In about a day she called me and let me know what we had been pre-approved for and sent us house shopping. We found a home within a few days and set the ball in motion. She answered all my questions as we are a first-time buyer. She sent me all the required documentation and I sent it back, and then called with questions. She never made it seem like my questions or concerns were not worth her time. She called weekends and nights on her time, so we stayed on track with our purchase. A very professional and knowledgeable loan officer. The process was quick and right where we wanted and needed. She has been a rock for my wife and I with our first home.
