I mean talk to me and let me know what was happening in the beginning of my first time. So boyfriend reform me to your office because he was going there for many years. With the same doctor. And so I went and had the same Doctor as well as my boyfriend and she was a great doctor. I mean he explained everything he said my questions and ask me a question. What kind of pain I have. Did my x-ray in and then he said that would I like a shot in my name because there is no me between them on my knees. I just want to say I really appreciate Dr. Kouba he really understands my pain. Badgirl “Badgirl”: Yesterday was my 2nd appt to the Ramsey St. facility, 1st time with Dr. Staneata.Compared to my previous appt, Dr. Staneata was awesome!She explained everything, using clear, concise vocabulary as well as visual aides and xrays.Staff was courteous and polite as always but, getting the prescription department to call in new medications, has proven to be somewhat of a feat.They never got called in yesterday and after calling the facility today and not being afforded the opportunity to speak with an actual person, I was forced to leave a voicemail for the refill department. After that message, 2 of the 3 scripts were called in.As of yet, I'm still waiting on my 3rd prescription.I did call back and left a 2nd message after being told not to by phone prompts. So, now im stuck, still waiting again.Overall, I think the facility, staff and Doctors are all nice. However their phone/information systems technology seems to be a bit outdated. Perhaps not patient friendly would be a better description?Either way,, they are a decent facility.
