Suzy's Sewing Shop: what do users think?
sean byrd: Fast & good service!
Angela Mason: Picked up my leather front blouse That I took to this cleaners and this is the way it was given back to me totally ruined ! And the so-called owner tries to argue me down that my blouse was brought in this way. She was very rude and displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you patronize this business and your clothing is ruined she will out right dispute you and tell you to go to the courthouse “Really”???? You would rather lose a valuable customer than to make things right . I will never patronize this business again nor recommend anyone to a place where the customer is told they are a liar! Not even deserving of the one star had no choice but to give this because otherwise it would not let me post!
Boris Abbey: Best service in town. I really love the owner. She is amazing!
Thalita Rabb: She’s a rip off extremely expensive & she doesn’t listen. I told her to only do one alteration & she did 2 alterations anyway. We agreed on one alteration then she charged me for 2 alterations. I had to take my pants back to her shop to complete the alteration I said not to do & she pretended like she was confused. Girl stop like really. Terrible service first, last & never again.
Devon Thomas: Great customer service!!!!!!!!
Samantha: Quick to help in a short notice seeing need! Exactly what I wanted
William Brazell: she is the best the price was great the service even better I don't do reviews but she did some work for me and wow
Cayman S: Always able to fix (sew) anything.
Set ZeBra: If you want done right go to Suzy's! Proven over and over! My go to place for sewing needs😳fast reliable service!
Wolfgang Sanyer: Worst place ever. They destroy your clothes and don't take any responsibility :-|
Jermaine Walker: Absolute best in Fayetteville!
Jen Z: She is the greatest. And her prices can't be beat.
Kim Thoa: Perfect every time and in a timely manner! Very sweet.
kway maule: Very expensive. I had some alterations done here and I had to pay through the nose. Nice place enough but very expensive!
Esther S: My husband got his suit dry cleaned here many times and they do a wonderful job, promptly each time. They are so friendly and the price is affordable. I highly recommend this place!
Terry H: Took my uniform in to get some stripes sewn on, she noticed quite a few deficiencies on my uniform from a previous seamstress and fix those deficiencies for me. Had the uniform ready for me to pick up same day even extended her hours to accommodate me. Highly recommend, professional, and very knowledgeable!
Brandon Lampley: Prompt service and great work done right.
J S: She is awesome! She is always willing to help with any issues and provides a quick return on alterations.
viviana mendez: Been coming here for about a year now, and Suz is the best! I always bring my gowns to her to get then alter, and she does an amazing job for a good price, and gets it done pretty quick.
Delicia Destine: I dropped 3 items off on Monday, May 29th. to be dry cleaned. They were supposed to be ready on Thursday, June 1st. I arrived to Suzy's sewing shop on Thursday and she told me they were not ready. She told me to come back on Friday, and unfortunately on Friday it still was not ready. The owner told me to come back Monday, and it would be ready. Well... Monday came and I went at 9:30AM and it still wasnt ready, so she told me to come back later. I came back at about 6:50PM and it still was not ready!!! I left work early on Wednesday and when I got there my jacket was still not there. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come bring my jacket. Come to find out she does not do the dry cleaning; she hires another dry cleaning company to come pick up her customers clothes and they take them and dry clean them and bring them back. On top of waiting, when I received two of the items they still had stains on them, but they failed to tell me they couldnt get them out. I am highly disappointed and will never return to this shop.

Great job ladies!

Christine the Quilt Dasher: My Artista 640 was not sewing well. It was skipping stitches and not making a good stitch. I took it to Loving Stitches and they fixed it right up. It is a relief to have it running well again. They have an amazing selection of fabrics and the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I know you'll be happy if you bring your machine to them.

Bonnie: Lots of quality fabric and and supplies
Mary Goodwin: Not to friendly this time around. My friend and I were there this week and we haven't been there in about year. Thought we would have better respond and didn't
Mary Crabtree: Very rude. Don't want to cut fabric. I put my 3 bolts of fabric on cutting table. And older lady just started to work on another project on table. The other young lady asked her is she cutting my fabric. She says ya i just got to do this 1st. After waiting i got tired and walked out. They dont care about customers. I was the only customer in store. They are super lazzy. Dont waste your time go eleswhere
Al Haskins: Great store!

