I have a lot of muscular tension and I find it difficult to find people who are capable of providing effective treatment for my needs. I highly recommend people who maintain an intense physical regiment to see this guy bc he's definitely the best. Not only is he very fairly priced, he's flexible and kind and has great communication! He's very good about listening to your needs, and hits all the right spots. My new regular place, for sure!

Kelsey Perala: I hadn’t gotten a massage in a while and I’m now pregnant. I got a pregnancy massage from here and I didn’t realize how much tension I had in my back and shoulders until I went in. This session made a world of difference- I can feel how relaxed my muscles are compared to when I went in. Also, for the pregnancy massage, there is a massage table with mesh so you can lay on your belly safely. I’ll definitely be scheduling regular massages here! Highly recommend.

Steve Cook: I love this place. I've been seeing Sarah for a couple of years or more and she gives a great overall massage and will target any problem areas. Most recently I've seen Paula and I was very pleased with her massage as well. She also gives a great massage. I highly recommend Body Kneads!

I bought a prenatal and a Swedish massage for me and My Husband’s anniversary needless to say Sarah and her crew knew exactly what they were doing and I felt very accommodated, comfortable, and very relaxed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, I really do appreciate the time Sarah took to decorate each room to its own liking, the attention to detail is fantastic and the bathroom was so clean and updated and modern. This was me and my husbands first real professional massage that we’ve ever gotten and it was the best money well spent! This place is very affordable and I love that it’s a small business and the owner is there for you to talk to her and she gives you the massage. She’s very experienced in what she does, I did not feel rushed nor did I feel any pain. She made my neck pain feel better and my pelvis, I was 34-35 weeks pregnant when I saw her. Go check her out she’s on Owen Drive near the hospital Cape fear and it’s a very good business. I can’t wait to book with her again!!
Justin Hughes: This place is outstanding for soldiers and athletes,. I have been a hard active person with which I've accumulated severe leg injuries. Sarah's Athletic Combination massage is on point. It's alot to go through but the differences are sincerely noticable. I've been able to increase my mobility and run time for the Army's PT test thanks to this place. If you need recovery please give this place a shot. Also she throws clients parties for their birthday or special occasions very sweet and homey.
Barbara Clements: Buyer beware. Nice enough people but I was charged $85.00 for a massage that is listed $75.00 on the website, on a Monday that is supposed to be $10.00 off all therapeutic massages. It didn’t seem right when I paid but I wasn’t able to check and confirm the website price until I left. Oh and we finished up with a sorry, I don’t have change, should I put the extra on your account? Not at all prepared for business.

After about 8 calls they sent me a message saying they’re unavailable. Ended up having to get a refund. Horrible personal interaction. It's important for me that a therapist knows their way around the body (muscle body and specific techniques to relieve pain and tightness) and Jonathan delivered! I finally found my therapist 😊Thank you, I felt great getting off the table. I personally don't get massages just to get a nice swedish relaxing massage. I get massages for longevity in my field (because I am a massage therapist), for pain relief, and to keep my body in optimal working condition. I cannot thank him enough!

Dekyan: The first time I went to Lotus Day Spa I’d been looking for somewhere to get a massage for weeks and a lot of places were already booked up. I was in tears, my neck and shoulders were so stiff I could barely turn my head. Immediately when I called they told me they had appointment availability that worked for my schedule the same day. Zake gave me such a great deep tissue massage that I felt so much better when I left and I was so glad I went. Since then I’ve been back at least 10 times and it’s great every time.

The bathroom had cockroaches on the floor and there was no toilet paper in the stall. I should have left then. I had a male masseuse, which is fine but I don’t think that man was a licensed masseuse. It was given..he didn’t know what he was doing. He was just free styling on my massage and was pretty much doing random stuff. Normally when I get a massage I don’t want it to end. I was so ready for him to finish my massage that’s how bad it was. Only good thing about the massage was the heating massage table, and he stretched me at the end. Even the mints they have up front were stale. I am new to Fayetteville and from the reviews I thought this would be a nice experience, but it was not. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I messaged the company and waited until 5:15 before deciding to leave.My appointment was booked online and I recieved the confirmation email. I even confirmed thru the website chat appointment time and date. I drove across town and left work early for this appointment just to arrive to find it closed, then had the pleasure of driving home to raeford in rush hour traffic.All in all not a good experience, unfortunately.
