Tdria Powell: The 1 star is for friendliness of the staff. Altough our family loves the space our new apartment provides we have been dealing with roaches since day 2 of us moving in here. They’ve came and sprayed 2 times and now it seems all the roaches have migrated to the kitchen and the worst part is THEY ARE BABIES which means there has to be eggs somewhere. We have informed them of that twice and pest control didn’t even bother looking. My sister has bough Bombs and it seems to minimize them for a week before she had to get more (which which she didn’t get reimbursed for) my 5yr old and 6yr old niece live with us and are terrified. My sister has OCD and deep cleans just about everyday and she can barley take it. The house is clean, it’s just baby roaches fresh out the egg sack and they’re in the kitchen now 💔🤬

Michael Ruiz: One of the worst apartments I’ve lived at. Overpriced and money hungry. Make sure you take pictures of every problem before u move in because they will charge u for it once your out that’s how they make there money

Alexis: I lived here for almost a year. I didn’t have a terrible experience. I enjoyed living here. There were only a couple of instances of really loud parties, fights/arguments in the parking lot, and someone tried to break into my apartment while I was home (which was fine because we had problem solvers available). I did the flat rate of utilities and trash pick up and it’s worth it. The maintenance guys are seriously awesome. It didn’t matter if it was the weekend or super late, if you had a pressing issue, they came and resolved it quickly. The front desk workers are really nice as well, besides onesies or twosies. But you have those individuals everywhere you go. I gave this place a 4/5 stars because it really wasn’t that bad and super convenient to go to post for work. Just a couple hiccups here and there. It is what it is.

Kara Halter: Have lived here for 3 years and would highly recommend. From what I can tell, they’re the best apartments in Fay for the price range. Always felt safe here, though just be smart and lock your motorcycles in a garage. Apartment maintenance staff are the BEST - they work super hard. The change to valet trash has helped out a lot. Nice looking neighborhood in a convenient location. We go on walks and meet new neighbors all the time.

Clark Park and its Nature Center join the Cape Fear River Trail (CFRT) and Moses Mathis “Bicycle Man” playground/trailhead to form a complex suited to hours of enjoyment and education. It remains a natural woodland area dedicated to preserving the environment, educating the public on North Carolina plants and wildlife, and providing a place to passively commune with nature. The Nature Center features exhibits and free viewing of live animals. You can walk an outdoor storybook on the trail near the playground.Visitors can picnic overlooking the woods and one of the highest waterfalls in the coastal plain.
For those interested in walking or jogging, the park has its own set of unpaved trails, and also serves as a trailhead for the paved CFRT. The CFRT has dedicated mountain biking trails, accessed near the Rivercliff subdivision at the bottom of Eastwood Avenue. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome on trails as long you clean up after them.
Clark Park Nature Center offers nature and recreation programming for educators, groups, individuals and families. Programs meet at the Nature Center unless otherwise noted. You must pre-register for all programs. Register early; space is limited in most programs. If enrollment is low, programs are canceled.
