Total Rehab Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inc: what do users think?
LaCecila Williams: I have been using their services for more than a year. The staff is Professional, Cordial, Considerate, and Patient. They do not rush,... every patient receives the necessary Time and Attention they deserve. Great Place, Great Service,... Great Staff.
David Dingus: Two different visits, 1st was custom fitted compression thigh high stockings. I received them and they do not fit around my thighs they continually slide off. The assistant said that day maybe you need custom stockings???? I was measured and fitted??? Second visit was for custom fitted inserts and a pair of shoes. I received the inserts and after the third time wearing my shoes the insert on the right foot is showing abnormal wear. I showed them to my foot doctor and they said the inserts look like off the shelf product.Never again will I walk through the doors of this NON PROFESSIONAL company.Recently I was coe shoe insertntacted by this company about my negative review. They asked me to come back and let them try to correct the problems. I told I would. They re-measured for the compression stockings, and for the shoe insert.A couple days go by and I returned to see what they had come up with. The new stockings fit a lot better, and the insert with some adjustments it now works better.I would suggest that if you choose to go to this business, voice your concerns the first time you are there and not feel rushed. In hindsight if the people would have listened to my concerns, then a negative response probably wouldn't have resulted.
Victoria Morris: This is my first time receiving services from Total Rehab and let me say that I am so happy my VA podiatry doc determined what I needed & sent me. The first and followup appointments were scheduled within reasonable times. The staff were very friendly and professional and Mr. Irvin was the best. He fitted me for an AFO & tennis shoes I needed and always dreamed of. Thank you Mr. Irvin and all the wonderful staff at Total Rehab for being kind and making my disabilities less of a disability.
Charlene A Bugg: Well, for one thing, not today but before, they tried to talk me into asking my doctor for a perscription for 2 pairs of shoes every six months instead of 1 pair. I didn't need two every time, just one time. They like that money! And today for at least the 3rd time I've went there, they still have my old address wrong. They say I never gave it to them but I know I did and this being at least the 3rd or more times. They blame it on the mail or me not giving it to them. All I can say is, if they want customers, they should just say I'm sorry and stop shifting the blame to make themselves look worse. But I can assure you, I won't go there again and I'll tell Tri West not to send me there again. They have bad bed side manners. Finally, they don't carry extra pairs of shoes, so you have to order them and if they don't fit, you have to wait for another pair to come in and they are just down rude about having to send them back, which is no fault of the customers, just theirs for not carrying enough in the first place.Yesterday, 4/16/2022, I went there again after 2 years, and they had changed my appt at my request, so I shouldn't have gotten in, but they were nice enough to get me in. I asked to not see the same lady I saw before, but I did; the same taller light haired lady that was rude to me before and she didn't want to recheck my shoe size because the last time the shoes were a little too long and uncomfortable at 7 1/2. She had an attitude when I told her the Air Force sized me at a 6 1/2 EEE and my crocks I wear now are both a size 6. She didn't want to check the size. She was very upset with me, and again got upset with me front of, I believe to be her supervisor, a short dark haired lady. I told the tall lady not to talk to me that way. "The supervisor" was a lot nicer to me but asked why I came back if I wasn't coming back like I said before and I said the VA sent me here. IThe "Supervisor" asked me if she resized me and I said no, she wouldn't. I asked to see someone else and the next person, a man, found my shoes to be a size 6 1/2 & 7 for the other foot, so I asked if they could order a 7 instead of the 7 1/2 and he did say my shoe size is smaller than she had it. He was a very pleasant person and very helpful. Not sure what his name was, but I highly recommend him. The lady at the front desk was very sweet also and I thank the "manager" for helping me out with this situation as she stopped the tall lady from going off on me again. I'm happy to come again but that one lady they should get rid of her!

I HIGHLY recommend Total Rehab Orthotics & Prosthetics to everyone that is in need. The staff is very professional. The providers are wonderful. Very clean. Everyone there is just all around great. They will get you in and out! They know their stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Jimmy Taylor: Worst customer service ever. I understand the Covid 19 changes business practices, but this is ridiculous. Waiting in parking lot 15 mins, trying to call, no answer. I guess they csn ignore you when your not allowed inside.
Jeanette Hubbard: They did a great job of getting my items on short notice to keep it in my insurance time frame. Michaela went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you so much! Everyone one there was very kind, understanding and helpful!
John Bescoe: I been going there starting back in sep 2002 and still going there great
A s: So far, I'm not thrilled with the care I've received. They sat on my referral for 6 business days before contacting me. Then once they contacted me, they didn't have any availability for 3 weeks.this caused a ripple effect and impacted other appointments with my specialty Dr
Amy Gillis: LOVE LOVE LOVE This staff! So friendly, in and out fast. Total Rehab is my go to for orthotics.
Nydia Chanza: People are helpful & patient friendly..

