His attention to detail and knowledge of the products and services your company offers was in great detail. He started in the kitchen and worked his way to the unit outside showing me how long the salt would last and when I would need to by more to refill the unit. I would strongly recommend sending him out to new customers because his patience when asking a lot of questions was caring and he made sure you got the answer to your question.