Two Shot: Fast but he uses multicam pattern instead of OCP.
Jason Andrews: In about 10 minutes I had 3 uniforms fixed with multiple alterations. You will not find better price-better quality-or more convenient!
Ryan Lee: The only place you need to go for stitching uniforms. Best priced and highest quality done in a timely manner. I got all of my ACU’s stitched including my pants and PC. I wasnt happy with my rank being centered on my PC and they stopped everything they were doing to fix it at no extra cost and was extremely polite about it. You don’t have to bring in anything, they have all of the patches, ranks, and can even stitch your name on the spot. They also have other services including dress uniforms but i havent brought mine in just yet but will soon do so. PS he will also give you a free drink on your way out (soda, water, gatorade).
Adam Brinkman: Great service with incredible prices and quality work!

Kim's #1 Sewing & Dry Cleaning: what do users think?
Jonathan Novak: Great fast service, family-owned. The owner is so professional and has the best tech and supplies.
A. Finley: I definitely wouldn’t give them one star if it was an option. I drove across town to have two items tailored. I had such an extremely odd, weird, offensive experience with the unfriendly staff that were working. I was told the clothing couldn’t be altered and was never given a valid reason. I honestly couldn’t believe some of the things they said. I took the clothing to an alteration shop on Andrews Rd and had a pleasant experience with a very reasonable fee. Trust me, go elsewhere for your services. Don’t waste your time going here!!
smithchild80: Drove 20 minutes to this location because of the great ratings. Was refused service for mending my jeans. The older lady gave me gave me an excuse that they have to do work on alot of military uniforms yet another customer next to me dropped off a dress to be mended and they took it. I asked her if she knew another location that would do it since there’s an obvious Korean connection in this area. She told me no. She gave off prejudice vibes. I’m a retired army veteran and don’t appreciate being treated like a second class citizen. Do better!
Mirna Gonzalez: Amazing ladies. They did a great job on my husband's jacket and my dress.
Natalie Murphy: Kim’s #1 go above and beyond and offer great customer service. They do a great job with both military uniforms and civilian formal clothing.
Aboubacar Kallo: Fast service
Tom Rozanov: Kim’s sewing is REALLY #1 in Fort Bragg !!! Best place for all your sewing needs in Fort Bragg! GREAT service and attention to detail. I needed an OD green name (rare to find) and they had it. Will be back.
JaZiya Felicier: Great place! I was in and out pretty fast and they were very nice. I will definitely go back for more alterations.
Christian Gabriel: Been coming here for years. Great prices super fast turn around. I moved farther away but I still come here because they are better than the rest. One time I needed pants hemmed up and they did it on the spot because I was flying out that same day and needed my new suit pants hemmed.Fantastic company!
Tamekio Debrow: She does a very good job with mending clothing. She also has great customer service.
Jonathan Wellons: Love everyone in that shop. Very professional. Always looked after the entire USASOC enterprise. Thank you all.
Jason Kim: My new AGSU Alterations were done in an expedited way!!! The ladies were very professional and kind! Highly recommended!! 감사합니다 그린즈보로에서..
Sam Wehrli: Kim’s is the best around. They have excellent knowledge of uniform and patch requirements.
Joseph Palombi: Love Kim’s! They take care of anything I need done for my uniforms and are very pleasant!
Robert Novak: Highly recommend, been going here for 13 years. Best place around.
Leonardo Chacon: Talk about costumer service, those ladies will try their very best to help you and accommodate your need… will and have recommended them every time!
Riley Anderson: I came in to get my new rank sewn on to my dress uniform, and although the staff was eager to help when I came back to pick up my clothing I was charged for dry cleaning which I didn’t ask for and they didn’t include that in the estimated cost. They forgot to sew my new rank onto my dress shirt. They only sewed the new rank onto my AGSU jacket. The staff also lost 5 of my unit crests and pins. When I asked them to compensate me for the lost pins they said they could sell me new ones and wouldn’t reimburse me for any of their mistakes. Be sure to specify what services you want and remove your pins and ribbons before going to Kim’s, otherwise you’ll lose them and they may just be selling them to other service members.
Michael Fowler: A bit more expensive than anticipated, but quality workmanship on a rush job delivered punctually as promised.
River E: They're wonderful here
Max S: Amazing work. Will be coming back for all my needs. True professionals. Thanks guys!
Jim Carter: Excellent