Zach Neill: This place will take great care of you! It's not just some business that wants to take your money and push you out the door. My experience was good! They gave me quality care and want to see you be the best you can be. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a shot to make your life better! I am excited to try the products they are having made for me!
Rich Smith: Yes I have used this office several times have no complaints whatsoever and Ms Abby Wilson has helped many times and always with a Smile! I wish all Dr Offices and clinics were as good as CFO!
Validon Axilyan: I have seen four different providers here and have never had a bad experience. The providers are very thorough and hands on. They do not rush you and answer any and all questions. I saw PA Amber Gendron today and received an injection in the back without any pain or discomfort. I was also given instructions for at home exercises to help with the issue. The providers and the PT department here are EXCELLENT. Zach in PT does excellent needling. I would highly recommend all their services to anyone.
Wayne Millis: Mr Earl Spellman is the gentleman that spoke with me. He is straight forward and tell you exactly as it is. He will take his time with you and fill out the paper work in minute details. I was very impress with the array of knowledge he has. From the beginning to the end process it has been rewarding. I would highly recomend Mr Spellman to any one that would need a device of this type, go see Mr Spellman at Cape Fear Orthotics & Prosthetics. Thanks again for all that you did for me. Wayne Millis

AOP Inc: what do users think?
Jay Ramirez: I work for a Veterans Non Profit Organization in the Ft. Bragg and surrounding areas community and hands down AOP is the best provider my clients and I have encountered. The staff is amazing from The Office Manager Maria, to the guys Travis and Tim they are truly committed to their craft and occupation. Every service we have received has been to perfection and would recommend their services 100%.
It’s Zee: Very welcoming and friendly staff
Yankee Girl: Been working with these two since 2018. I am a above knee amputee. They are great at what they do. If it’s not correct they fix it no problem.
Sandra Aceves: Highly recommend ~ Travis was very knowledgeable and informative, answered all of our questions concerning my son's feet and made myself and husband part of the measuring and molding process. Great customer service, made us feel very comfortable and confident about the process. Rose was also informative and very pleasant when I stopped by to pay for the service. Great customer service. Thank you for a very positive experience
Taushima Nixon: HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMENDDDDD‼️‼️‼️Becoming a new amputee can be EXTREMELY scary. Especially when you’re just 21 years old. Mr. Travis was the reason I was able to stand after 6 months of healing and rehab. He made sure I was comfortable visiting me in the hospital. After discharge he made sure I had the dopest prosthetic legs in all of North Carolina. 😆 He took his time, listened to me when I told him something was wrong, made sure I was well educated on skin care and how to properly utilize all of my equipment. He has such a warm and comfortable personality and always made himself available if I needed him for advice or encouragement. He is one of the sole reasons why I will become a prosthetist/orthotist. It has been 8 years since I’ve been an amputee and he is still my number one choice for my care!
Susie Que: He Help me fix my foot issue and didn't try to sell me anything expensive. I've been having issues with hammer toe that's beenjust so painful on the tips of my toes so I was pretty desperate on trying to get this issue fixed. I worked with Travis. He was extremely sympathetic and worked with me knowing that I don't have a lot of money whatsoever and he was able to find the best solution and help me make shoes instead of having to spend over $200 on orthopedic shoes that I cannot afford. I'm extremely grateful that he helped me diagnose the problem and a solution but yet kept me from overpaying because at this point I would have paid pretty much anything to try to make my foot pain go away. Thank you Travis!!
Danielle Eason: Was told by orthopedics I would have to buddy tape three fingers on one hand for 6 weeks..ugh. In less than 30 minutes Travis measured my hand and made (yes made) my hand brace. He was very detailed in his measurements of each individual finger as well as my hand and wrist. What was an aggravated pile of tape is now a well designed, comfortable hand brace that leaves no sticky residue. I can’t even begin to describe the customer service, professionalism, and genuine concern he had to ensure his product worked better than tape. And the best part.. it’s so much easier to put on and take off. Thank you Travis for making the next 6 weeks tolerable.
Lenny Baker: Been dealing with Travis now for 4 years and have No Complaints!!! Very Professional and is great with kids. Tim is also very Professional and good at what he does.
Jennifer Corzette: Great experience! Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable care in an emergency! I received helpful, accurate and skilled care from the staff. Thank you Melissa and Brian for all your help! I highly recommend AOP!
Douglas Johnson: The front desk staff is cheerful and professional. They actually MAKE the orthotics there! The gentleman who makes them ensures you leave comfortably. He took his time and made the adjustments so my orthotics fit just right. I’m very satisfied. Also they were the only business in town that my insurance approved!
Krista Krebs: I had an appointment at AOP to get fitted for compression stockings. I drove almost an hour from Southern Pines for my appointment with a letter in hand from my insurance authorizing they would cover the cost of the stockings. I was never seen by whoever my appointment was with, I was just assured by the man behind the front desk that even though I had the letter, my insurance would not cover them and he suggested instead that I go to a CVS type store to purchase them for cheaper. I called my insurance from the parking lot and they said they would cover them and had no idea why this company would not give me the stockings that I had been referred for. So thankfully my insurance changed the authorized seller to another store 10 minutes away. They happily accepted my insurance letter and prescription, and ordered the stockings for me. Frustrating experience at AOP.

