Sondra Bennett: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The salesman told us our mattress was on order and he would call us when it was delivered which would be 4 to 5 days. We never heard from him. On Day 6 we called and was assured it would arrive that day. At 5pm still no call. We drove an hour to the store only to be told it would be the following day. When I explained we had company coming in and that I needed to take a mattress home with me, he accused me of being aggressive. He then attempted to engage my partner in an argument about his customer service skills and how he was ‘trying’ to be nice to me. He wanted my partner to agree that he was providing excellent customer service. He then told us to leave and go eat and he would call when our mattress arrived which would be around 7pm. When we opted to stay and wait, he continued to be argumentative about having to stay late to give us our mattress. Around 700pm he tells my partner to pick another mattress because his delivery truck would not be there until 730-745. In all honesty the truck wasn’t coming at all. Instead of lying just tell folks the actual date! While we walked out with an “upgrade,” it was NOT what we wanted nor ordered. The upgrade is not comfortable. I don’t believe it’s an upgrade at all. I will NEVER do business with them again and am confident we were lied to from the start. I believe the reviews online that are positive are written by friends not true customers. The way in which he spoke to me was unprofessional and rude. Attempting to gain my partner as an “Ally“ to gang up on me was extremely childish. It didn’t work. He too agreed you were being unreasonable. We are absolutely floored with this 6’3” mans behavior. The only reason we walked out with a mattress was because another salesman offered it. He apologized for his coworkers behavior and told us we were getting the run around! This was a scam if I’ve ever seen one and the tall guy is nothing but a liar.

God is Good: When they say they have the best prices in town for mattresses, they ain’t lying!! I got the best deal on a mattress and box spring set. Good brands of mattresses for a price you can afford and I was so shocked when they said they would deliver the same day, literally within an hour after I left. Customer service was awesome and the delivery guy was really kind as well. This experience was a 10/10 for me.

Jess O: Grade-A experience purchasing a new mattress and adjustable bedframe. Service was stellar across the board, from sales to delivery. Accurate timelines were given in addition to in-stock items and availability and we were able to have our old mattress and box frames taken away for a small fee. A+ for the new frame's remote coming with batteries, haha. Seriously though, highly recommend this company for all of your sleeping needs.
Andrew Troxell: We went to get a sense of what beds felt like (foam vs hybrid vs innerspring). Wow. This place is great. They don’t have a ton of models, but if you find one that is working for you, go with them. I spent hours reading up on mattress construction, materials, and design, and the consensus was to go with a place that more or less resembles OMF. I would have loved to buy from here, and I imagine their mattress would have lasted forever, but they didn’t have the specific feel we were looking for. And they were ok with that. Low pressure environment. Answered questions. Love it.
Sandra Lombardo: Be prepared for great service when you walk into TOMF!! I was in a bind and needed a bed frame before we left to go out of town. I went in and spoke with Mark who basically went out of his way to make my first experience with TOMF perfect. Not only did he have the bed frame we needed, he took the time to put it together for me to make sure I knew what to do. He then took it apart, tied it together, and carried it out to the truck for me. He was the picture of perfect customer service. When it's time for us to get a new mattress we will definitely be using this store!

Their delivery guys are extremely friendly and efficient, even if they don’t call 30+ minute before arriving as we requested, which they may not have received that request so we are not faulting them. Our complaint is that one would think after buying 7 mattresses from them, they would have a loyalty program or some kind of incentive. As it was, delivery was originally quoted at $50 at our old address in Spring Lake, and $70 at our new address in cameron. So it was $20 more for delivery in a town that was closer to Raleigh, which is where they are being delivered from. And after paying 1/3 of what the mattress costs in delivery costs, we were told they can only deliver to Cameron one day a week. A Tuesday when both of us have to be at work. Not exactly customer service and convenience oriented.Regardless, we do enjoy their mattresses and the prices are pretty competice unless you start co spidering online companies like overstock.

We need the lower profile box springs and they have absolutely no exchange or return policy. All we wanted to do with box springs we have had less than 24 hours is exchange them and they will NOT exchange them. I spoke to Terry, one of the owners from the factory and he stated they have no exceptions to this rule. Buy online or locally from a reputable company that will have a customer satisfaction guarantee. Do NOT BUY FROM HERE
Greg Egan: We came in to purchase 2 complete queen size sets and rails for our house at the beach. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased items including a custom mattress for our travel trailer before and have been extremely satisfied with the service and quality of their products. Since we couldn't carry the items ourselves we scheduled them to be delivered for a very reasonable fee. The beds came when they were promised. The delivery people were great in getting the items into the house and set up in a very efficient fashion. Great Job!

Not only did they deliver the same day but the owners closed the store down just to make my fathers delivery so he would have had something to sleep on that night we just moved him in his apartment.Well the mattress my husband picked out for my dad wasn’t quite right for my dad and his mobility so my husband went back and the the owners didn’t skip a beep on finding another mattress that was better for my fatherNot only did he deliver it, not only did he help my father who doesn’t get around that great to set the bed up but he also took the extra time out of his busy schedule and stayed a extra few minutes to help my father put the sheets and comforter back on my fathers bed as he really only operates with one hand from his stroke. I offered to even give a tip and he SIMPLY SAID “not necessary “This is top of the line customer service! I 100% vote BOXDROP MATTRESS FAYETTEVILLE NC! This family owned company literally put the faith I had lost in todays customer service back into place! GOOD PEOPLE STILL EXIST!