Kim's Sewing & Cleaning: what do users think?
David Bryant: Kims gets ALL of my alterations business on my uniforms!
Ridge Alden: Great staff, great sewing but the prices for something as simple as taking in a dress shirt is insanity.Charged $30 for each shirt. Way too expensive.
Adam Ross: Did some alterations and patches for me last minute. Came out great and quick. Would definitely recommend.
Elizabeth Johnston: Do not trust.
Cameron Smiley: When I was serving at Fort Bragg, anytime I need to add on or make accurate adjustments to my ASUs and OCPs, Kim's Sewing was most go-to.Great service, family-owned, and the owner was a former 1SG during his time in the 82nd but is very up-to-date and current on what goes on the uniform. Give good estimates on when they will have your uniform ready. On Reily Rd by the Reily Rd Entrance of the base, next to a Japanese restaurant.I even sent my soldiers there to get their uniforms done.
Mirna Gonzalez: Their customer service is not it. They are RUDE. I dropped off my dress on Monday at 0917 or so, she said the dress would be ready at 5pm Wednesday. I didn't notice my ticket said 5:30pm. Regardless. When I got there to pick it up. She said it wasn't ready and that I can come back at 7pm or next day morning. I told her I couldn't come back next day. She said, I told you we were busy. Okay but if you're that busy, you shouldn't of taken my dress. I needed it to be sew 3inches. After they seen my frustration they told me to come back in 30mins. I went back at 1830 and it was ready. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DATES CHANGE. THE WAY SHE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE TOO IS RUDE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Chaplain Edward Tessmann (Minister/Chaplain): Outstanding service
Michael Fowler: A bit more expensive than I expected, but quality workmanship on a rush job delivered promptly as promised.
Robert Hales: Great fast work, friendly staff, and very good at what they do. Have taken all my uniforms to them.
Benjamin Philpott: After a Google search for leather alterations, decided to stop here. Visited st 3:20, during posted open hours. The open sign was on but the place was locked. Disappointing.
D. Reyes: BEST IN TOWN! The owner is very professional and does an excellent job! It looks like they upgraded recently! I recommend this place. I will definitely come back!
Olivia Reyes: The owner is so professional and has the best tech and supplies. She just upgraded her store recently! I definitely recommend!
Rachael R: The cleanest and most organized shop I've seen. I stopped by on a Friday to get nametapes/ranks/etc. sewn on but needed it quickly. She looked at each uniform and carefully wrote which patches I brought and what I needed. I paid a little extra and it was ready to pick up on Saturday morning. Great quality work. I will be back!
Willie Moore: The very best. The people are very friendly.
Quinten Parker: Always fast, cost efficient, and good quality. They do all my alterations and sewing.
Michelle Willis: This is the best place in town, worth the drive if you live farther away! I’ve used them for both military uniforms and civilian clothing, as well as sport items and household decorations. Fast, friendly, excellent work at fair prices.
Tk Mixed: Great service and great pricing on sewing.
Straus Davis: I visited another establishment a few stores away, for the same services. The difference in price was $8. I was astonished, at how I was greeted first of all. Kim was so very friendly. The other establishment owner, looked at my clothing, to be altered, felt them, and quoted a price. I said, "Thank you", and walked out. She was rather cold. However, Kim chatted as she measured the items and was very friendly. She then quoted me a price $8 less than the previous establishment. I saved $42 dollars, in addition, she gave me an additional discount of $4. Now what do you think about this? I highly recommend Kim's over the un-named establishment. They both perform the same services, and probably performs their jobs, just as well. The difference is the degree of professionalism..
Bryan Richardson: Best sew shop in Fayetteville. I've used them more times than I can remember and they have always satisfied. Get uniforms, boots and berets done to the highest of standards.
Andrea Brent: Went to pick up some shirts and they closed at 5 when google says 6. Paid to get them rushed for a last min occasion. Disappointing.
John Cline: The only place i go for sewing quick work on my Dress Mess when i neede it done in a rush

