Concentra Urgent Care: what do users think?
Dennis Owens: Received a warm reception. After paperwork was finished my wait wasn't long at all. Person who helped me was pleasant and thorough!
Eric watkins: You guys are extremely thorough I swear never been threw anything at that level beside military training I'm 48 lol
Katherine Ivey: Wait time is very long despite having filled out the information online the day before my visit. I had to have a urine drug test. I waited for 2 hours before I could pee, needless to say it was a very uncomfortable wait. I asked how many were ahead of me since I was about to urinate on myself. I was told there was one ahead of me. Over an hour later and multiple people taken back before me, I was finally able to use a restroom. It’s not very pleasant to keep people waiting that amount of time for a urine sample.
Crystal Haymon: I sat there 5 hours just to get a drug screen, tb skin test and a physical. This place is super slow and I don’t know why organizations send people here to sit all day!
Jessica Kochuyt: Lab was fast and efficient. Friendly staff
Joyce: Staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is quick and efficient.Thank you
Cherry Girl: Everyone was professional, wait was not bad. However, the person who administered my TB test was very rough going deep in tissue on side of my forearm rather then midline. She also injected it in-bam! It hurt, it burned and gave me a major bruise still showing 6 days later. Ive never had a worse administration even from nursing students. Ive been an RN for almost 30 years. Please RETRAIN this individual. Fair people tend to have delicate skin. Older people tend to have thinner skin. No need to gouge and inject like that causing trauma and pain from a simple test Ive had a hundred times. I would have given 5 stars if not for that employee. If you would like to speak to me I would appreciate that as this is a serious issue. Please let me know how to contact.
Robert Rosen: I was at this location many years ago getting a DOT certification for a job. At that time, it seemed like the practitioner was just going through the motions evaluating me. The visits I have been going to lately have been related to a car crash where somebody hit me from behind. All of the staff, Dr. Richman, and Jenna in physical therapy have been very pleasant, professional and seemed to take a genuine interest in my well-being.
Michelle Willoughby: Great and fast customer service! Very nice people.
Tyrique Williams: Quick & easy
noface291: Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very short wait times, thank you!
Cindy Hicks: While visiting Concentra, my experience was not the best. I had to have a drug test by urine and hair follicle.During the waiting process, I had to go to the rest room. Please note, I had already been waiting over an hour and I knew they had to collect urine so I held it for as long as I could. I went to the front desk to ask about how much longer did they think I had to wait before my testing because I had to use the bathroom really bad. I was told by one of the receptionist that maybe the technician was getting my hair follicle test together and never once went to go ask or check. So I returned to my seat and suffered even longer. I was trying not to lose patience because I didn't want staff to make my wait even longer so I stuck it out. Finally about another 30 minutes later, I was finally called back. Please note, when you have to do a hair follicle test, please don't have any extensions, Crochet, Braids etc. Because they expect for you to take your hair down or out of that style. I did not know the extense of this process so needless to say, that made my visit even more challenging and frustrating. I spent well over 2 hours at this establishment, when I should have been out in a hour or less for what I had to have done. I would not refer anyone to go to this location. I am a stickler for good customer service and I did not receive that at this establishment. I did receive good customer service by one receptionist. Overall I was very disappointed. I think this company need to prioritize the drug testing process so individuals can get back to work in a timely manner and appreciate other people's time and not take it for granted.
TONEY ANDERSON: The Staff at Concentra Customer service was awesome..It was clean inside..and the Technicians knew what they were doing..That DOT Physical is serious..but the ladies there made the entire process so Easy Breezy..Wonderful Front Desk customer service...
Michael Pfaff: The staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that I was there 3 hours to receive a dot physical and pre employment urinalysis
Tiffany Turner: Went for pre screening drug test. Already had to pee when I got there but I understood why they make you wait. Easy peasy screening. Would definitely go back there.
Sara Smith: From the minute you enter the front door straight back to the lab staff you’ll be receiving outstanding service.
