Latonya Robinson: Fayetteville Monument Works did not meet our satisfaction at all. We are unsatisfied with the work they did. The work was tacky. In addition to this, after they were paid for their work, they did not take our comments into consideration. They gave us problems and excuses multiple times. They will never get any more of my business. If you are considering Fayetteville Monument Works, do not do it! I highly recommend that you do not utilize their services! They don’t even deserve the one star!

Beth Derrick: Promises have been made to install my dad's headstone since September 7th. There is always an excuse as to why they don't show up. Friday, October 12, 2018 was the last date put in an email that installation would take place. NO SHOW! A phone conversation ensured installation for today October 15, 2018 at 10 am. We waiting and waited and again, no show. Was told over the phone that it couldn't be done today because some things came up over the weekend. Mind you, we have been scheduled several times and shoved aside for things that "just came up." Might I also add that everything was paid in full up front and we keep getting put off. Never will I use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Linda Byrd: I would like to thank Bass Memorials, Mildred and Walter Bass for helping my family once again, to create a custom, beautiful memorial for my Niece. Mrs. Bass even helped me coordinate with a wonderful installer in Nashville, Schultz Monuments to ensure we received her marker in time for us to give remembrance on her birthday. It has been a tragic time of loss and grief and they were so kind, loving and supportive. I highly recommend them for their attentive customer service, quality of work but most of all, the heart and compassion they showed for our loss. Thank you Mildred and Walter!

Michael Elliott: Have known the Bass family since i was a kid. They have always been very kind people. When my Mom and Dad died last year they were the only ones i trusted do do a head stone for my parents. When i went in they took time to help me pick what i wanted. They treated me with respect and caring and even asked to pray for me and my kids before we left. If you need a memorial done then this is the business to go to.

TK Cloonan: Once you go to Normandy, France, around June 6th for memorial activities there, this statue at Fort Liberty (Bragg) will make more sense, in my opinion. Seeing the sheer size and level of artistic detail on the Fort Bragg/Liberty Iron Mike Statue is worth paying a visit to.
Brotha Herb: The land here is well groomed and the area around it is peaceful, adorned with a golf course!
Joe D: This statue was located at the entrance to Ft. Bragg at corner of Bragg Blvd and Knox St back when Knox intersected with Bragg Blvd when I arrived there in Nov. 1978. In 1979, it was moved to the traffic circle on Randolph St. to protect it because of vandalism. It helped that the MP Station was a block away at the time. I did not see it again until 2010 when I was passing through the area and found it was now sitting in front of the Airborne & Special Ops Museum near downtown Fayetteville and learned from them that it had been dedicated a month earlier after they were able to obtain it and did extensive restoration due to its deterioration. The one that now sits in the traffic circle is apparently a replica/replacement that would hold up better to the elements.

Lauren Weathers: I can honestly say we could not have done this without Mrs. Donna and her team. We were able to get a double mosoleum in place in just a couple of days. They were fantastic the entire time and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I know we handed them a very difficult install and task but they took care of it and made us feel like it was not impossible. Huge thank you to Donna and Bryant and everyone that was able to make this happen for our family.
