Fayetteville Neuropsychology PLLC: what do users think?
Mike Hallinan: I was being seen by one of the biggest Hospital networks in the world. I had a big non specific diagnosis in my records that they were not addressing. My daughter found this and questioned why I was not being treated.I was sent to Fayetteville Neuropsychologyand was given the first available appointment. They gave me a battery of tests and diagnosed the problem. How do I know it was the right diagnosis ? It answered every question I had about myself accurately and now I can work on MY issues.
Kody Jones: Nonsensical testing, just wrote stiff to help out another Dr. Not actually helping the patient.
SONDRA MCARTHUR: I found the staff and Dr Gamble and Dr Robert to be nothing but professional and kind. I was pleased
Bridey Day: I found Dr Gamble fantastic - and I am picky - being a MD - sorry some had bad experience - I most definitely did not.
April Cutler: Absolutely would recommend this location...The staff is always pleasant when I call or come in...The new Dr I see is great!!! Extremely attentive & caring & allows you to process, not just telling you what you should do or making demands...I look forward to going thru this process with the Dr.
Michael Furrell: Scared people here. Scared to do there jobs . Test you . Then tell you came back inconclusive. To take the easy way out . Don't bother booking a appointment at this kangaroo establishment. No just waste of money . But they don't mind ramming it to you with their over the top pricing . I dont have it. But if I did. I wouldn't even waste Medicaid money here. Lol
Kaitlyn Lumpkin: Told me that I could still be seen. But waited until after I done my paperwork to tell me she wouldn't. Y'all can get rid of my information I'm not coming back.
Christie Cook: Don’t waist your time trying to book an appointment with this facility. I cannot tell you specifically about the doctors, or the care they give because I never had a chance to meet them. I had 2 separate appointments with this facility and each time they called me with very short notice (day of appointment)to cancel my appointment stating the the doctor had to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and find a different provider who will value your time.
J.D.: Excellent place reception staff are very nice and professional office is spotless and fortunately for me my Therapist Cortney is absolutely awesome
Angela Berry: As with any other physician, if you receive a life changing diagnoses, remember that it is just that physician's opinion. Always seek a second opinion from specialists in the field as their diagnoses may be very different.

Carolina Child Neurology: what do users think?
J R N: We have been calling for almost 3 weeks trying to cancel an appointment that they scheduled for us without asking. We originally called and left a voicemail in order to get records, nobody ever called us back even after leaving 4 messages and calling everyday. We weren’t able to get a hold of anybody until 3 weeks later! I thought I had cancelled the appointment online but I kept receiving messages and automated phone calls well after that up until the day before the “appointment” when I was finally able to reach someone.
Diane M: Does anybody work here? Nobody ever picks up the phone since I have been calling for the past month.
Lauren Henn: We have been pleased with our experience with Ms Valerie Masotti but have never interacted with Dr. Indulkar. Ms. Masotti is always helpful, personable, takes time to answer any questions we have and responds promptly to my portal messages.I’ve had several issues with the receptionists being overly rude, arrogant and overall unhelpful. There has only been one lady Who has been helpful and kind over the phone. Two of my daughters had genetic testing here and we found out from the testing facility they didn’t send the sample to them for over 8 weeks. Then, after the results were available (found out by calling the testing facility), we called CCN, and they told us they did not have them. So we continued calling back and fourth until finally the testing facility called CCN and then miraculously they appeared in the portal. It’s like pulling teeth with the receptionists for anything.
Kimberly McCallister: Dr. Indukar is very knowledgeable, competent, thorough, caring, passionate and patient. She takes the time to listen, ensure you understand, asks the right questions pertaining to the patient needs, as well as, their concerns. Her unquestionable expertise, eases my mind concerning my child’s healthcare. Last, her staff are friendly and courteous
Crystal Jefferys: Great caring staff
Juan T Linares: stay away from this neurologist do not recommend doctors and employees arrogance and rude. my child with autism I wanted them to give me a paper with the diagnosis or the record. And since I no longer want my child to be seen there. they did not want to give me any record. Thank God I had the previous neurologist's record.
Natasha Gainer: As fortunate as we are to live in an area with renowned hospital systems full of physicians - it’s getting entirely too common to get lost in the shuffle. Not the case with Dr Indulkar and PA Masotti!! They truly provide a level of care that you just can’t get anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable, take the time to listen and will absolutely go above and beyond for their patients and their families. Highly recommend this neurology office!!!
