI done

Technition new her job! Minimal discomfort during mammogram AND she said if it was too uncomdortable to tell her and she would adjust! Totally aware of patient's discomfort level. My appointment was for 6:30am and I came on time, I checked in and 6:47am I asked the receptionist why it’s taking so long and also she is very rude; told me that my appointment it is at 7am even though I received the email one day before and the phone call for my 6:30am appointment. I asked her for the supervisor and said that nobody was in the office so imagine an emergency they only have the rude receptionist that always said that she can’t help. The receptionist is very rude, I understand that you are customer service and you have to give the best service but this short hair style rude lady not even try.

Daniel Page: Over 2 and a half hours spent in this place just to draw blood and go over some basic instructions for an upcoming surgery. The staff does not seem to really care about the patients, nor do they keep up with a schedule. We were called back nearly an hour after the appointment time ONLY because we complained. Find somewhere else.

Some days I have 2 areas. Even if I've waited an extra long time. They've apologized and let me know what was holding things up. They are always kind and helpful.

Me and my week old baby have had to come in 3 times and all 3 times waited over an hour even though we had it written in to be seen.

Was sent here from rainbow pediatric for my child’s jaundice screening and ended up in multiple waiting rooms for going on an hour and a half now even though rainbow expressed the importance of getting this done quickly. Lex Carrington Blake: I would give this a negative star if it were possible. This place has no value for time and can only provide excuses and artificial manners. I waited over an hour with my baby and the waiting room just kept piling up. The excuse was there were only two people working. That excuse is NOT acceptable. Hire more people if need be or train the ones you have. I didn’t feel comfortable with my baby in that place.
