Dr Longus: Convenient and helpful people with no waiting
Steven Leavell: Their web site is totally useless. It is totally confusing. However, I called and talked to Ruth who was absolutely great. I have been shopping for a 5 drawer file cabinet for my wife. I have ordered 3 of them from 2 other companies. I paid more money and had to wait for over a week for them to be delivered and all three came in damaged and had to be returned. I explained to Ruth what I wanted and she gave me a very competitive price. She than said that they world call me the next day for delivery instructions. The file cabinet was then delivered to my wife's home office at no charge in perfect condition. All of this happened before they charged me on my card. I realize most of us like to shop online and get our information without identifying our self. If you need quality office supplies and not the junk you find at the big box stores call Ruth. After a month of shopping for the same file cabinet a HON 310 series, at I do not know how many websites, at all the big box stores, we are finally done.

VENUS O'Boyle: Highly disappointed. I dropped my 500 page journal to be printed off yesterday; one sided black and white. It exceeded the $75 self serve printer limit. The lady said they could get to it in about two hours. Today I called around 2:00 and I was told it would be done around 5:00. I went at 5:30 and two employees could not find my material. Thank God I didn't trash it from my laptop thinking it would be printed off. I never had an issue ever with Office Max or Office Depot in Knoxville, TN. This was in Fayetteville, NC.

You don't get service like that now days!

I worked with a supervisor named Joe and clearly he should’ve been a manager because his customer service skills exceeded anything I’ve had ever experienced, or would have ever imagined. Joe was the epitome of great customer service. He took the time to help me and he had patience for my needs. Actually, he had more patience than I would’ve displayed at a job. He was nice, soft-spoken, and very helpful. I was confused and very needy when I walked in the store; however, I left out completely satisfied and happy. Joe exceeded my expectations with his good customer service, his patience and his manners. He was very professional. He helped me from start to finish and he did some hard work, yet he made it look so easy. Thanks JOE!!! For all your help and getting me the perfect results. Once I "read" the info from my android phone, he says "Oh, yeah, we can help with that"! Don't techs usually invite you into their store, in order to take a look at the problem? Casher Miss Kelsey, Manager Mr. Alan, and other Store Representatives like Ms. Roxanne and Mr. Joe, they were all super helpful, patient, caring, thoughtful and professional-- (1) They helped to set a transfer from another branch for an office chair we bought, saved our trip to drive over the other store in another day; (2) they also explained to us in details on how the warranties work for the chairs we bought; (3) they delayed their closing time in order to complete our purchase; (4) Mr. Alan called us to pick up the transferred chair right after it just arrived to their store 20 minutes ago. In all, Staples (Fayetteville, NC) has a very professional and caring team and amazing leadership, who work together to provide best services and positive life attitude to every single community member who steps in their store. E D: Buyer beware - signed a lease that has a 10% hidden charge per year that makes the price increase. Customer service has been a challenge as the unit they leased my company is not a good quality and they will not honor the copier specs and make it right. The price per page is cryptic. We are happy to share our contract to show how this company operates. I would not recommend.
