Alise: Came in to have my iPhone 7 Plus battery changed. The pros: The new battery seems to be working great and the staff was very nice. The cons: Scheduled an appointment online but my appointment was rescheduled shortly after by the store for a slightly inconvenient time for myself but nothing else was readily available so I was stuck with what they rescheduled me with. My phone was in pristine condition when I brought it in, after the repair I have a few nicks on the side where they obviously separated the metal frame from the screen to put in the new battery. The nicks aren’t bad but noticeable since my phone is rose gold and now those spots are silver and the phone is no longer smooth along that edge. Overall it was a good experience.

D: They fixed my Ps5 Hdmi port. It was working great, but was still a little lose, when I got it back on deployment. I took it back, after returning home from my deployment, and they fixed it again like new. Even after the 30 day warranty. That’s great customer service. They didn’t have to honor it. I was ready to pay again though. I will be coming back to give them more business. My wife’s iPhone 14 needs a new screen protector. I will be going there to get one tomorrow. 👍🏾👍🏾

Bernie “DatGuyWithALobster” Bernhardt: I took my iPhone 13 here for a screen repair. The process was quick and easy. However, do beware: they do not use OEM parts, nor high-quality 3rd party parts. Any repairs done by anyone other than Apple will void your warranty, and Apple will not work on 3rd party-serviced devices. I wish this was mentioned during our first interaction - it was not.It took two trips to get the phone in a usable state. The first screen replacement was done improperly, and the glass digitizer and screen module popped out of the frame, and had bright spots, indicative of pressure underneath the screen module itself. It was replaced free of charge.The second replacement screen was of very poor quality. Dead pixels, poor touch responsiveness, a strange screen geometry and visible dot pitch at all angles. I have no intention of taking it back, so I'm stuck with a terrible display. There has been a significant increase in battery drain since this second screen was installed.Unfortunately, I will not be returning nor recommending our student population take their devices for repair. Friendly staff and great customer service, but dubious quality repairs, at least on Apple devices.

Angel Young: Went in on the 22nd to get screen fixed on iPhone 11. The sales team DISABLED the entire phone and set it to factory settings! My 12 year old daughter do not know her Apple ID and these ppl locked us out of a $800 phone!!! Called to tell them she cannot get back into her phone and they LIED saying it was already disabled!!! It was NOT she was using the phone when we pulled up to the store!!!! Now they act like they did no wrong. And they DO NOT proce match correctly still $10 more than Battery Plus!! I definitely should have been patient and waited for Battery Plus to open the next day and we definitely would not be dealing with this mess!! Keep your money and go to someone else

Dee Oh: Went in to replace my daughter's Google Pixel 6A shattered screen, and they wanted to charge me over 300 bucks. Went home and ordered the parts and tools needed to do it myself. Took me less than 10 minutes on my first try, and it cost me around $110. They wanted to charge me over 200 bucks for less than 10 minutes of work. Unreal. And I know there's places that charge less than what they try to charge me.

Andrew Jones: The only place in Fayetteville to go to for phone repairs. I needed my Google Pixel 6 Pro's screen replaced after I managed to crack it. Asurion was the only repair shop in town who had the screen available for the pixel and they repaired my phone extremely quickly. The staff were wonderful, very understanding, and helped out wherever they could. I'm very grateful for the quick work that they did.

Mariah: Went in at 10:47am to get my screen fixed where it was cracked. I was told it would take 3 hours, that's fine I went home and my partner was going to pick it up when he got off. He got there at 3pm and was told he would have to wait for the invoice to clear. He sat until almost 5 pm with no answers as to what was taking so long.When he got back and I checked the phone the screen looked amazing (hence the two stars) but now the back glass has its paint coming off and smearing. This wasn't a problem beforehand, meaning it was done during the repair.I called the store to see if they would fix It and I was told it was just cosmetic and there was nothing they could do. Highly disappointed that the damage they did they won't fix. Cosmetic or not, now there's a black smear across the back that wasn't there before.

Ryan Sellers: Through Verizon, I have Asurion insurance on my iPhone. When my screen cracked I submitted a claim for an Asurion technician to come to my house and repair my screen. Azra, who works at this location, showed up at my house and fixed my screen in about 20min. Two minutes after he left I received an automated text message from Verizon saying that the $25/mo Home Device Protect plan was added to my account which I did not authorize. Azra and I never discussed this plan. So I called Verizon asking how this could have happened and they confirmed that the technician did have the ability to add that feature to my plan and they removed it. I have filed a complaint with Verizon and Asurion. Check your account after doing business with this company and make sure they haven't added any features that gets them paid and cost you more money.

Tamra DeAkino: The attendant looked at my phone and because there were 5 scratches (not on the phone mind you) on the bar on the back of the phone, which is just to protect the lenses. I was told I could not use my warranty. Then I contacted the manufacturer, sent them pictures of my phone, front and back, I was told not to go back to Asurion. It seems maybe others have had the same problem with the company.

I found this place after calling others, I went with the cheaper option and they even had a deal for $25 off for first timers! W/ the cheaper option, the differences he mentioned, I haven’t even noticed! It was quick too. Thank you so much! I feel like I have a brand new phone lol
Tyrell Martin: Ok I was told to write a review so I will. The screen replacement done to my phone was for the most part perfect. Aside from the downgraded refresh rate that my old phone screen didn't have as it could go up to 120 hertz and the color is odd as well. I will come by later to see if the man who replaced my screen can get that taken care of too.

Antoinette Belanger: I called them to ask where they was located and they told me on Hay Street just look for the ducks sign out front very polite very courteous when I went into the shop they were very good and polite about the work I had to get the screen put back on an iPad and they did it within an hour and I would recommend them to anyone because of the service as to how quick they were and how nice and clean their environment was in their shop and I would go back to them again for services on my electronics very polite people and they did a great job

JoshIn1999: I don’t know what has happened to this company because a couple years ago they were good. Now every time I go get my phone “fixed” (6plus) they miss up my phone completely. I went in for my camera to be fixed & in the process they missed my touch up. I went back so they could fix what they missed up and told me I would have to pay for a chip to get replaced for cause of “touch disease” my phone never had before they put they hands on it. Starting to think they in cahoots with Apple with messing ppls phones up on purpose.
