Taye & Chasity Mcneill: Me and my wife had a date night and decided to stop here we normally do Crab De Jour on Legion road or just cook at home if we want a seafood boil but we were in the area, so 1st the atmosphere was good the music was great but after that everything else was horrible the garlic butter in our bags was bland had no taste they give you two slices of sausage (yes just two slices ) and to top it off there is an upstairs but it was not being used so it wasn't lit i look at the stair case and I see a mouse coming down and he quickly went back up that jus messed up my whole experience and to top it off our bill was 104 dollars for the little bit of food we received and I don't mind paying but give me my moneys worth .

My food was overcooked, seasoning was okay. And I had like 7 pieces of shrimp…..im not a fan of this place. Great customer service, but the food is not good. Im disappointed. Definitely isn’t worth the $40 I spent.

Well let’s begin my son and I ordered a seafood broil the sauce was nasty the little bit we got on our seafood the waitress was clueless on the menu, moved like a zombie like she didn’t even want to be there and the slices of the sausage’s only about three come on now. Yulanda Diggs: My experience here was good. I had an awesome waiter who took care of my large party. Our food came out hot delicious (although at different times). I gave 3 due to the fact that one of my friend’s food came out almost 20 minutes after everyone else’s then the person we were celebrating left their cards on the table. When the restaurant was contacted not even 6 minutes later they were informed that they had been thrown away. ☹️

The Ruthless Vato (The Ruthless Vato): Went to try to enjoy the all you can eat shrimp... it never happened due to out waiter having "a 12 top in the back" !!! We got a table and it took roughly 20 minutes to get the first set of shrimp... then nearly an hour before the second order was brought out. We were constantly being told "it's on its way" "it will be right out" and then when it did come out, only one scampi came. The other was "on its way". Needless to say we ended up speaking with the manager and still tipped the waiter.Note to people in the waiter/service industry... STOP TREATING PEOPLE AS IF THEY WONT TIP!

I had a TKO and i can’t remember what my husband ordered but i know he said it was really really good!! Holly Sharpe: We was sat down around 7pm. I had to go up to the front counter and tell them that no one came and took our drink order after about 15 mins. When they finally came to take our order we was ready to place said order. Took another 30-45 mins for our appetizer and drinks to come out. Then we finished our appetizer and waited another 30 mins or more for our food to come out. They was out of the ol'Bays seafood seasoning for my husband's food and the fries was cold and soggy. lup: When paying those prices, we expext good service, but we paid for the food and service that was horrible, and incompetence management is to blame. They knew we had a group of 30+ planned months in advance. There was 1 waitress taking orders and bartering at the same time. There was no clean silverware. Then, added to the bill. I ordered an 18.00 plate and 2 drinks. And my bill was 100. The restaurant was empty except for us, and still, the service was bad. I can't express the disappointment. I'm not interested in going to any Joe's Crab Shack ever. 😒
