Fayetteville Pain and Spine: what do users think?
Angela Williams: Awful experience,, now I can't get into any pain clinic
Carolyn Blue: If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and neglectful with patients care. They do not answer the phone nor do they respond to voicemails for appointments and today staff locked up before closing time which is at 4 as my client was standing there attempting to verify/schedule an appointment. They refused to open the door even after she knocked. It was obvious that staff was still inside because a patient had just walked out the door as the receptionist locked it behind her while my client tried to gain entry. This is not the first time this has happened and it is unacceptable when these people took an oath! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU VALUE THEM AND THEIR WELL-BEING because this place needs to be shut down immediately.
Faheem Thompson: My mom has been going here at this office for a couple of years, she hasn't had any problems with them at all, the practitioner she usually sees wasn't available, so she was seen by another one, she said that the practitioner when attending to her started speaking at her, making assumpti and suggesting that she didn't care about her health, being very disrespectful, my mom said she didn't say anything she left it alone, the next visit, my mom said she begin doing the same thing, speaking to her like she was grilling her my mom became confused and asked to speak to someone in charge to get some clarity, the practitioner jumped up and through her property in the the floor and left out the room, came back and proceeded to scream at my mom telling her to get out, my mom told her she paid her money and wasn't leaving until she finished her business, the practitioner got angry and continued to scream, my mom remained calm, a nurse had to come in the office and pic up my property that she through on the floor, my mom was embarrassed 😳 and hurt by how that lady spoke to her, a couple of days after, they send a letter discharging my mom from there, when she was the one to be verbally abused, they want you to sit there and except their abusive behavior and except it, it's ashame, shameful behavior, not all of them, they excuse you for what they do wrong, God see what they doing
Co Co Best (Dee Dee): Don't care about games they play after completing forensic screenings, why would staff tell a paralyzed pt to get up and walk to do a urinalysis without assistance
Charles Eason: If you are in real pain, you probably should not go here. They do not listen and only prescribe what they feel is necessary. Way of controlling people. People with real pain issues need to find a better clinic. They have no understanding of what pain older adults have. Wait til they are old. Then they will know.
Sala Thompson: So they screwed up my prescription and won't hold themselves accountable, instead are blaming the pharmacy, the lady who called me back from the dr wouldn't even allow me to speak, every time she would cut me off. How are you gonna be able to help my concerns if you won't even listen to the problem?! This experience alone has caused me to currently look for another office to go to because how can you help if you can't listen to the patient? Its not like I was asking much, I was respectful and let you finish what you had to say, all I ask is for the same respect.
Patricia Braden: Respect and understanding of what was going on with me
Kenley Abraham: The BEST! Dr. Kim has helped me so much and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen.
PCarol Ulrich: I had to give it a star to write a review and this is a horrible place! My first visit to this place and I walked out after the so-called provider who wasn't even a doctor asked me if I wanted pain medication and that I had to give a urine for a drug test before I could be seen! The place is dirty and full of very unsavory people! I went to my primary care physician and they sent me back to her right away and she was livid! She called them and I could hear her reading them the riot act! If you need to see a professional practice go to RPK! THEY ARE MUCH BETTER!I am a 66-year-old retired professional woman and I felt like a piece of trash!
joni butrim: DR. KIM HAS USED Pulsed radiofrequency relieves acute back pain and sciatica. ... A minimally invasive procedure in which pulses of energy from a probe are applied directly to nerve roots near the spine is safe and effective. THIS COMPLETELY TOOK AWAY MY SCIATIC BACK HIP PAIN. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about pain reduction not pills. even tough I still take some meds due to extensive back and neck pain. I have had the best care fro this pace.
Tiffany T: Waited 15 minutes after signing in to go up to the desk to get checked in. Was in the lobby for 45 minutes from my appointment time to be seen, to find out that they didn't follow through with treatment approval. Gave treatment documents from my previous pain management Dr, to find out that they only do medication and temporary fixes, like Sprix (max 5 day use) recommended to me for the headache I've had for months. What am I supposed to do after 5 days? Their plan seems to be keeping you in the office consistently instead of long term fix. They have never called me back and rarely answer the phones. The doctor and staff do not read medical documents and cannot get authorizations to stick for procedures that would keep you from coming back frequently. they just wait out the authorizations then put in another authorization for a different procedure that will keep you coming back instead of fixing the root of the problem. This has been almost a year process.