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
katherine shepard: Lady with dark curly hair was rude. I walked past her several times, she and no one else greeted me or asked if I needed help. I asked her if she worked there, she just looked at me and shook her head yes. I asked for a specific item and she they're "working on getting it out" I asked if there was any way since they're currently working on it to get it. She said no to check back in 2 days. Half the isle was currently set, really felt like they just didnt want too.
anessa jones: Barely nothing on the
Harley Quinn (Harleen): Great place a bit high on prices though
Nana: Very unsafe always wetting entire floor while customers are washing clothes
Gisela Woitas: Good as always, spend too much and it was really busy today.
Aleta A. Krauss: Greatest fabrics and craft stuff. Good service.
Lolita: It was very good and gave good customer service, thank you.
Mitzi Blanchard: I had great experience with Joann fabric I found everything I was looking for.
Douglass Jeff: GREAT sake on their holiday items. 70% off all their Christmas items!!! WHO DOES THAT!!??
Alison Herondale: Very helpful and personal staff! Everyone here is so kind and friendly. Coral especially is always so sweet and makes me love coming here!
Natalya Rashchupkina: Walked in one day and purchased items but they were having credit card issues. Four months later still trying to get money back on my debit card after the store manager asked me to use another card to pay and I was triple charged. Made multiple contacts with the store manager and they did nothing. Never returned my calls. Poor customer service and will continue to not shop here or at this company anymore period.
Casey Crystal: Great deal on the Christmas decorations. Saved 50 to 70% on most items.
Emily McGuire: Good selection and great sale prices
nicole callahan: Prices are a bit steep...not a huge variety of craft items...they would be my last pick for a good selection of craft items.
Kelly Tebaldi: JoAnn’s is a great place to shop! The employees are always super helpful and friendly.
Gloria McDowell Arato: Helpful staff
AD Newton: Impeccable customer service, was able to find exactly what I was shopping for, by the assistance of store attendant. Also saved some money when she told me about Military discount.
Lily Bowland: This is a great place to get a lot of your general craft materials. Especially if you are looking for fabric. Everyone there was super nice! They have seen a lot of people coming in for different crafts and know how to help you find what you need.
Eart Angel: Prices are high
James Honaker: Good selection of items in a nicely navigable store layout. Nothing remarkable, but a good craft store all the same.
Rebecca Baird: This and stores like this are so way overpriced and for the most simplest of items. We go when desperate. Honestly you can usually find better and or better prices online. If we’re gonna pay more it needs to be for better quality. Halloween items and Christmas just too much for what they are. They have cute stuff but they’re typical with naturally inflated prices.

All Star Sewing & Cleaning: what do users think?
Sable Michelle: Adding a corset to my dress in two days!! Great work
Scott Goranson: All Star Sewing is the place to go! Owner accommodated every need in a few days. Incredible turnaround!
Nicky Mirks: Went above and beyond for me and my buddy. The best service I’ve had from any establishment in North Carolina. My go to spot from now on
Muh James: Just started getting my stuff done here over the last couple of days. Very quick and efficient workers. Love the effort from the owner. Love seeing family owned businesses, that work hard like this, grow so quickly!
Gary Gauthier: Quick service
Fleisha Bell: All Star Sewing & Cleaning is an awesome aleration shop. The owner completed my alerations in 1 day. I appreciate her work, I recommend anyone to All Star Sewing & Cleaning.Respectfully,
Mary Maxton Fowler: I had such a good experience with Allstar Sewing. I felt so welcomed by Unsuk my first time there and knew I wanted to come back immediately. She finished my alterations extremely fast, which was super helpful. I will definitely be back!
Spencer Hayes: Unsuk was extremely polite and professionally in tailoring all my pants and was able to have it done in a couple of days! Best prices around!!
Terry Woods: New Owner! Unsuk has completely transformed All Star sewing from the previous owner. I walked right in without making an appointment and she greeted me with a smile and was able to me last minute get my suit tailored hours before a wedding when other couldn’t! Very clean place and extremely professional, makes you feel at home!! Highly recommend!!!
Bass Reeves: Very good work. 👍🏾
J T: Friendly and polite staff. I requested and paid to have a shirt altered, however one sleeve ended up being longer than the other and sleeves were still baggy. On third attempt, sleeves were same length however shirt wasn’t properly altered as requested. The owner offered to correct her work at an additional fee. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay more to fix the mistake she made. She then refused to fix her mistake for a service I had already paid for. There are plenty of other sew shops to go to for quality work at an affordable price on alterations. This is not one of them. Shirt is now ruined and in the trash.
Shiloh Begley: Walked in and had everything finished in a couple of minutes.
Reginald Johnson: When my dry cleaning came back, the ASU coat was missing a button. When I told the guy there, he said I was lying! And he said I never had a button in the missing position. I was shock that he automatically assumed that I was lying and never tried to resolve the situation. His wife confirmed that I had a button in that position and the situation was resolved. If you read this, I would just go some place that will respect you as a customer.
Courtney Darder: Extremely fast and affordable work!
Devon Dookhran: Turned my uniform on Thursday and got it Saturday. Looks great too
Jordan colter: All Star somehow managed to put glue on my brand new Marlow White ASU jacket and then attempted to hide it under my ribbon rack when they put everything back on (2” lower than its suppose to sit). The lady argued with me that they could not have done it (it was new) and refused to do any type of refund. Not for the $40 I paid them to dry clean and put everything on, and definitely not for a $280 jacket that I am now going to have to replace. Absolutely do NOT use this business. Worst customer service on Yadkin.
Jeff Douglass: Very friendly and exceptional sewing skills
Jalil Perry: Amazing job on tailoring my jeans! Reasonable prices as well
Matt Foley: Fast and friendly service. Name tapes made on the spot in under 15mins.
Juanted “chinowonder”: Good job

