Corey Williams: I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I have bought a home from here and this has been so painful, if i could give the house back, I would. I closed on my home in May of 2020 and did not move in until the last day of 2020. Buy at your own risk..... update 7/20/21 i have gave them a bad score because of their level of service that i have received. I have a year warranty on this home. the repair guy asked me why i give them a bad score, that's so unprofessional. I still have issues with the home, but because i made them look bad to clayton homes, they are trying to ignore me. i'm so upset i can't type. email me for my contact info and i will give the full story. bet!!! Update to this day 4–1-22 I am still waiting on warranty work to be done. Today is 5-22-22 it’s raining and my roof is leaking.

Unfortunately, we ended up going a different direction after the land we were working with was having issues, but if down the road we decide to do another home on our acreage, we will be calling Noah for sure. Always friendly and upbeat and knows what he is doing. He has become part of our chaotic family and hopefully will be part of yours after your build is complete.

They have all the tools and many years of experience in working with releveling mobile homes that may have settled over time. They also can move your mobile home to any location need be. They are speedy and dependable. They help with VA loans as well as new and used mobile homes.
LaPrei (LOVE): I really don't know how to state my facts...cause it is just to much...but I will say this experience with this company, and these seller has been horrible for me being a first time buyer. It has been over a year now that I have started this venture. I have been waiting over a year since the house has been placed on my property to move into this modular home. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Their problems become your problems, and its a shame a co-worker referred me to them. They have excuses after excuse to why they have not finished this house, and if they think I don't know about the money they seem to be trying to scam from me I do....I am wondering if their are any other persons dealing with this same issue that I am. You can't finish a home with a two man crew. After this is done I will be back for part two of this posting to let you know the real deal. I am in the process of seeking legal representation at this time. I have been patient and very respectful, but now I am tired.....LewiloveThis company will see stars before I give them stars!!!!! Unfortunately!!! I have to give them one star to Post!!!!!!

Maria Green: My mom just purchased a home a month ago it was poorly put together and the communication that Rodney should’ve been giving my mother was very unprofessional she had to keep calling Rodney to see what were the next steps when he should’ve been keeping her informed. There are so many things poorly done in my moms home it’s just ridiculous. We will see how long it will take to get all these problems fixed if it’s not done in a timely manner they will be hearing from our lawyer.

Nestor Antonio: My family and I purchased a home two years ago from Choo Choo Homes. During the first few months of living in the home we asked and told the manager of Choo Choo Homes that some parts of the house were either falling apart or weren't correctly installed, due to our factory warranty being active. I kept insisting with calls and text messages trying to get them to come out and fix our home, but they always came up with "we will get back with you next week" or something along the lines. It has been two years now and we yet have had someone come out and fix our home. It has been very unprofessional and unethical. I do not usually write reviews for companies or small businesses. But in this particular situation it is different.

Laura Pearsall: Absolutely love these guys. We got robbed a little over a year ago and went that weekend and picked out our house. Chris has been amazing! We had to do some work on our credit, which is why it's taken us so long, but they have stuck by us every step of the way. The house is amazing! Even though they tried to get us to put it on one of their lots, they worked with us to get it where we wanted it on our own lot. We had to go through a few banks, but they finally found the one for us. Love, love, love these guys! Would recommend to anyone and have recommended a few times now. Go see Chris!