Albert Thompson: Just shut the place down. Did a early walk in for a DOT physical and they said that they I needed to have an appointment. I was sent home and returned to wait 5 hours. Next visit, I tried to schedule an appointment and they said to come in the morning. I arrived there as they opened to be held again for 5 plus hours. This place is not worth the hassle. Government needs to shut this place down or change the staff. I don't see Concentra being an issue in other areas. Just Fayetteville is where it is a disaster.
Lewis Mclean: I am in good health and I always had a big neck from sports I played but my dot physical they want me to do a sleep test to get money I already know I don't have these problems but I fill things set up today to get money. I think it should be that the size of a man neck should not make him give up his money he works for but the people at concentra urgent care was nice with smiles on there faces. The only problem I had was everything passed on my physical and I get a 3 month card unsteady of my 2 year card.
WHT TRSH: I had an appointment for work. Made a appointment with hardly any wait time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr was excellent. Would recommend this urgent care facility
Joshua Baskerville: Ok service but I would never go back there again.
David Mcdougall: Always have the nice nurses, staff goes above and beyond. It is a total team effort at this location. The professionalism is perfect at location.

Med One Care PA: what do users think?
Hannah Holder: I have been a patient here for 4 years and I have had to wait a long time, but I’ve never been treated so poorly at a doctor’s office before. The medical assistant came in without any “hello”, didn’t ask about my symptoms, took my vitals and left the room without a word. Then a PA came in, didn’t do a physical assessment, she just said they were going to do a flu test and left. Then the same rude medical assistant came in, pulled my mask down and swabbed without asking me then proceeded to leave without any words and slammed the door. I understand that as a medical facility, you’re busy. I’m a nurse so I know how busy it can be, but you’re never too busy to be friendly to a patient and do the correct assessments. I left and went to a different urgent care and I don’t have the flu, I have pneumonia that wasn’t caught by the MedOne providers because they didn’t take the time to listen and assess me as they should have.
sean lock: Literally the worst!!! If you don't have 2-3 hours to wait don't bother! Females at desk are dry and grumpy. I seen 2 ppl have to start the 2hour wait over for stepping out to take calls even though they don't tell you before hand that you can't step out lobby before being placed at end of list. The water fountain is shut down.
Nia Mcneill: The worst place I’ve been to in my life. The lady in the front is rude and disrespectful I would never recommend this place to ANYONE
Alpha nique: Literally the worst. Not one person was in the clinic and the two employees were sitting around and they wouldn’t let me take my drug screening because it was “past time” that fedex comes and grabs urine.
J R: I came in as a walk-in at noon and left around 4:30pm. There was certainly a delay in my being seen, but I greatly appreciate the staff being able to accommodate me despite how busy they were with appointments. The entire staff was incredibly friendly throughout my visit and I greatly appreciate their expertise. Thank you for all you do to keep us healthy!
Chris Conn: Very very slow and so rude just to pee in a cup.
Malana Gordon: Their was one lady at the front desk that was kind other then that everyone else was rude and has bad customer service .
Andrew Moore: This place shoule be condemned and it's business practices made illegal. What the hell is the point of self pay if your gonna be charged for a third of the bill a month later. I've learned one thing coming here. Just slowly die it will be cheaper and less stressful.
Sandra Delong: Very unprofessional girl answered the phone. Says they ARE NOT taking no new patients even though the website says they are. If that is true then please change that to NOT a cepting new patients and while you are at it..get a new girl to answer the phone that has better customer service skills. I feel I dodged a bullet on this one.
Gert Cham: This place is GARBAGE and should be shut down for the lack of professionalism and no sense of urgency.LabCorb had me in and out, and their employees were very cordial and professional. I'm not sure why ANY employers would contract with Med One
VERONICA JEAN: Horrible Horrible Horrible came here for employment drug screen arrived at 10:10 , sign says 20 minute wait…. They left me waiting there for two hours holding myself… finally had to go relieve myself couldn’t hold it any longer…. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes or more before finally getting called…. DON’T CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER….. Front desk girls were ok it’s just VERY poor service!!!!!