Ashley Lester: Love the doctor here. Nothing wrong with the doctors but the office staff definitely ruined this experience for us. A particular lady at the front of the office always seemed to have an attitude problem but I wrote it off. That is until the doctor said to call in my son’s dose he does well on. I was hung up on multiple times over the course of a few weeks. I left messages about his dosage and never received a call back. Months of this went on and my son was going to have an appointment so I figured I would address it when I got there. My husband got called into work and canceled my son’s appointment. He said the front desk woman had an attitude and tried arguing about the medicine being filled back in September. Problem is, he had new medicine in February. This whole experience made me not trust this office and we will be requesting another place through our insurance, even if we have to drive a bit.
Michael Grimes: Excellent care at this facility. Through no fault of their own, we had a referral issue that prevented us making an appointment in a timely manner. Once that was sorted out, they were able to fit us in last minute to avoid a crisis with running out of meds. Meant the world to us. Thank you.
Jasmin Jenkins: I absolutely love this office. The staff and Dr. Indulkar are AMAZING! I have to give special recognition to Ms. Tocarra. She went above and beyond to help get my daughters EEG done as smooth as possible. She was so patient and Understanding. My husband and I are so appreciative. Thank you Ms. Tocarra!!!!
Desy R: Everyone was really nice and professional. The lady my daughter seen before Dr. indulkar came in the room was awesome & informative, so was dr Indulkar. Very thorough, highly recommend.
Jamie Salmon: Called to make an appointment and the front desk staff that I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. I would not have taken my child there if they had an appointment open this afternoon! They set the tone for the entire office.
Kiesha Emanuel: Great staff
Catherine Raye: My daughter was in there today to get an eeg test done. This was the first time she every had the test done. The lovely lady who name I cant rember did such an awesome job explaining it to my child. She took all my daughter fears away and was very gentle can tell she has worked with kids for awhile.
Cat Hlebinsky: The staff was very kind and welcoming. I had some concerns about my child, especially with his EEG scam and the medicine he needed to calm him prior to the testing. We had an issue with him not wanting to wake up, which is common, but the doctor and staff were very reassuring of how long that should last and what to do if he didn’t shake off the drowsiness. The doctor was kind enough to call and check in with us after the appointment not once but three times through the day and night. This truly is a caring practice and I am very thankful for the services they provide for my special needs child.
Tamara Carter: Wish I would have read the reviews before taking my daughter to this office. Front desk staff are rude and communication is poor. Conflicting information is always given . I called to make an appointment and gave my updated phone number , old cell number still in the system. Messaged this provider to express my concerns and I feel she just dismissed them. My daughter really likes the doctor but has same feelings as me about the staff. Will not be returning for further treatment . Do not recommend.
chastity fore: I despise the staff at this place. My son has very bad seizures and I have been waiting all day for a word to get his medicine filled. I want to report the staff this should not continue. This is not the first time this has happened. They had the nerve to call CPS on me for medical neglect, when I told them from the beginning that my son has terrible seizures. In fact he has all the types of seizures there are. And since then he still to the day has episodes of a lot of seizures in a short period of time. She has yet to apologize to me about that situation. I hate this place and I wish I didn't have to bring him here.
Amanda Riley: Love this place! The doctor is super friendly and understanding, she's amazing with the kids! We visit every 3 months. She is super helpful and explains everything that you don't understand. They are super child oriented, toys, lollipops, etc
Carolyn Hall: Dr. Indukar is very professional she has great bedside manner.I have a child with special needs I was completely amazed that she wanted to make sure that his needs were being met . She actually made contact with a provider while seeing my child. I highly recommend her service s.
Kairos Zenith: Great place, friendly staff, and i've never had any real problems. The location is good, too. It's off the main road, but not to hard to find. They're are plenty of things around, too. Lots of food places nearby, if you need to stop for lunch. We like stopping at the Chick fil A a couple of minutes away when we're done with our appointments.
donna Johnson-Curtis: Communications have been great. Always receive a response when communicating via the patient portal. Dr. Indulkar has aways called me when I have requested her to call. My child feels that she always considers his feelings when it comes to his treatments. He is a teenager so that is very important. The staff has always been pleasant with me. I never have to ask twice for paper work to be faxed, refills or for papers to be filled out. It is always done in a timely manner. I don't have any complaints.

Cumberland Neurology: what do users think?
Gabrielle: I came here to get work done for my brain because I unfortunately have multiple sclerosis. I think the disease is dormant but this place helped me for... close to 3 years. The nurse was nice because I also have tremors thanks to this DISEASE!!
