They have been here for almost 2 years and I can’t believe it took me this long to stop by. They have great brands with amazing quality. I purchased a Charles River Coral raincoat and the monogramming was free. My initials are changing in less than 30 days and the owner was very helpful and extremely patient with me on choosing a font style. She even showed me examples of what my initials would look like before embroidering them on the rain coat. I highly recommend this cute small family business. Great place to get teachers gifts, wedding ideas, jewelry, cute tops, and/or unique gifts that everyone can’t stop talking about.

The lady there was helpful, helped right away and got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. She asked when I wanted it by and said it could be done by Monday. I highly recommend this place.

Joe McWatters: Took in a gift to get engraved and gave them a week to complete the job. Got it back and the engraving is crooked and now can't get it fixed in time. Will take business elsewhere next time

Joselyn Recinos: What a waste of time. I went in with my company logo and a couple shirts to trialrun before I did a 200+ shirt order. I just needed two done for an Expo down in Raleigh. I called the day before to ensure it was getting done. I was confirmed that it was. Show up for pick up, the owner comes to apologize that it’s not.I request a refund. I got it. You can probably get any other Knick knacks from them. I can’t give an honest opinion about their work, since their customer service is trash.Pretty sure that speaks for the craftsmanship too.

Alea Ransom: I went to true time to get a baby name embroidered on a baby blanket. We agreed on the font, size and color the name was supposed to be. However, when I pick up the blanket I notice that the font is smaller than what we had agreed on. When questioned about the small font size the excuse was it would have messed up the font. When I was there originally and paid for everything it was not an issue. I didn’t receive a call telling me that there was an issue with the size and font that I had paid for. They did not inform me that they reduced the size of the font. I already paid and feel that it was overpriced and I did not get what I had paid for. Not to mention there was a small stain on the blanket that was not there previously. When asked about it I was told it would wash out. I would not recommend.

Jay Jones: Inconsistent pricing! Took the same item to get the same embroidery done on four occasions and was charged a different price each time. Same item, same embroidery, four prices!