Sherri Woods: I have always received good care
Robin Deffendall: I just received the worst (lack of) care ever from Dr Sullivan in the walk in clinic.I am prone to recurring cellulitis. The doctor did not agree that this was the cause of my pain, fever, lethargy. She was solely focused on redness, and heat, which was minimal after being elevated for three days with self treatment. Admittedly arguing with her was not my best move. It only increased her adversarial attitude. What bothers me is that she was not willing to provide the services I needed and paid for. She did not explore the symptoms and offer any suggestions about what could be causing the fever and lethargy, much less the pain. “But what about this symptom? What about that symptom?” All she would say was “I am not giving you antibiotics.” She says the infected blister on my foot was apparently no big deal and unrelated. It didn’t look like no big deal before I cleaned it up the day before. She thinks that the pain running up the vein inside my leg is from a nerve. Riiiight. I get the same pain in the same place from every cellulitis attack. It goes away when the infection does. She wants me to get an ultrasound. Thanks. That will surely solve the infection. She offered nothing to help my symptoms. The extent of her concern was “I am not giving you antibiotics.” Nothing more. It’s like she thought I was lying to get my hands on some primo doxycycline to… what?… sell on the antibiotic black market?I know you’ve had a long day and don’t want to work when everyone else has the day off. But if you don’t want to care for your patients, then you should consider a new profession. This is not my first problem with this practice. Other problems have included incorrect prescriptions, 10 day waits for refills, failure to submit prescriptions to the pharmacy and a failure to offer any treatment or physical therapy for a back injury.I would consider carefully whether you want to do business with this office. Not recommended.
Michael Oclair: Worst experience ever from a health provider! Would not recommend them to anyone else for any type of help. Staff and caregivers are not up to date with records and will not give feedback on health status. Go somewhere else for help for yourself and the ones you love.
Mano S.: Unprofessional- employers send employees to this clinic for drug and test needs otherwise no one like to be here! Tell him the truth!
christina Marie: I went to see them for a deployment physical. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked how long the wait was and she said it may be a little while. I asked if I could run to Starbucks and she said of course, I won’t forget you. I went back for my physical and it was quick and easy. I met with the PA and she made me feel extremely comfortable. It was a great experience for me. In addition I forgot some of my paperwork and the front office printed it for me via email. I called today for my follow up for my TB test & again the front desk was extremely helpful.
Donna Jackson: Because the last 2 PA's I had seen left this office for whatever reason, I had to make an appt. with yet a new PA. My virtual appt. was with Chelsea Black PA. Ms. Black rushed through the appt. telling me things that I hadn't signed or hadn't done previously and what I needed to do. She talked at me not to me. I felt like I was just another patient on her list to be checked off. She lacks bedside manner that is needed in her field desperately. She also needs to actively listen to the patient. The patient, who is a person knows more about her own body both physically and mentally and what works for her, so take a minute of your time Ms. Black, to listen and understand the needs of your patient.
Addra Johnson: Receptionist lacked ALL common customer service skills(9/29/21)! Staff training is highly recommended. Would never ever recommend this place. My appointment was at 2pm at 3 pm I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told that they were down one provider…but the issue is I had to ask instead of being told upon arrival “that my wait would be longer than usual “ instead I received very unprofessional behavior from this place’s EMPLOYED staff. I feel bad for anyone who has to be treated here. Please provide your front desk staff with the basics! I believe FTCC provides classes! Just another business in Fayetteville that lacks basic training to their employees! Very Disappointed! If I didn’t have to select one star to write this review…it would have been a “Zero “ star !
Alissa Spills: My appointment was at 10 it is now 11. I like Dr. Metz, she’s great. But the wait time, the lack of compassion for patients. Don’t go here if you have a serious medical issue. They don’t have any sense of urgency.
Kristi Lewis: I’m a patient here and they stop taking walk ins for their patients at 430. I got there at 435 telling them I’m having covid symptoms and that I took a Lyft to get there and they told me they couldn’t see me. I’m a patient so I should’ve received better treatment but they won’t have to worry about me anymore! One less patient to not care about
Maximus ViP: Came here to do drug screen. Their process is so poor that I went in the public restroom and will have to return later. DO NOT select this place for employment screening!!!
