Aaron Plank: It's probably the worst experience I have had at a Chinese place. I am almost never negative, but when I say my dog could have seasoned the food more, I am not exaggerating. I had to load my "fried" rice with soy sauce because it tasted blander than white rice and took my main dish home to recook it with some flavor. Their salmon for sushi is about 90% fat. Buffet sushi has better ingredients. Had really high hopes for the place because of reviews, but both our dishes and sushi were worse than the frozen food I eat.

Bomie Lee: My husband and I have had a love and hate relationship with this place. We used to love eating here until things slowly started going downhill. We took a long break before giving it another try, to which changed our mind for the better. Again, we started going to Sushi Court several times afterwards, only to stop going after terrible service and an attitude from our waitress.We haven’t come back, but we decided to give the place another chance once again. What a mistake.The first thing we noticed were the changes in the menu. On first glance, it looked rather nice, until opening the menu and being unable to read ANYTHING as all the words in the center menu look as though they have been printed with low resolution. Everything looked so pixelated!My husband and I both ordered a chicken bento box, to which we knew came with a choice of soup and salad dressing. Our waitress said nothing about our options, but stared and waited. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, so I merely confirmed it with her on whether or not the bento box did come with soup and salad. She said yes, but said nothing else afterwards.As we were waiting for our meal after ordering, my husband and I could barely hold a conversation with each other due to the loud music playing and the tv, which was playing an episode of Rick and Morty and something with sperm.Soon our orders slowly came. We did order two sushi rolls. Mine was some kind of eel roll, which I thought tasted quite good. My husband ordered the yum yum roll, which was very underwhelming and tasted like nothing but cucumbers. Quite a disappointment.Our miso soup was ok, we finished that. We barely ate anything from the bento boxes however since everything tasted like “hot towels” (as my husband said). There was no flavor and all the sauces looked very watered down, especially the ginger dressing.We asked for our check, but our waitress didn’t ask if we wanted a to go box even after we paid. We wouldn’t have wanted one anyways, but still, it was more of the idea that asking a customer if they wanted a box or not seemed pretty important especially if a customer had leftovers of any amount left.Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely will be our last here. No more chances as we deeply regretted giving Sushi Court yet another chance today.

When Nicole was here they have always been very accommodating of wanting privacy while breastfeeding and sat me in back. Today I requested the privacy and manager Twon was very rude after having us sat was speaking to the server “I don’t have time for them” I asked the server to give the owner my phone number of course he had to let the manager know. She approached our table she seemed very hostile while towering over me and my child and I told her I would talk to the owner. She continued to argue while moving her hands about while I repeatedly told her I would just like to have the owner call me.

I've stopped going as much as I used to because Nicole is no longer there :/ the owner cares about his customers and the sushi is amazing and fresh. You get what you pay for. Good fresh seafood is supposed to melt in your mouth and sushi courts sushi does just that. Only sushi place in Fayetteville that hasn't had me doubled over sick. Try the ginger salad!! It was a weird sounding salad but then I tried it unique taste!! Also when they say spicy this is not your typical spice level this is super spicy. So advisory take into caution that no matter how much spicy food your kiddos likes they may end up wasting bc of spice level.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu which doesn't have but a very select few items but none the less the perfect size for the kiddos, the atmosphere is very family friendly and not toxic at all!!Wheelchair accessibility: Side ramp on the side of sidewalk!
Ashlee Maier: Ordered online.. went in about 10 minutes before the order said it'd be ready, no big deal right? I waited 45 minutes AFTER my pick-up time to get cold wontons and warm sushi.. my coca-cola was good, carbonated. And the mochi ice cream was good but not my favorite thing in the world. The only "great" thing about this visit was, I didn't have to pay for my drink. I was pretty disappointed in this visit but maybe they were having an off night.. I have no clue.