Cecilia Phillips: Since Dr. Bradford left this place has declined in it's care for it's patience. The new doctor prescribed me medicationthat after insurance cost $200. Just because I have private insurance doesn't mean I have full pockets I was unable to fill my meds so I just stop going. I will find a doctor who truly cares about my medical condition and the price of precipitation facing the American people today.
Rosemarie Winget: I’ve been a patient here for over 3yrs...since the staffs changed they’re r great...they treat u like family and I’ve never waited 10mins. If I go early, I’m seen early...Dr. Kim is outstanding in his feild
Felecia “MrsRobotJ” Johnson: I don't have any issues with them because I have been following directions. If you don't, you will be dropped from the office.
Ric: This place is trash. The staff are trash. The customer service is nonexistent. I will never come back here again. I had an appt a couple months ago and it was decent. Not horrible but not great either. Just decent.I guess that what they do for new patients. Two weeks ago I had an appt. When I arrived I was told the Dr cancelled the appt due to some kind of family emergency. They told me they called twice and my voicemail was full. My phone is always on me. My inbox is never full because I delete voicemails as soon as I hear them. But I think "fine, chalk it up to miscommunication". I ask when the next available appt is and was told Nov 12 at 1230 was the only one otherwise I'd have to wait a month or longer. I had an appt already set but since I had no choice I cancelled my previous appt and took this one.I walked in today and there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign in sheet under a sign that says "if you sign in and aren't called in ten minutes, come to the front desk". I sign in at 12:12. At 12:15 an employee opens the door to the back and shoves a man and his wheel chair out, turns to walk away and the man asks her a question and she doesn't even look at him, she shouts an answer as the door closes behind her. He leaves with his nurse. 12:20 an employee appears behind the desk and a woman in the waiting room asked her for help and the employee basically said it wasnt her job and that the people who could help us were at lunch. I got her attention and told her I had an appt at 1230. To which she answered, that's lunchtime and we dont make appts at lunch time. I showed her the appt reminder that they sent to my phone which showed I had an appt today at 1230, lunch time. She shrugged it off and disappeared. 1240 arrives and there still isnt anyone there. I went to the window and called out hello and a woman appeared and told me there was a sign in sheet and to sit down and they would get to me blah blah. She told me it wasnt her dept, but she would find out. She also asked what time my appt was. I told her and she tells me they dont make appts during lunch. Naturally I'm a little peeved by now because not only did their lack of organization wreck my schedule, now I have to deal with "it's not my job", "everyone is at lunch" "we dont make appts at lunch" ect. I seemed to have lit a fire under their ashes because now staff is coming back to their work stations. The last woman I spoke to comes around the corner with the Dr like a child, points at me and says "he was rude to me". He pulls me into a back office and starts to talk to me like I'm a child about respect and courtesy towards staff. Ignoring the lack of customer service and professionalism from his staff. By this time its 1:00. He then leads me to the back to do my procedure and his assistant seem to have his chest puffed out a little bit. Dr. Dad, still lecturing seemed to be a little rougher this time performing my procedure. These people have no clue what the words professional, customer service or patient care means. I'll never come back and I hope no one else does.
Darryl: Arrives on time at the appointment just to sit around and wait for over an hour and finally get called back to be told we have two people in front of you. Worst customer service ever there is no explanation for the lack of care for patients. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Lisa Benjamin: I have back n leg issues due to a expamental drug a doc put on for cancer seven years ago and I was referred to the place two years ago n my doc here is wonderful very helpful her name is zena. She found out what the all the damage cause was cause my regular doc wasn’t. I’m not on pain killers cause I was on them for a long time n they don’t work on the problems I have. She gave me other med and I get shot that are important to my condition in my Spine n I can say for the first time in sixteen years I can run n play with my kids it brings me to tears to think about how much time I lost with my kids wen they were little do to stupid other doc not helping n want just to put me on pain pills for the rest of my life.... thank you so much zena hope all your dreams come true cause u help so many people
Sherry Smith: The steroid injections and facet injections saved me from my severe pain for almost 5 months! I haven't needed to take anything stronger than ibuprofen for that long. I'm so grateful for Briar Creek Pain and Spine! Thank you so much!