Advanced Brace & Limb: what do users think?
Chris Cavallier: If I could I would give them 0 star rating.Rude personal and crazy overpriced baby helmet. Not good at their jobs at all.NOT RECOMMENDED
Jessica Elmore: We had a great experience getting a Starband for our son! Rebecca was awesome with our little man and the results were super impressive!
Antonio Marshall VFX Artist: I think the therapy is going well considering i am doing better than my initial injury visit. My mobility seems to be improving as swelling goes down. What will my outcome be is at question. I will just have to do my part and TRY. P.S. ADVANCED BRACE AND LIMB IS ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE ORTHOPEDIC OFFICE FRONT DOORS. I am very thankful for all the staff members whom take their time to care for the patients. Thank you.
Cheree Rich: Over the years quality and care has diminished if you desire to be an active amputee do not go!!!!!!!!! ⚠️ do not go
ashraf abuhableh: Don’t buy anything from this company they triple prices I got the air cast boot the price about $400 the charge me 30% $118 because I have insurance then I found out the boot only $66 anywhere else and the don’t know anything about there Products
Shelly Danforth: Sadly I can’t remember the name of the guy who creates the cast at Advanced brace and limb , but he made the day very enjoyable for my daughter. He has 22 years experience , and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We had a few issues with insurance, but everything was taken care of because of the most wonderful staff. I feel so grateful today knowing my daughter is receiving the best care possible.

Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics: what do users think?
Mike Spears: Great selections, prompt delivery, knowledgeable and friendly staff
Leslie Younger: Great experience, awesome customer service and quality products.
tyrrell terrell: I can only say great things about this clinic. Everyone that works their has always been friendly and professional. The clinic runs very efficiently and I have never had any issues with anything since I have been a patient.
Sarai Rodz: They weren’t able to be flexible and accommodating military personnel to work with their schedule. I was running 5 minutes late to my appointment because had to return to my home because I forgot my slip, and they wouldn’t let me come in at all. Making me miss my entire appointment, and trying to make me reschedule. Guess what, asked Humana Military for a referral to another place.
Felicia Swann: Had a good first visit for insert fitting but couldn’t make my appointment to pick up so they’ve rescheduled 3 weeks out. When asked could I release them to pick up my inserts that are PAID IN FULL. They would not allow it but were happy to cancel my entire order all together. Waiting list for cancellation was an option but they enjoyed a good laugh because I asked. They’re not willing to accommodate patients regardless of situation. I walk in pain every day and I don’t appreciate your laughing. Very disappointed.
Waleed Abdur-Razzaq: I always receive a warm and courteous welcomeGood people great service !!!
Veronica Alexander: How do they order shoes when all they did was look at the size in the tongue of my shoes I had on and I'm a first time client? Then tell me to make an appointment to pick them up. Bad first impression.
_ Ezra: Awesome place. They will work with you until your items are just what you need.
Sarah Zahm: Mr. Butts was great with helping my child, very informative. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