Hibachi portions were very very generous but lacking flavor. Basic sushi rolls were $10. Nothing fancy about them. Seafood Udon was pretty good but lacked variety. Stuart Poynter: I have ate here for years. Went this past weekend with my daughter and they forced a 18% gratuity on a party of 2. The food was not good, very bland, and the place was nasty. Couldn’t even finish my food because the more I looked around while I was eating, the worse it got. I will go to one of the other Japanese restaurants from now on, at least I get to choose the amount of the tip, heck I usually leave more than 18% if it’s good service. What a shame

On this night, the restaurant wasnt as packed, so that was a good thing, but because of the seating we always meet new ppl there.. not this time... it was just me, my son, and my wife... Jessica Best: All you can eat is a joke and if one person wants it you all must get it. I ate a small plate and even asked for less rice so I didn’t waste it because they add on a charge for food you don’t eat. Even though I got one plate and ate less than the cost of all you can eat I was charged $3.00 more because I did not finish my plate . You also “per the menu rules” have 90 minutes to eat and you must finish all your rice (seriously it’s listed in the menu). Stay away unless you like mom watching over your dinner and charging you if you don’t finish your plate. Huge rip off and scam, there’s a reason 6 servers were standing around with nothing to do on a Monday at what is a normal rush lunch for most places at 12noon.

April Miller: Went tonight for the first time as it now being the “sushi” place and not Ajisai like I said it’s NOT Ajisai anymore. Menu is totally different Food was NASTY well my hibachi was but husband did like his sushi . The manager was horrible. I ask for a Togo drink and was told it be a $1 extra for the cup well ok I have a long ride back home plus cost have went up so understandable BUT when the waitress went to find the cup the manager looked at my table notice I almost drink all my drink with no refill so told the waitress that it would now cost me 4.50 for a Togo drink. 3.50 for regular price with a 1.00 for the cup. So then wanted to DOUBLE CHARGE ME YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME thank you but NO THANK YOU but we did LOVE THE WAITRESS WE HAD I wanted to confront the manager before we left and when we got up she had notice us leaving and she walked away from the front and went to the very back. It overpowers the remaining ingredients so heavily that you simply can't enjoy it. The focus being to fill you up as fast as they possibly can. Not only that, but now the sushi chefs are in such a hurry to crank out all this sushi that I found plastic pieces still in mine. It ruined my entire experience after the first order of sushi I requested. No, my food wasn't comped, they still brought me a bill.

chan ham: Not top quality and high-end sushi place, but the price and lunch menu were great. Salmon is not top quality (no lines on salmon) but for $18.99 for lunch was a good deal. Melisa Harrison: Nice employees. Place was clean. Food selection was "interesting". Quality of food was subpar compared to other "fast food oriental" places nearby. A little on the pricey side. Not worth the $23.00 for the items my husband and I ordered. Rice was undercooked and tasted like a short grain. Tasted more like Uncle Ben's and definitely not sticky like jasmine. We won't be returning a second time.

Chicken tempura was tougher than a timing belt, shrimp tempura tasted like chicken, and the chicken wings no matter what flavor you get are all yellow once you bite into it... hard pass on everything but the Tea. You can still tell they’re trying to keep their $.15 with the sauce due to thinness but was more flavorful than the other location. I’m assuming you get less shrimp but a larger shrimp and the way it’s perfectly placed you’ll Think you’re getting more shrimp, surprise, lol. Betty Rankin: I order delivery and it was terrible. I ordered tempura veg in teriyaki shrimp and an egg roll. The tempura tasted as if had been cooked and left out to long. The shrimp was over fried and dry as was the egg roll. The worst 25 dollars I wasted. DO NOT HAVE IT DELIVERED!!

Although there is seating if you chose to dine in, its not enough for large groups so to say. Overall, a decent place to grab a quick bite.
Emily Newton: I saw a lot of mixed reviews and felt compelled to share my experience. I have eaten here MANY times. Always excellent food. I usually get hibachi filet. Others in my family order different things and have all had positive experiences with their food, as well. The staff are always polite, ordering is easy, and wait is reasonable (usually 10-15 min). Taste is of course subjective, but this is my favorite Japanese place in town.
Janice Franklin: Food have zero flavor and this is their version of hibachi rice…smh.. no vegetables, small portion, no flavor but you pay full price. I’ll stick to the one by FoodLion.

Was charged per vegetable and my boss ordered the same thing and it came with vegetables so they over charged me purposely. Quality is very poor, one plate of hibachi steak with normal vegetables and no drink was $16.

To add insult to injury--I placed a to go order for Udon, and instead of him explaining at the time of order, "they are out of soup" which comes with it-- he decided to include a salad, without my approval & still charged me the full price for the meal, yet I only received 1/2 the meal!! Then there was a time I ordered "shrimp" eggroll & received "pork" eggroll. well, I don't eat pork!!!... This man has no reguard for the customer, their money, their time, nor their order. He does what he wants. sad!! so again I say---BUYER BEWARE!!!!
