Erin Myers-Renaghan: Went for state inspection and the service guy managed to somehow rip my air filter. I just replaced these 2 months ago. Why are you even looking at the filter when I came for a state inspection. Then walked away didn't apologize or say anything. Never coming back again.

Sarah Sample: Maybe it was a bad day because ive always had a good experiencein the past, but I came in for a state inspection today. I was in and out very quickly which is awesome. I think I was sitting for maybe 10 minutes. My negative experience happened when I first arrived and when I checked out. The man who told me to pull up offered $30 for tire rotation stating I should have my newer tires on the front. It is a front wheel drive car so I though eh maybe, but I just got the tires replaced at a tire shop less than 3 months ago and they told me the new tires should go on the rear. I denied the tire rotation service today. I am glad I did. All research that I have done supports that the new tires should be on the rear of the vehicle for better traction and reduced chance of hydroplaning. I brought this up as I was checking out and another man who processed my transaction was giving me the same information as the first guy. While he absolutely has a right to explain things so they seem to make sense, it still doesn't support all of the countless studies that have been done and the blatant disregard for them. I honestly don't know if I will be returning here. The misinformation that they're giving their clients and the service they're performing by rotating the tires incorrectly is dangerous.

As long as the customer service and pricing remains reasonable, they have the business of an additional 3 vehicles until we leave the area. It's almost odd to see smiles on the faces of people in a maintenance shop, but the smiles quickly disappeared. Just because they were out of the door that fast. Dale Haynes: New ownership, named Liberty Ford. When appointment made, could not find my records. Arrived before scheduled time, 0800. Check in ok. Instructed to wait for shuttle. Asked at 0900. Told, he'd be here but had full load. Just wait. At 1100, still no shuttle, no word from check in attendant. Very unsatisfactory and never my previous experience at Crown dealership nor any other Ford dealer. Wasted day.

Every visit from several vehicles has been met with "were just slow because we're understaffed!". I don't know the specifics, but if you're always understaffed just hire more people. Don't turn it into an excuse for waiting several hours with 2 cars in line.
