Harley Amburn: I came here a-few months ago and ate while I was visiting Fayetteville and I felt so welcomed and the food was on point! The staff are friendly and we had a good conversation and they let me dine in around 6 when they close at 7 with out rushing me because they knew that I had a two hour drive home and they even gave me a sticker that says fork yeah! And that’s how I feel about this location! FYI this is coming from an employee from the Greensboro nc location! Thanks for the love! I will definitely be back when I’m visiting the area again!

And once I stood at the counter and the employees held a whole conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me. (And no the conversation was not about work.) So yeah the customer service needs a little work for 5 stars.

However, when my sandwich came, it was burnedAnd it had white rice in it for people with diabetes, or people who is trying to manage their blood sugar you know that white rice, mini white starches will cause your sugar to rise. I called them and they told me because I ordered through Uber eats that they would be the one to give me a refund but not one time. Did the young lady even offer to replace my sandwich? I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.!!!!!

I asked the person behind the counter and they said, yeah it's a syrup. How is a health food place using junk ingredients like that? I threw it away after trying able 10-15 sips. Soft Taco: I really love the idea of Clean Eatz. They have premade ready to go meals that just need to be reheated. The ones in the store are frozen but you can subscribe to the meal subscription and get fresh meals cooked for you. Heather Landrum: I’ve only been coming here for a week now, on my second week of meal prep pick up. I am a VERY picky eater. But this place right here, absolute perfection. Their meals are perfectly seasoned and depending on what you get will have a little spice to it. The only complaint I have is that I wish I would have never ordered Hello Fresh delivery and came here months ago. Way to go guys keep doing what you are doing. See you next week.

D0nt Lack: I was really excited to try this place with the meal preps but something was mixed up. I ordered a weeks worth of food online and clicked the “special request” option and opted to remove a couple ingredients in 2 of 5 of my bowls and after getting home I realized 2 of the bowls still had those ingredients. After contacting them, apparently the “special request box and description was not added on my order” hence the ingredients I didnt want still being in those 2 bowls. I understand that for some reason the system didnt register what I ordered correctly but it sucks they didnt offer to replace those 2 bowls. From a business stand point, I would rather replace someones 2 incorrect bowls and continuing to receive their business rather than not, and then losing their business. I was excited and the place seems great, but their online ordering system definitely failed me! I will stick to cooking at home

Mixed Chix Makeup: I LOVE this place. I don’t know how you can honestly give this place anything less than five stars. If there was a rating more than five stars, I would give it to them. The food is delicious! They make it so easy to eat a vegan diet. They also have lots of non-vegan options. It is very hard to find a quality vegan restaurant in the south, but they have nailed it! The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming; they even offer you samples. I brought both of my parents yesterday and today; they both fell in love.😍 I’m a huge fan of the taco bowl; they don’t make us feel bad about doing substitutions or modifications. I am a forever customer now!

I then got a text from SW at 12:31 telling me my order was ready. I was already parked in the curbside pickup spot and so waited until about 12:35 to go inside and ask for my order. They hadn't started it yet. So I got my food at 12:47. Are you kidding me? I'll never use SpeedWaiter again - definitely not for pickup and I'm thinking not for delivery, based on other reviews!

I go to check on my order status and now the website says it is not delivering tonight. Tried to send a comment directly and it says that function isn't working. Tried to call the number to talk to someone and got a Verizon wireless auto message saying the number is disconnected. Don't waste your time with this delivery app.

Tim Rahl: Tried for the First time and after waiting almost an hour it said my order was cancelled online. I called and was on the phone with them for 30 minutes trying to figure out why. So now close to 2 hours later and no food. Will never use them again

The restaurant made the food in a timely manner, but Speed waiter took entirely too long to pick up my order. After about an hour , I called to inquire about my order and Speed waiter insured that my food would be hot and fresh. I called the restaurant directly and they said my food was still waiting to be picked up and had been so for over half an hour. I called SW back to let them know I wanted a refund, which they were extremely reluctant to give, keeping me going back and forth with management for another hour about the issue. In that time of them trying to deny my refund, my food still hadn't been picked up or delivered. Maybe it was a bad night for the staff, but I found the whole ordeal unacceptable.....

