Vera Flatt: The management is cruel, unethical and mean. My grandmother is severely disables and extremely ill with high fall risk. We were forced to leave her despite living two hours away and not being able to move her at this time. Management- do better. Treat your tenants like actual people, because they need help and care and you refuse to provide it.

Sheryl Sanders: I moved in here in January of 2011The carpets were not newSo now I've been here 10 years and they still won't give me new carpet. It smells abs even when I have it professionally cleaned it's still bad..I have asked for new carpet axs n to have my apt repainted and they will not!
Kerri Gasch: My mother has lived at Pineridge Manor for 5 years. She is now needing more assistance and is moving in with me, her daughter. During the five years, Deena and Carman, the ladies in the office, have treated my mom with compassion and respect. I felt as if these two ladies became my friends throughout these years. They were always concerned with my mom’s wellbeing and I always kept them aware of her medical issues. They were both wonderful the first time I called them. Carman and I faxed and mailed information between Delaware and North Carolina and she made my mother’s initial move simple. The apartments are beautiful and I live 1 mile away from Pineridge so it was fast and easy to get to my mom quickly. Carmen and Deena made all of this possible and I truly appreciate them more than they will ever know. Thank you Pineridge Manor for everything. You have been absolutely incredible.