Byford Fitzgerald: Only relief i have found for back
Katrina Hemmingway: I have been a patient here for soon time now. For the most of that time, the providers have been wonderful except for one pa who is no longer there. The front desk staff is very courteous and professional. However, I have found that it's difficult to communicate with staff by phone. On more than one occasion, I have called the office several time over the course of days each time leaving a message that is supposed to be returned the next day. Those messages were never returned which resulted in me having to make a 35 mile trip to speak with someone about ordering my medication. And yes I was treated as though I was seeking drugs and wasting their time even though I only had 2 pills left. I have never abused my pain medication and always have some left over on my next visit. So, it doesn't matter that you try to do the right thing, we're all judged the same.Once I was giving a 3 day supply and told to pick up my prescription at a local pharmacy that had my mediction in stock. I did not pick it up that same day because my usual pharmacy said that they would have it in stock in 3 days. We'll my pharmacy couldn't get it. So I called the pharmacy that the clinic told me to go to only to find out that the clinic never sent them the prescription. So, I am completely out of medication and can't speak to anyone about it. The lady at the front desk (who could only speak to the medication coordinator) was were helpful but as of now, I don't know to what extent. The opiod crisis is real but Healthcare professionals shouldn't judge everyone as the same. There are patients who have legitimate pain issues who rely on pain medications to have any kind of meaningful life. So, what does this say to professionals who these patients? Don't be so quickly to judge anyone and label them as "drug seekers" and addicts, know your patients and show compassion. Is it too much to ask to from those of us who are in pain? It's unfair and demeaning.
Tina Brown-Johnson: This is by far the worst clinic I have been to. I was referred to this location by VA for pain management for Lower back pain. The ladies at front were rude, abrasive and would not listen.

Neurology & Pain Management Center: what do users think?
Theresa Lawrence: Bianca Goo is the best provider I have ever had when it came to pain management. She is very informative ands is dedicated to making positive progress in all aspects of my care at the clinic. I have been her patient since she started and she has not disappointed. Overall my pain still continues but I’ve been able to manage it to the point that I am able to do things any grandparent would love to do with my 4 year old grandson.Gratefully submitted…
Donna Brown: I saw the owner Doctor Devae .I have been going to this practice for many years. My NP set me up to see him. I was going to see him so he could check and see if I have Parkinson. When he came in the room he didn't even know why I was there to see him. After I told him I tried talking to explain what my concerns were. He cut me off. So so disappointed. I also received a bill from this practice for $100.00 for 2 no shows. The first one I was 7 minutes late and they would not see me. Now just remember I cannot drive. My second one was because my mother was taking me and her car stopped working 2 minutes from the clinic. I called them and explained. Then I got charged for it. They forgave me for one. There policy is they can forgive you for one a year. But let me just say I waited over a hour the other day. But that is OK. I would like to say Misty my NP is absolutely the best that I have ever had. She has helped me more than any other doctor with my severe pain. Her nurse is also fantastic with the receptionist. Now that the Oliver Street office is moving to the office off Andrew Street. I pray that they are nice. I don't handle people that are rude or disrespectful. I have a very tinder heart. Yes that is my problem but I cannot help it. My medication helps me with it most times but sometimes it doesn't. I love Misty she is the best of the best. My advice is don't be late.
