Nicholas Keyes: I am not one to write reviews but I feel like this is justified. I came in early March to rent a tux for my wedding on April 8. I was greeted and helped immediately and handed a binder with a lot of options to choose from. After making my selection, I was measured and told the rental would come in the week of the wedding. Time goes on, and I got the call saying the rental came in on April 4th. I go in to try it on and it is not what I ordered. The one I picked was slim fit and this one looked like a giant rectangle. The white button down was also 1-1.5 sizes too big. They suggest overnighting a new jacket, and I asked if they could move the button over to tighten the belly area tighter. They say sure, come back tomorrow (5APR). I come back on the 5th and a new assistant hands me the tux and they didn’t move the button over, and she says “I would say I’m sorry but I wasn’t here yesterday when i told you to come back today”… I ask if they can do it on the spot and they say I have to come back the next day (6APR). I finally go on the 6th and the button is moved over but doesn’t look right still, I take it home and my fiancé isn’t happy with how it looked so I turned it in on the 7th. I’ll be using a suit I have in my closet for my wedding day because of this… 2 stars for the initial meeting and choices, but everything else was next to no customer service. I had to drive an hour each day just to find out it didn’t fit or the button wasn’t moved.

We returned the next day and a tall gentleman with glasses,unsure of his name, let my son try on the suite and showed him how to fold the pants and place on the rack so they’d not get wrinkled for his event. Both gentlemen wished him well on his event. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and we will be back for all upcoming events!

After he removed the tags and gave her the suit back he was trying to say she was stealing.. Not only did he attack her he attempted to grap my 8 year nephew and she had fight the store owner off as he tried to locked them in the store. Lucky some black gentleman pulled the door open so they were able to get out the store. He claimed he called the police but they never came. So charges are filed on the store owner.. But now we find out that the camera don't work and the security tags alarm system doesn't work. You telling me he's been in business all these years and now he's camera don't work. Yeah Right.. I bet it doesn't when he looked at it and found out my sister was returning the suit and he attack her.. and attempted to lock her in the store...

Mou: The store staffs are worse- too snobby without any reason, don’t smile and always busy! They need to learn how to behave as a Sales person!! We love to go there only for their quality products, but it’s not acceptable to see those stern store people! Hopefully the higher managements will take some steps to correct those store staffs! Arlena Ratliff: This store has taken us through the ringer--and not in a good way! We ordered custom suits in December BEFORE busy prom season for our summer wedding. All of our groomsmen received their suits in a timely manner except for one. This groomsman called several times and still did not receive an update about his order. We called this past week (keep in mind we had to call THEM--they didn't call US) to check on the order, and a sales associate told us the order was in stock and they had yet to call because of the busy prom season. Okay, cool--we were excited the suit was in. When the groomsman went to pick up the order , he was met with a very rude manager, Meredith. Meredith gaslit the groomsman, telling him the suit wasn't there and that it would have been put back after he failed to pick it up. Additionally, she tried to make it sound like the groomsman was being difficult and incompetent, although all the information needed, including the receipt, was provided.When I called to speak with someone, I was hung up on twice before being connected to the manager, who happened to be Meredith. Once connected, Meredith had a condescending tone as she shared that the suit was IN FACT at the store (on the clearance rack to be sold) and stated she had shared this information with me when she indeed did not. After the problem was "resolved", the manager deflected the situation and continued to attribute her rude behavior to the store being busy.We understand busy seasons at businesses; however, that is not an excuse for rude service and disorganization--especially from managers who are supposed to guide the expectations of the company.We love Men's Warehouse with the exception of this location!

The girl that helped measure my fiancé was very nice and another gentleman we talked to while we waited to be seen was very sweet. Other than that had a horrible shopping experience, will not be returning. Found somewhere better down the road anyway. They don't have a big variety for men that are plus size either.

Sharon Egitton: My husband purchased a tuxedo shirt sealed in its packaging from this store yesterday to wear with his tuxedo to a wedding we are attending today. When he took the shirt from its packaging to press it before wearing, he discovered it was missing a cufflink. According to a sales associate I spoke with, the singular cufflink is only for display. Although my husband has his own, he didn’t have them with him. It would’ve been kind of the sales associate he purchased it from to ask him if he needed cufflinks for the shirt instead of finding out an hour before the wedding that he doesn’t have what he needs today. Guess he won’t be taking off his jacket at the wedding. Jos..A. Bank should consider adding verbiage to the packaging, indicating cufflinks are needed. This is very disappointing.

Timothy Ingram: How have I not been here before? I was driving by and decided to check out an option for a new sports coat. I was greater by a lady who was knowledgeable about the products and qized me regarding my interests. A few measurements later I had a table of options presented for me to try on, mix and match and provide feedback. After each item, the table was restocked with items reflecting the feedback and within a few minutes I had enough new clothes for the entire business week. Thank you for taking care of my wants.

MYRO METS: Sunday, July 24 2022Today I had the opportunity to visit Jos A. Bank in search of a dark grey suit. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by one their great staff. After briefly browsing, I was once again greeted and asked if there was anything they could do to assist me. I do want to say that I did take the time to do some research prior to my arrival just in case Jos A. Bank was busy and unable to provide immediate assistance. That was not the case at this particular Fayetteville NC location. Unknown to me at the time, I was greeted and thoroughly assisted by Ed Jackson; store manager. I’m thankful I familiarized myself with a chosen color because that information was vital to establishing the working relationship between Mr. Jackson and I. Before Mr. Ed Jackson directed me to the suits, he took the time to get my exact measurements. I want to mention that because that should absolutely be the first step in this process. Once measurements were complete, Mr. Jackson directed me their “travel” selection which I highly recommend taking a look at. Mr. Jackson and staff are highly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the differences between selections to assist in your decision making. By this point, I was confident and looking forward to working with Mr. Jackson. I want to point out that during my fitting, Mr. Jackson was there to assess and provide recommendations. Having their assistance “immediately” after trying on the suit showed a level of care. Thank you again for that Mr. Jackson. One key question that Mr. Jackson asked me was “what’s the occasion that you plan to wear your suit?” I replied and he acknowledged with “you want to look as serious and professional as possible.” As soon as we identified the proper suit fitting, Mr. Jackson already had the perfect shirt with tie combination laid out . Of course feel free to ask questions but Mr. Jackson took the initiative to explain why he made that particular selection. One additional comment I want to make about my experience. I’m not from the local Fayetteville area and I currently don’t have a tailor at my new location. With that being said, Mr Jackson took the time to place me in a pair of shoes with my suit back on so he could make the markings for any tailor to assist. That was going above and beyond my initial expectations.I just want to say thank you again to Mr. Jackson and staff for my suit purchasing experience!

My baby boy is only 16 but 5'11 260 -- it was becoming depressing every time we shopped for clothes since he was the "largest" size in most stores (they either don't have his size, sold out or the options are "corny") -- here he is actually on the "smaller" size, which has done a turnaround on his entire attitude. Seeing him HAPPY to shop for clothes is something I cannot even put into words -- this store has been a God send for this mother!! The associates are ALWAYS kind and make it even better -- they've always been happy, patient, helpful, and most of all understanding & welcoming! The quality of clothes are top notch in fit feel and last (we haven't had 1 item shrink, fade or lose shape -- you truly get what you pay for)! Very grateful to have foundyou! ❤!
