Lila Glotfelty: Fayetteville, NC would be lost without this company! I had to call them to the airport as my spouse was delayed and a nice clean, quiet car showed right up! I ended up riding all the way to Lumberton and back with the wonderful Paul and he was a safe driver and excellent traveling company. There are only about 16 cabs total serving this metro area post-COVID and no Uber, so I would recommend calling well in advance and booking your pick up and drop off. They are reliable, friendly and comfortable!

Oana Summerskill: We were in a JAM. Late the night before our flight, we got a cancellation notice from our ride to the airport. These guys showed up for us at 7am (after getting off work at 2am) and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. They helped us with our bags (5 tough boxes, 4 suitcases, 2 carryons and 4 backpacks), and were able to send out two cars to make sure we had space for all of our things. Thank you again!!

lani: The man I called on the phone was calm but had somewhat of an attitude, driver’s attitude wasn’t welcoming at all… very pricy. Had no choice since it was late and no Ubers available to pick up from the Fayetteville Airport. Uber to my location from airport would of been 14$ compared to the taxi costing me 37$. Wouldn’t want to use again unfortunately. Unpleasant experience.

Aiden Eckels: EVERY TIME i call this cab i it takes 10+ minutes to them to comprehend a very simple statement of where i am,such as an adress instead of just putting it into Google maps or something mildly competent. The drivers are infuriating and take forever to get to you. Thats not even mentioning how unbelievably EXPENSIVE this terrible service is. I litteraly only use thus because the army is dumb and wont let me get uber and i dont have a car yet. 0/10 would NOT recommend

Kira Stoyko: Very easy and convenient. I called the night before and scheduled a taxi to pick me up early in the morning to take me to the airport. They had me text the address which was helpful because my street name is kind of odd and often takes a few repeats to get it across over the phone. The car was an SUV, so plenty of room for luggage and I have a rollator to help me walk. It was clearly marked, very clean, and appeared well maintained. The driver was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation. I gave him a tip and he said I made his day!

Gregory Parker: If you call them trying to get an early morning flight then you can forget it! The man on the phone woke up apparently dazed and said he would pick me up, but after 10 minutes called back and said that he had no drivers in the area. I've caught taxis all over the world and Fayetteville, NC is the absolute worst for service and that is no exaggeration. It amazes me how this place can even stay in business. It's like this every time I come back here to visit. Not once have I ever seen a taxi driver here that actually cared about their profession... not once. I'll be back next year but this time I'll rent a car because I don't want to be stuck in this nightmare again. I'll be back next year and I hope that this taxi service is close down when I get there.Update: The reviews show your business to be substandard. There is nothing I can do to change that except to ask you to close down in the name of common sense.

Amber Shadley: I would give zero stars if I could. Called on Monday to schedule a ride for Friday morning to make sure I had a ride. They told me to call back on Thursday. I called Thursday, confirmed my ride for 4am, and received a message confirming it. They never showed up, ignored my calls, then hung up on me. I used my friend's phone and they answered immediately. I had to pay almost $200 to change my flight due to them not showing up. Do not rely on them!*Posted on behalf of my mother*

Robert Taylor II: Said no cabs were in the area, then one drives right past me. I tell the dispatch their cab just drove right past me, they tell me too call the cab driver..... I call no answer, they are a waste of time. Uber showed up soon as I asked for one.

L Malone: Worst taxi service I've used, the driver proceeded to scream at me because I couldn't hear him properly then when I asked him to not scream and he proceeded to deny ever doing so. Unprofessional, disrespectful and overall a terrible experience.
