Bri: As some of the other reviewers have said, shopping at this particular location is a bit unpleasant. l had originally given a 5 star review because who doesn't love Bath & Body Works!! 😊 But after my last few visits here to pick up online orders, as well as to do some in store shopping, I decided to drop my review down to a 2 star. I've lived in the Fayetteville area for a long time, so I understand the reason why employees interact so much with customers... and it's not to provide good service, it's to prevent theft. Like so many other places around here, it's hit or miss on the experience you'll have while shopping/visiting/dining/working/living 😂. Some of the employees are super helpful and friendly, and others seem like they're just trying to get through to the end of the day or their shift... which equals rudeness and unwillingness to help customers, regardless of now nice and polite you are to them. The hassle of time spent picking up an online order here makes it not worth doing. Even with my orders being placed days ahead of time, they weren't ready when I came in. I also shopped on a weekday during the middle of the day both times, and still spent a good 20-30 min patiently waiting in line to check out and for my order to be gathered. You'll spend more time in the store waiting than it's worth... just pay for shipping if you don't need to go to the store.

Asked a girl about a sale that I received an email from that morning and she wasn’t sure so she said that she would ask for me and then just hid in the corner acting like she was doing something, which she was nothing at all. Then I asked another woman and she snapped off saying “No that sale isn’t valid” and then just ran away when I wasn’t finished asking her another question because I just wanted to know where a candle was at. So all I got to say is DO BETTER, your jobs not that hard!

MJ B Galendez: I am one who has been a loyal customer to BBW for over 10 years and I have enjoyed the products. Customer service have been hit or miss but I try not to let it get to me as the store does get busy. Well yesterdays experience at the Cross Creek Mall location in Fayetteville NC was disappointing. I saw a product that I was interested in, asked two sales associated twice if there were any more and they said no but there is a display near the cash register that I can go check to see if they had what I wanted. I go back there twice...looked around for the product for 10 minutes...asked another associate who just pointed me to the same area...I felt like they were just pushing me off and didn't want to help me. So I figured there was no more of that gingham strawberry scent spray and settled for one that I didn't really want. Waited in line for 10 minutes...cashier asked if i found everything I needed and I said no and that a scent I wanted was out and she apologized. As I was walking out, I saw the scent I wanted as it was in the front display of the store that none of the 2 sales associates pointed me to. Why didn't they point me to the front display? Didn't they know there was more out front? I then asked another associate if I can switch it as this is the scent I wanted, same size...price...it was merely a switch. The worker asked I guess a senior sales associate who said no and that I would have to wait in line again to exchange the product. Hence the line was long and I already waited 10 minutes in line. It was very disappointing that they didn't offer to assist in the switch and just pushed me off as if I wasn't important. It left a sour taste in my mouth and has discouraged me from wanting to shop there anymore.I'm sure if they knew the person or the person looked a certain way, they would have clearly assisted with the switch. Perhaps just walking me up for a speedier switch as I only had one product yet they didn't want to help me. Disappointing experience.

Roxy Montanez: Employees are rude and unhelpful they will run away from you and avoid you. You'll be lucky to get one that asks you if you need any help. Some of the girls have really bad attitudes and make faces while they're at the register where everyone can see them. Probably the only Bath and Body works I've been in where majority of employees are rude or dodging customers and you have to look for one to actually help you. Online ordering took a while to get my products I ordered but I got them.

Park A: Great selection of smell-good. The crew is super… aggressive? I can appreciate a willingness to help, but these ladies take it a bit far.If you need someone to talk to, this is your place; if you’re hoping to spend some time shopping in peace, use the app and just guess what everything smells like.