Larissa Darnell: I’ve been a patient for almost a year at the Oliver street location.. The provider,Misty, Was always very nice and helpful when it came to my care.I’d like to say that I had no issues with staff or anyone until I needed paperwork or for someone to call back. Staff do not follow patients requests nor do they return phone calls when they or their prompt say they will. When speaking to the office manager, she was just as unprofessional and didn’t follow up with calls either. I then reached out to the head office manager,Christine,in regards to the lack of customer service I was receiving and had to leave multiple messages for her. After having to basically chase her down, she proceeded to let me know she would call me in a week… it’s now 2 weeks later and I’ve left several messages and no response. Then someone put in saying that I no longer want to be seen as a patient in which I never told the site I was seeing that information. This is one of the worst medical practices I’ve been to. Then I finally received. Call back from the head office manager,Christine, and she let me know I was being dropped as a patient because of what the staff at the site I was going to said. They are only there to support their staff and not hold anyone accountable for their mishaps.customer service and patient well being is not a priority to this office or practice and they will stand by their staff regardless of the issues. It’s complete retaliation because I voiced concerns and didn’t back off when I was being treated horribly. Blatant disrespect and lack of commitment to problem solving or fixing issues within the company.
Jen Murphy: Thank you, to Haley Heath for being quicker than anyone I’ve dealt with and getting me in faster than my old place was going to make me wait for a referral. I literally can’t thank her enough for dealing with me and going the extra mile! She is so pleasant and kind !! I wish more people were like this!
kelle erickson: The one on Oliver Street is horribleThe nurses that will lie to you it will also lie to the doctor and say they didn't say something to you when they didAlso they prescribe me norcam even though I never have overdosed and my insurance will not cover it so I call to get information on how I could get it since they said I had to have it and she went back and told the doctor that I refused to get it which was not true I could not afford it.Then they decided to take me out because I could not get my narkamSo good luck with this place they will lie on you
Val Acevedo: I have multiple Sclerosis and I go here to be treated by Dr Dave and he is very caring and compassionate. He talks to me like a person not just as a patient but like family. I've seen hundreds of doctor in my years having MS and he's by far the nicest most understanding doctor I have ever had. The ppl that work there are all nice and they are really funny and down to earth. Wouldn't change a thing.
Lonnie Englent: Good people that works there
Wanda Adams: Amazing care here. Doctor's and nurses are very helpful and polite. Definitely worth the wait to get in here.
Tonya Montgomery: I love it. The staff treats you so nice. I love Misty she listens to you about anything in your life. I cried when my insurance wouldn’t cover me anymore here. So I choose to pay out of pocket that is how much I love it here. The one on Oliver as well. I’ve only had one time when the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful as far as customer service. But other than that great staff. I don’t want to go no where else.
Ilyne Aiken: I had nothing but good things to say until I had my video call with samta bahkta from the benson office. She’s the type of provider who TELLS you where your pain is, and asks why the medication isn’t working. If something is not working for me, then it’s not working and I’m not going to continue to take it. Other than that, the Oliver st location is awesome. But I will be requesting not to be seen by Samta. One thing I can’t Stand is for someone to tell me where I’m hurting. I don’t care what your profession is or what the results of test say.
Candace B: Do not waste your time trying to secure an appointment with the Pain Management Center located on 5511 Ramsey Street, Fay. NC. The staff members barely answer the phones and when you finally get someone on the phone she will provide every reason as to why an appointment can not be scheduled without speaking to someone named Haley whom is NEVER available or returns phone calls. When I asked to speak to the Office Manager, I was informed that Haley was the Supervisor as well. I have had this referral from my PCM since December, 2021 trying to secure an appointment at this center, needless to say it's time to locate a medical facility on a more professional level.
Vincent Aiken: I wanna say thank you to Kimberly, Misty and staff at Oliver st for taking such good care of me. Y'all definitely make day every visit. If you're looking for a place who listens to their patients than Neurology & Pain Management on Oliver Street is the place to be.
Evelyn “Evey” Locklear: The staff and Doctors at Nuerology and Pain Management are really great... And they respond speedily to every concern you approach them with. Dr. B. Goo, for example, is an excellent listener and medical provider. She has been my doctor for several years now and I truly have no complaints. To be honest, I can't praise her or the office staff enough.
Angie Jackson: Absolutely love this place!! Ms. Bianca, Angel and the entire staff is so friendly and helpful, they really care about the patient. You can tell they like what they do because it shows on how they treat you!!