Michaels: what do users think?
Destiny Boone: I love this craft store!!
DIAMENTE TEJER: I love this place and its employees
Yudith Piraquive: Hay de todo lo que te puedas imaginar en manualidades
Alexander Debrah: Great place. Excellent service on framing
Mumu H.: Had a great experience! Forgot the woman’s name at the cash register but she was amazing.
David Schermerhorn: One of the best craft stores in Fayetteville. I hope their Lemax Spooky Town selection increases this year!
Gabrielle Holder: Love this store!!! It always has what I’m looking for and the employees are very friendly and eager to help. Very clean and organized store as well!!
Madelaine “Madi” Hill: Heaven on Earth for crafters
Rob H: My wife use to shop here until this months marketing campaign. We will never shop at this store again. Hobby Lobby is a great alternative.
E. Patrick Walker: Very clean well organized. Found someone to help me right away. The staff that assisted me was well informed as to what products they carried and where to find them. I was able to get what I needed and get out of the store with no problem. Definitely recommend this location.
Lorilei Kolonis: Great store! Staff was friendly and they had almost everything I was looking for. My favorite local art supply place!
susan helms: It was fine besides being over priced. What was not good was the checkout experience. They have A self-checkout now. This is not something that I typically use as it is normally not convenient. There was a girl at the register and I stood there waiting for her to call me. She did not call me so I assumed I was supposed to use the self-checkout. There was Zero acknowledgement of my existence in that encounter. what do we need people there to work for besides stocking the shelves and such.. I think I should however get a discount for checking myself out. I told myself to have a nice day and I was on my merry way.
Peter Gallimore: Picked up a few items on a quick trip to Michaels. Good service, clean store, and great job stocking the shelves.
Teresa Mclean: Always able to find what I need
Chanell Quick: Caught a great sale. It's vendor season
Johnathon Wesley: Found all the crafts I needed. Friendly service.
Marco Diaz: They don't have any hunting stuff or fishing stuff or camping stuff. They don't have truck accessories, boat accessories or BBQ grills. The only tools they have are dainty little tiny frail things. My wife and granddaughter thought it was great! They bought little tiny containers to put ridiculously tiny things they call diamonds in? They couldn't believe the selection, but I felt out of place and unrepresented there. Maybe they could let me design a back corner of the building for men? I have ideas that would have men asking their wives if they'd like to run down to Michaels for a couple hours.
Heather Nichols: Love love love michaels. I could spend a lot of money in here.
Tami Santos: Always love to shop here. all your crafting needs.
Arianne Clar: I had an amazing experience at Michaels. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable on what their doing.
Sharon Betts: Short trip. It was chaotic. Many workers in the isles taking merchandise and throwing it into large plastic containers. Hard to browse. Also, many shelves were bare. Michael's used to have more inventory. Unorganized. Felt like the store was removing large amounts of merchandise. Is Michael's closing?
