tyedye 28304: BUYER BEWARE. Order a load of top soil from them last year. They neglected to mention there's a difference between top soil and "clean" top soil. Came and dumped some dirt and a whole lot of soil trash in my yard. I wasn't at home during the delivery or else I would have told them to take it back. Now a year later, I'm fighting off a sand-spur infestation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Tim Marks: Was attempting to buy top soil. The gent infrastructure of me in line was telling his entire life story so I figured I'd call to place the order instead and save my self precious time. When I explained this to the woman over the phone I was told it would be faster to just sit in line, instead of calling it in. She was fully prepared to take my order over the phone for a delivery, but not for a pick up. Terrible customer service. I'll just drive further away and get what I need from someone else.

She helped me calculate the amount I needed and was more than helpful when I talked to her. The soil was of decent quality and is already conditioned and ready for my garden beds. Prices are decent and delivery was fast and efficient. I will be sure to continue to utilize Hillside Landscaping and will refer as well.

The palm trees are straight as can be and they did an amazing job flattening out our flowerbeds for the rock. Team Blue: Seem to be nice people but they refused to let me pay over the phone to have an employee pick up some materials. I had to personally go pick it up and drive 40 minutes instead of my employee who was only 5 min away. Was great they had what I needed in a pinch, but would rather buy some from Amazon and leave it in stock.

Alexandros Brownlee: A hidden gem for landscape supplies. You can purchase all the professional fertilizers and pesticides that tru green, snows, green side up use. We use lesco products which can be difficult to find and they have the whole gambit of lesco supplies. I will be going there from now on for all that stuff.

There are other places that know how to do business.A little while back I had called this place to find out how much nursery mix I needed and I was told by Greg and he would get back to me and he never did. Last week I called again to find out about some nursery mix because it was kind of an emergency....... I had some trees coming and they needed to be potted up and I really needed that nursery mix.Twice he said he'd get back to me & twice I never heard back from him , so this is really ridiculous.I called Hillside landscaping Supply in Hope Mills, explained what I needed and the guy said three yards would be fine and the owner personally delivered it to me several days later on a Monday right after the weekend.I paid him and everything was fine. Don't waste your time with Carolina landscaping Supply their heads are up in the clouds , they don't care about business and they don't know how to do business, where I wanted that nursery mix delivered was only a few miles away from where they are located on Raeford road, yet when I called another place in Hope Mills they came out a few days later .....the owner came out personally and delivered it about 40 minutes away.
Patricia Howard: The prices were definitely on the higher end for the delivery. Explained to them what we would need, they took a hefty payment for the first part of our order and never followed through with the rest. Ended up having to locate another SOD farm and looking elsewhere for the rest of the material we requested.I contacted them and was told my call would be returned for the following shipment… never heard anything.. I followed up and received no answer nor response back.. I would not recommend this company at all..The thing is they originally reached out to me and was calling local landscaping companies to pick up business and then do this which makes them look ill prepared and not capable of taking on a larger customer base.