Jessica Espinosa: The nurse needs to be replaced very rude
Carolyn Wynn: I would recommend Cumberland Neurology. My experience has been great.
Cohen Plesser: THE Best Neurologist office in Fayetteville, NC. This office and her doctor have been the best, they care for their patients, willing to work around work schedules and give her the best care I have seen. They don’t treat her like her epilepsy is nonexistent, they really care and hear her. We couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative, they treat us like family.
Love91: Dr. Szwejbka has been the most unprofessional Doctor to address my symptoms I have ever come across. Should you ask for details regarding test results, his responses become very narrow and rude... Mind you, we're there for his assistance. Several visits in, I mentioned a second opinion, and he literally yelled at me. This is not how you treat nor reassure a concerned patient. I do believe he is all about money and not your betterment. My symptoms have not subsided but infact worsened. If you are searching for a professional who hones in on your concerns, you are looking in the wrong place. Empathy and resolution does not reside at this location. If you have other options, take heed and avoid this place.
Karen Alexander: I had a poor experience to say the least with this office. I was ordered a MRI and got that done fairly quickly. When it was a week after my MRI I called the office and requested my results and was told (very dismissively) everything was “normal.” I had to come back to the office for another test and the doctor asked me if THEY had my MRI results back, shouldn’t he have already known? I proceeded to tell him I was told that everything was normal. Fast forward a week or so later, I request my records from them and when I picked them up they didn’t even have a copy of my brain MRI. I called the office and she tells me I can call the imaging place to get my results? I told her I’ve already paid her office $10 for my records, I would like for them to have my results, considering we don’t even know what they are. I had to call again to check and see if they have my results back and she says they still don’t have them that she would call again. I call back a few days later and finally they have my results faxed to me and low and behold there is indeed something that requires follow up attention. I was never contacted by the doctor to go over my results because the only reason they had my results is because I continuously contacted them! I can’t believe how unprofessional and negligent this situation is.
K J: Called office and spoke to sharece who transferred straight to Virginia who then transferred back to the main phone prompts again. Both seemed to not enjoy their jobs and were very unprofessional.
PCarol Ulrich: I have been a patient for years and I have watched the office decline! I am very disappointed!
Felicia Doyle: Cumberland Neurology is an amazing facility. Please don’t let the other reviews sway you! This facility is so dedicated to their patients. When they flooded in Hurricane Matthew they moved upstairs to ensure patients could still be seen instead of shutting down. The doctors care. They are not about the money or rushing you out! You will not be disappointed!
Marie Bee: I had a total of 3 visits at this location. The initial visit went as usual with the asking of questions concerning my complaint, labs were ordered and I was told to follow up for a test in the office which was the second visit. The 3rd visit was supposed to be for the results. It had to be rescheduled due to doctors schedule and my schedule and then due to weather. I was already informed during the 1 month wait by another provider that my Neurology workup was negative so I called Cumberland Neurology to see if I could receive my results over the phone. Which I was told "No". So I make the 1.5 hr trip only to be told it was all negative and the "doctor" accused me of illegal drug use!!! I am in the Air Force and we are randomly drug tested on a regular. The doctor clearly looked annoyed and apparently did not believe me. He then asked again all my medications, which he already knows because I gave them a list of my medications Every visit. I told him the only other substance I use is protein powder. He then told me that the protein powder very likely could be the culprit of my issues (muscle spasms) and I should stop taking it. At that point I was done! I declined the follow up or any further tests with this office and I walked out. The doctor was completely unprofessional and clearly did not know what the hell he was talking about! Completely waste of time and misuse of appointments! This location deserves 0 stars!!!
Syndee Couron: Knowledgeable but rude & unprofessional
Caitlen M: Everyone was always extremely friendly whenever I came in for an appointment, and the doctor was way more knowledgeable and helpful than any other Neurologist I'd seen before. Would definitely recommend this facility!
Andrea Brown: I work for a company that escorts clients to Cumberland Neurology. We arrived for a treatment on the second level. After standing and waiting for the nurse for 15 min, I went downstairs to see if we could be helped. The receptionist told me she would call up stairs to FIND HER. When I get back upstairs the nurse pops up out of one of the back offices yelling at me telling me WE were late. She was very unprofessional and it took everything in me not to respond the same way she talked me. She was very loud and their were other cliets in the office looking and listening to the conversation. But after she thought about it she tried to change her attitude and started being overly nice. Very unprofessional and a bad representation of the company.
