I worked with a supervisor named Joe and clearly he should’ve been a manager because his customer service skills exceeded anything I’ve had ever experienced, or would have ever imagined. Joe was the epitome of great customer service. He took the time to help me and he had patience for my needs. Actually, he had more patience than I would’ve displayed at a job. He was nice, soft-spoken, and very helpful. I was confused and very needy when I walked in the store; however, I left out completely satisfied and happy. Joe exceeded my expectations with his good customer service, his patience and his manners. He was very professional. He helped me from start to finish and he did some hard work, yet he made it look so easy. Thanks JOE!!! For all your help and getting me the perfect results. He insisted I explain the issue; I'm saying "maybe there IS no issue - can someone there take a look"? Multiple times I stated I'd go elsewhere, if they couldn't help! Once I "read" the info from my android phone, he says "Oh, yeah, we can help with that"! Don't techs usually invite you into their store, in order to take a look at the problem? Is not wanting you to come in the "new norm"? Inquiring minds...

Casher Miss Kelsey, Manager Mr. Alan, and other Store Representatives like Ms. Roxanne and Mr. Joe, they were all super helpful, patient, caring, thoughtful and professional-- (1) They helped to set a transfer from another branch for an office chair we bought, saved our trip to drive over the other store in another day; (2) they also explained to us in details on how the warranties work for the chairs we bought; (3) they delayed their closing time in order to complete our purchase; (4) Mr. Alan called us to pick up the transferred chair right after it just arrived to their store 20 minutes ago. In all, Staples (Fayetteville, NC) has a very professional and caring team and amazing leadership, who work together to provide best services and positive life attitude to every single community member who steps in their store. Steven Leavell: Their web site is totally useless. It is totally confusing. However, I called and talked to Ruth who was absolutely great. I have been shopping for a 5 drawer file cabinet for my wife. I have ordered 3 of them from 2 other companies. I paid more money and had to wait for over a week for them to be delivered and all three came in damaged and had to be returned. I explained to Ruth what I wanted and she gave me a very competitive price. She than said that they world call me the next day for delivery instructions. The file cabinet was then delivered to my wife's home office at no charge in perfect condition. All of this happened before they charged me on my card. I realize most of us like to shop online and get our information without identifying our self. If you need quality office supplies and not the junk you find at the big box stores call Ruth. After a month of shopping for the same file cabinet a HON 310 series, at I do not know how many websites, at all the big box stores, we are finally done.

Super informative and obviously an expert with showcasing the furniture he has available and what were good pieces that might work with me and my specific home office environment. He's super easy to talk to and seems like he really wants people leaving his store with a piece of furniture that will stand the test of time.Yes, these are used pieces of furniture but they are such high quality and clearly meant to last. I do not want to replace my desk or chair every year, and he assured me these are all commercial pieces. I highly recommend this place for your office needs,

Becky Godwin: We purchased a metal/glass cabinet to use as a display cabinet. We agreed with Rod on a day we could come and pick up the piece of furniture. When we got there Rod said there was no one there to load the furniture. It was not easy making it to Fayetteville pulling a trailer when are running a retail business ourselves. We attempted other times to make it there but we were unable to. When I contacted Rod myself and asked for a refund, he rudely refused. Rod said they did not give refunds, but he did not make this clear when I purchased the furniture. When I asked for the owner he refused to give me a phone number or email directly to the owner. At this time I only want my money back. This piece of furniture is almost $300.00 dollars. Please Rod refund my money.

There are some great pieces of quality furniture there and usually plenty of inventory to choose from. I've had one Steelcase chair I bought from them for 20 years. Matter of fact, I'm sitting in it right now typing this. You know how hard it is to find solid wood furniture in good condition these days. Do yourself a favor and go by and see these guys.

David Pedersen: A few months ago I was looking online for a comfortable office chair. The used ones I found on Craig's List were in poor condition and the new ones at the stores around town felt cheap in spite of their high prices. Then I found this place; Rod answered the phone when I called and was very friendly and helpful. I drove over and after a few minutes he showed me the perfect chair at a good price. Today I visited his shop again, but this time for a desk. He patiently showed me all of my options including custom building an L-desk to fit my room. I have referred my sister to Rod and she too found exactly what she needed. Thanks to Rod and his team for bringing excellent quality "previously-enjoyed" furniture to Fayetteville! I set up my new desk this afternoon and I love it!

William Vaughan: I have bought lots of desks, bookcases, and other odd items there over the years. They had solid wood furniture in excellent condition at much less cost than anywhere else. They buy out businesses and stores that are going out of business and since I assume they buy at low prices, they can offer very good deals. I'd highly recommend trying them for office (as well as home) furnishings.