C Shorty: I placed an order with speed waiter at 3:56 for 6:00, then I called them at 5:20 to make sure I would get my order by 6:00. They reassured me that it would be there at that time. My order was over thirty minutes late and when I called them back again to see what the issue was they told me that they have to wait for drivers and that they didn’t have many drivers in the area and they have to pick up multiple orders. I did Finally end up getting my food at 6:46, with no discount for the lateness/ lack of communication. I was very unsatisfied and will not be ordering through this app anymore.

Even when I make a pre-order for hrs later. Here I am right now waiting on an order that is 30 mins late that I pre-ordered early this morning. And when I watch the tracker, why do they always go the longest way they can find to get to my house from the restaurant? Seriously! The delivery person is always cool but it took you 2-3 hours just to get a simple delivery done... and I’m expected to tip you... smh. I was unable to get hold to Speed Waiter 82. I have called numerous times and keeps saying that that line is bus . I called Five Guys to find out that the driver was very rude, placed the order on a Cash App card, asked for a refund and then placed the order on the Speed Waiter card. She only asked for 4 burgers and gave them my order wrong.The next day, I went to Five Guys to speak to their manager only to find out that they are not partnered with Five Guys. I found out that even though I placed the order at 6:24, she didnt arrive to place the order til 8:06. She was only charged for 4 burgers because she placed the order for only 4 burgers.. I even got the receipt. But I was still charged for the entire 5 burgers plus some. So I decided to use their messaging service, no reply after 5+ hours. Still calling, still busy. I went to the address that is given, no one there. Get this, it is an empty office that's available for lease. I am going to file a complaint and report them to Fayetteville Commission.Do not use speedwaiter. No customer service at all, locally based company with no location. I can't get hold of any one and was charged for food that I did not order and did not recieve. I even tried their Facebook page and messenger, no response.

Cameron Riddle: Speedwaiter has a fair delivery price and their drivers are nice. But its slower than their competitors. Im giving them a 2 star rating because they take a long time to deliver food, their app has a lot of problems, and because I wasnt made aware of an account ban.The reason they gave for banning my account was that the last time I used their service my roommate signed for me he signed something phallic and their driver took offense. I was never notified of the ban until I spoke with their customer service rep— who was very nice and explained the ban and offered to have the owner contact me. Kind of sad result but it is what it is.Edit:I’d like to clarify that I am not justifying or condoning my roommate’s behavior that started this because he did act childish. But he never once threatened Speedwaiter’s staff and unlike what the business has implied. Whoever is replying to the google review may be uninformed because the issue was resolved over the phone when I spoke with the owner several weeks ago. I never received any “evidence” of the ban, just verbal confirmation from him which was good enough for me. The employee in charge of replying to online reviews should speak with the owner more frequently so they are better able to respond to reviews.

Christopher Sanderson: I’ve tried ordering from them at least 10 times and have not had success for one excuse or another. It’s not a service that is effective in Fayetteville. Any positive review must be from a sibling or cousin of an employee because I’ve give them a double digit amount of chances and they’ve missed every time.Yes, the order was placed under my wife’s name. Way to deflect! Also, the poor driver who attempted to right the ship had to try to explain their poor service. That’s embarrassing! Not only are they a bad business to order from, but they are a bad business to work for. Can’t believe they make delivery people attempt to deal with customer service issues like that. She identified that because of a gps error, I have been getting charged for 19 miles for delivery which is way higher than where I'm actually located. She took the time to contact her supervisor and I am going to be getting a refund for that fee. Hopefully they refund it for every order with that fee but we shall see. Anyway, Trisha provided this amazing customer service while also managing to keep my food hot and delivering it before the delivery time. If I could request her each time I ordered, I would. Thank you Trisha!!

C K: I’ve ordered from them many times in the past but never again. I received a sushi order tonight and the rolls were all toppled over and a mess. Apparently I waited too long to complain (20 minutes) and instead of meeting me halfway with the issue the manager or whoever I spoke to basically told me he didn’t believe my complaint. Finally they agreed to reimburse me the $7.00 delivery fee on a $60.00 order. I would NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
