Isaiah Jones: Excellent place to go shop at. The Thai Style restaurant is so good. The Thai Style workers give me a sample of one of their chicken and I have decided to get a plate. Thai Style have the best rice, chicken, beef, etc. I'll definitely come back and get another plate.

Elaine Bennett: Went to Cross Creek Mall this morning about 10. The Stupidest thing you could go in the stores through the entrances from the street but you could not go out of them into the mall area till 11 o’clock. There was a lot of people walking around in the mall and 5 or 6 eateries open to serve food. Someone needs to get there stuff together if I go shopping I want to get my shopping done before the crowds get in. Either they should open at 10 or 11 even if it’s just major stores. But open All the doors if there is doors you can go inside the mall through. I left and said I would do my shopping somewhere else.
Octavia Brown: This mall is OK(it has all the basic stores). Perfect amount of stores for this area. They have a curfew for 16 and under which I love because it keeps the crime down.
Purple07: Literally feels like you’re walking into a Flea Market. Many of the stores feel hot no AC circulating & Rest Room areas. I went into the restroom 🚻 near Forever 21 felt the hot heat as you made your way into the hallway . The seating area had a big hole patched up in the sofa cushion… I’ve been going to the Cross Creek location, since the 90s & currently at its worse. We try to go to other Malls to avoid this one.

Pamela Whitfield: This mall and location has so much potential and it’s so disheartening to see it being run into the ground. Whoever is trying to manage this mall clearly needs help! It’s Spring and the center doesn’t open until 11:00am. This mall should be a vibrant hub of shopping, with a mix of excellent food, trendy cafes, beauty bars, and be a cool fun family friendly mall. Why should people have to drive to Raleigh or Charlotte to shop when they could do it here.
Eliza Montgomery: Waffle cabin food review ** ..I love love love this place but it’s NEVER open when I’m at the mall I waited all day for them to open once and it just never did the lights were in no one was working…I check the hours and it states they should be open when I go there …(this has happened several times) …I’d eat here way more often but what can you do !?!If you can ever catch someone working def try them out they are fabulous!As for the mall come willing to deal with dirty bathrooms and crack heads dancing in the food court it’s unfortunate bc this is a decent store mall and malls are just dying out since Covid!

The tables were so sticky it was if they had fly paper tops. Come on guys a little soap and water would work wonders on keeping them clean!!!

NLW: Came here to buy clothes beginning of month and was impressed at the experience and above all, quality. Today, extremely busy, still loving the quality and style of clothes here- I still have been wearing the same clothes from a decade ago or before-😳 so when I had a business trip and tried on an old suit of mine from 05- waaay out of style , hole in the rear seam, and so, I ended up here. Obviously enjoyed and liked quality so I returned. Same thing today, impressed by the quality. Only complaint would be lack of staff members to get into the dressing rooms. I had to go all the way to the front and then the two staff members I did find were too busy horsing around to help or even acknowledge my presence, so I walked back to the back and found someone. I think everywhere is suffering from a shortage of staff but it would be nice to have more mindful staff of that. I shouldn’t have to go find you. You should be back there to offer the dressing rooms to me… will still return, tho. 💕 💃
R Hen: I love this store but a few years ago it went from a regular store to an outlet but the prices stayed the pretty much the same which makes no sense. For example: I would check the regular store for prices on jeans and they would be aprox. $88 and the outlet sells their jeans for the same price when not on a sale during a holiday. Even during sales its the same as the regular store. I dont see the point of having an outlet that charges regular prices with less options. As far as I am aware outlets are suppose to be at reduced prices and not basically same price as the regular store. The excuse I am told all the time is they sell out of season clothes which I have pulled out my phone and shown them the item in question at the regular store then their answer is I dont know what to tell you. Its not employees fault since they are only doing what higher ups are telling them to do. If this store is an outlet I believe it needs to have outlet prices or change it back to a regular store with more options.

Miss Tiffany went out of her way to make sure my Mom found the perfect dress. Also need to give a shout out to Tionna who has GREAT customer service! Together they made my Moms shopping a success!!!

Alfred Foote: I love a good parking lot. This one is usually busy especially around Barns and Noble end. The other side is much easier to find parking spots. The exit has a light making it easy to get out. Really just a good example of an shopping center 😀
Laura O: Had a late lunch here today, table of 6, 3 adults, 3 children. Although there were not many customers in the restaurant, we were not greeted for quite a few minutes. Our server took our order and brought drinks, but we only saw him two additional times once when he brought more chips and the other when he brought our bills. We were not checked back on after we received our food. If we had been, we would have expressed our unhappiness then instead of on this platform. All (adults) felt food was disappointing, and the service was terrible. I wouldn't return here for a free meal. In hindsight, the lack of customers should have been our warning.
