Lakisha Ashford: Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE service. I communicated with the owner through her website after being referred to her by an acquaintance. My first impressions with the site and Facebook appearances were great; the cakes were beautiful aesthetically. During the initial conversation via email, there were questions regarding clarity for pricing due to listed prices on website menu and quoted prices via email. Owner immediately became dismissive by stating that perhaps her services doesn’t fit my budget. Budget was never an issue on my end. We were to get past this….I placed the order, provided photos of what I wanted along with specific details regarding color scheme, pick up date and event date. Paid 50% deposit to submit and confirm order. 2nd payment was due a week later on Feb 26th.On the day of pick up March 12, I was sent photos of the finished cake. The cake was pretty but was NOTHING like I’d described nor imagined. Im not sure how there was a mixup. Owner proactively offered me $40 refund and offered to make a few changes. Nothing really worked as far as the color scheme was concerned and ultimately I left with a simple black and grayish white cake with synthetic flowers on top and a sticker for the CC’s for the Chanel designer logo.Once home, I placed the cake on my dining room table and went about my business as I continued to prepare for the event the following day. The day comes and the cake is now room temperature. The fondant split amongst the seams and the icing underneath was beginning to seep out. Once I noticed it, I contacted the PoC for the company and once again she was immediately dismissive, stating it was nothing she could do once the cake is picked up. She mentioned that the cake should’ve been refrigerated and was extremely condescending, ridiculing me for not knowing that her cakes required refrigeration after failing to provide me with those instructions. I order a customized cake each year for my bday and Ive ALWAYS served cake at room temperature so it was definitely new to me. However, although the mishap happened, it was the lack of compassion and empathy and customer service that was offered. I was simply trying to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it but the attitude of the owner was simply off-putting.I never requested a refund as I simply wanted the cake I ordered. After the interaction regarding the room temperature cake, she began to mention “ALL THAT SHE’s DONE FOR ME” regarding fixing HER mistakes as if she was going above and beyond or something. She gave me the refund of $40 and 2 fake designer bracelets to relieve the disappointment regarding her not delivering the cake I initially ordered. I dont wear fake designer jewelry but thanked her anyways. Anywho, it was horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my friends.Simple conversation with this vendor is non-existent as the attitude, professionalism and customer service are terrible. Although, the aesthetics are beautiful in the marketed photos, I do NOT recommend. Attached are a screenshots of the ENTIRE interaction regarding the room temperature cake.

Keshia K.B. Green: So I call and make an appointment to have a reading. She tells me she is not taking in person appointments. I asked how she would like to be paid. She said cash app and that the reading was 65 dollars. I asked what the cash app was. She tells me it's better to use her telephone number to pull up her cash app. I used it. Sent her the money. Almost immediately she returned my call asking when I was going to send the money for my appointment. Long story short, "she never got my money" and I never got my reading. I contacted Cashapp and they confirmed the transaction was complete. So, she scammed me out of 65 bucks. Use at your own risk. And the funny thing is that I'm a publicist.... I might contact the Fayetteville observer.... 🤷🏾‍♀️

Stacy Allen: Let me just preface this by saying that her website did not mention any COVID mitigations or how she was currently operating. Also her BIG OPEN sign was illuminated. So on a whim I pulled in. Before I could even knock she swung the door open and rudly said "I am only doing reading on the phone and I'm only doing cards. Thats 65 dollars" I was so baffled that I couldn't get a single word out. There was no professionalism or respect from this women upon meeting her, no way would I ever do buisness with her.

She was courteous and to the point In her consultation and laid out her specific prices allowing me to choose. Honestly, when I left the building, I was totally reeling from what she had told me. With no appointment or way to look up any previous history about myself, she accurately laid out the majority of my past, my current state of emotions and the future that she saw. She kept strong eye contact and asked a few, broad questions. Growing up in an environment that touts empaths, card readers or channelers of the unseen as being witches or dabbling in the occult, I was very skeptical walking in to her house but I have left with a profound change in the way I view people with this sort of gift. There is nothing about what I personally experienced in the hour I shared with her that made me uncomfortable or remorseful in spending that time with her. She was remarkably honest and forthcoming even though the words she said were perhaps not ones I wanted to hear or acknowledge. She shared with me in her time an understanding and reaffirmation of what I knew already, and revealed parts of my life I have yet to see. She helped to open up a door of honesty within myself and my marriage, with those around me, and has fundamentally changed the way I choose to communicate, whether she intended to or not.
