Luke Cockerham: 10/10 Would recommend this company. Desiree and Brandy were amazing to work with, they responded to each maintenance request within hours and had a vendor out the next day. They never cut corners and always had work completed the right way the first time. Additionally they made the move out process easy and walked me through each step. They are always one call away and respond to emails the same day. Furthermore they gave me the chance to correct any last minute issues with moving out instead of deducting fees from my deposit. If you are looking for a friendly, honest, and helpful company this is a great option. would definitely rent from them again.

They will try their best to steal your money and find a way not to provide any service. Brandy Kalisch & Desiree Garland are nothing but con artist who would do anything to steal your money - worst of worst property management firm. Brandy would do anything to deceive you and fraud you!Never do any business with them - as a property manager or as a tenant at any cost.
Kita: Don’t answer the phone or return calls. I put in for a property, paid the application fee and heard nothing after she told me it was available. 5 mins later it’s no longer listed on the site. Communication goes a long way.
cynthia Sauls: I was with this company for one and a half years. This is probably the most down-to-earth realistic rental company I've ever dealt with. It does not seem like they're trying to exploit you for money or get over on you. They actually treated me like a human and listened to my requests and fairly accommodated them. Anytime there is any issues with the house, which wasn't many, they never hassled me, gave me a hard time, or tried to blame me like other companies have done. They answered promptly to all requests and sent technicians out immediately. Even when there was a time I had an issue with a vendor, they promptly handled it and did not brush me off and was on my side. They communicate not too much, not too little, just enough. Not too much to annoy you or not too little worry if you're left in the dark alone. I am now a homeowner, but if I was to ever rent again I would definitely go through them and I will definitely send recommendations this way going forward.

Pigeonhed: From my experience with this company, the bottom line is this; My property was well taken care of for three years, until I decided to sell. As the owner, I was promptly billed for any maintenance issues (as it should be) to ensure the tenets lived in a proper home.The staff was professional, and prompt; You can't ask for much more in a property manager. I do feel that some of these reviews are from tenets that disagreed with the monetary decisions made at move out, and that is fair.All I can say is, I would unequivocally choose them again to manage any house I own.

At that time, I will agree that my property was not being managed correctly and I received minimum support from that agency until Brandy and Desiree started managing my property. Brandy and Desiree transitioned from that organization to the new Empower Commercial Group. They are a phenomenal team and will go beyond their scope of duty to assist you as a tenant and a homeowner. They are very professional and will try their best to accomodate your wishes; however, take this in to consideration, if you give garbage out, then you might just receive garbage back, but that's is everything in life. We all have different standards and expectations, so if your standards are exceedingly high, they may or may not be met, but this team will try their best. As far as the company, I don't know, but if this organization has team members like Brandy and Desiree, then I will always support them. Thank you Brandy and Desiree for all you do!

Jessie Hoegen: Super disappointed with our experience with this company. Our (very few) maintenance requests went ignored. The ceiling of our house fell through and they didn’t even contact us, nor return calls. Upon the date to do our final walkthrough, they failed to even show up on the time they agreed to, ignored our texts and calls, then didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize. I was forced to leave the keys in the mailbox and vacate the property. Only to receive a text with “there’s damages” as they proceeded to rob us blindly of our deposit. Preying on military families is an evil business. The homeowners of our property were a very kind and I’m thankful they were able to contact me directly regarding some of the damages within the house. This company is untrustworthy.

Variety & Errors: Over 3 weeks this company has not answered the phone. Well, once I spoke to a secretary who took a message and said someone would call. That was a week ago. They have tons of properties around Fayetteville "for lease", but neither Henry nor Kirby has answered or returned a call. I was looking to lease a commercial space, but if this is how your communication is prior to even doing business, I cannot imagine how terrible it would be once my name is on the line in a contract with you and I needed something. What a terrible way to do business.

Franco Webb: The Tysons are excellent folks. Very accommodating and great to work with. Always care for and take care of their tenants. Spectacular! If you rent space in downtown Fayetteville, rent from the Tysons.
Ashley Jacobson: I've literally been calling this realty company for two weeks, left multiple voice mails, even spoke with the receptionist on the phone several times while trying to contact the realtor for a space I'd like to rent and I haven't heard back. Don't expect to actually speak to a realtor from this business. I'd love to rent a space for my business, but I'm just going to have to go through another realtor.

Boots Trucking LLC: I have been using this virtual office for several months. I’ve had nothing but problems. I paid extra to have mail forwarded DAILY. I’m here today to pick up my mail because I’m missing payments that were mailed to me at this address. The doors are locked! They are in TRAINING for an entire MONTH! The 3rd party used to secure this service was able to get them on the phone and they verified there is mail to be picked up (wasn’t that supposed to be forwarded?!?!) but I’ll have to make an appointment and it’s not convenient for them today so I’ll have to come back tomorrow between 1-3pm. It’s a 45 min one way trip for me. I thought I was paying for a SERVICE. Seems not to be the case!!! I will be moving my address to another biz center even though the changes will cost me much time, money and filings with state and federal entities. I’m left wondering how hard can it be to answer the phone, open the door and forward mail?!?!
Gwendolyn Ramos: We used Biz Center for my daughter’s 1st birthday the owner was nice and helpful. The venue was clean, tables and chairs were provided and it fit about 50 people comfortably.
Latisha Burns: Ms. Olabisi is the absolute best! From the beginning until the very end, she was informative and understanding. I was late, and she was very understanding about it. The place itself is a nice size to hold a party of up to forty. I was able to decorate using my vision, and everyone was seated comfortably with room to spare. I will definitely use the place again in the future and recommend.

Brittanni Wright: I arrived 5 min before closing yesterday and the door was shut. I was told that i should’ve called (even during business hours) to let her know I was picking up. The lady will notify when packages arrive via text when things arrive but I don’t believe I should’ve had to call during business hours. She said she was locking doors elsewhere. This is not a bad review: this is an honest one. Also a good thing is the lady who runs the office will text you when your things arrive ! Today I work late so I will be without my things today. I will try AGAIN when I get off at a decent hour. I’m a postal employee and I work far ( 1 1/2hr) , so time is important when you’re rushing to beat a business closing and they close early. Things happen I understand that also however .
Malanda Williams: We hosted our annual New Year's party at the Biz Center and the building was a great place to host out 40 guest. The owner was very helpful throughout the process. Must have membership which is awesome to keep up with what is going on and they know who they are renting to. Thanks again and will be booking again

Audrianna Copeland: Recently rented from this company. I found another person to take over my lease. Upon move out the house was deep cleaned and the front and back yard was mowed. I am now being refused my security deposit refund due to “the house needing cleaned, the yard being mowed and carpet damage.” However, I have a 15 minute video of the house showing the house being clean and the carpet damage I noted on my move in inspection. I’ll be contact the BBB and the NC renters association with my concerns over how shady this company has been. The whole renting experience was terrible from start to finish. It took weeks and a number of phone calls and/or emails to get anybody to respond to my concerns. The ceiling almost caved in in the master bedroom and the water damage was never fixed from a roof leak. With being in this type of weather, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is mold in the attic. I 0/5 don’t recommend anybody use this company for their property management or rent any home managed by this company.
Clayton Lawson: From an owner: They cannot seem to manage properties well. The only way I could get information on a place I want d to rent was after I contacted the owner. Come to find out the property had been vacant for 5 months and no one at Grant-Murray even knew who was managing it.From a renter and Soldier: Not active duty friendly. Would not assist in submitting a 30 day notice electronically.