L. Yvonne Murray: I cannot think of any words that convey the depths of how grateful I am that I learned about Dr. Dave's (pronounced Daa-VÃ) practice from my friend, Sue.2nd review/review update: I continue to feel gratitude and deep respect for Ms B. Goo, my provider. She is knowledgeable, stays current with newest methods of pain management and insightful. She has never failed me.[My 1st review: "The providers are professional, caring and willing to listen and HEAR what you need.]
James Purcell: Dr Goo is one the best doctors I think I’ve ever had. She really listens to you and truly cares about how you feel
Sharon Ezzell: I've only been to the office twice and one virtual appt and was pleased with the doctors and nurses. I called and asked to make an appt for another issue I was having and the girl that answered kept me on the phone 8 minutes putting me on hold and then picked up the phone and said "We can't give you anything for pain" she didn't even know what the appt was for. They never gave me anything for pain before and I didn't ask for any from her. She don't need to assume what someone needs when she don't even know the person. She can cause the practice to loose alot of patients. I just wish I got her name so I could report her.
Summer Harvey: This doctors office is amazing. Ive had seizures for about 14 years. When I started going to this doctor 3 years ago, that changed everything. I havent had a seizure in over 3 years. I highly recommend neurology & pain management doctors office
Eleanore Queen: Love Dr Goo she really cares about her patients. Explains everything thoroughly she listens. I would recommend their clinic on Ramsey to anyone needing neurological help or pain management. Staff always friendly and smiling
Unique King: I didn’t even get a chance to go inThe doctors office soon as I calledThe lady at the front desk Her name is Luis or LouiseWas so rude. ! & she has a bad attitude !!& it made me not want to attend this office ...a lot of people that call may not understand how to deal with faxing over papers and Louise did not have any patience at all ! She needs to be fired.. I have worked for customer service myself for years and that was terrible customer service experience..
Zyetta Hernandez: The lady that works at the front desk is awful and it’s really sad if you don’t have customer service you shouldn’t be placed at entrance . Other than that the doctors are wonderful in nurses don’t answer the phone but some of them are okay as well but lady at front desk needs to be fired

National Spine & Pain Centers - Fayetteville: what do users think?
Joyce Eaddy: I have never had any problems with my doctor's. The ladies up front in the office are Always Pleasant
vivian blue: The staff is courteous and you don't have to wait a long time to be checked in. The office and restrooms are clean
Elena McLaurin: The Dr. I saw, was knowledgeable, and cared enough to explain my medical condition thoroughly. Even though the Dr. Seemed hurried for the sake of keeping appointments on time. The front desk staff, need a bit more human rapport, give eye contact, be respectful and speak to the patients clearly as they arrive.
Ms. Evrard: Wonderful staff and Dr. Noli is an awesome Doctor
Dee Moore: Been going to this doctor for almost 2 years. What is horrible when you don't get time off from work is you see a PA then the doctor to get a procedure then have to go back in a week to see how it's going. Then my husband had covid almost three weeks before my appt and I told the truth they wouldn't see me without me having a negative test. They wanted to move my appt so I could go to another doctor to produce a negative test. So again more time off work more money I don't have. I was not symptomatic and I guess shouldn't have told the truth. RIP OFF. Ps my opinion.
Traci Foggo: The Medical Assistant treated me with care and concern. She was very attentive and nice. However, my experience with the doctor was unfavorable. I felt very rushed. She was talking so fast I couldn't understand her. She seemed like she did not care one thing about me. I was upset when I left that office. I felt like my doctor could care less about me. Not a great first impression. Hopefully my next appointment will be better.
Deborah Manocchio: They were able to straighten out my pain meds that VA couldn’t but I was not happy with any of their other treatments, ie: RFA, Epidurals & Pressure Point Injections. Most of the time the doctor wouldn’t listen to me (I’ve been receiving Pain Mgmt in CA for over 10+ years, so I know what my body needs.). The nurse (Noli) listened well, took great notes & helped me where he could!! Sorry to say I left because of the doctor. 😥
GLOBALTRESSES Denise: I came in the office with no mask also the state of North Carolina says no mask are required. I left my mask so I go ask them for one they say they don’t give out masks so the lady in the front would not give me a masks so I had to walk and go find me a mask thank God that the medical office down the street gave me one this is so sad I even came 25 minutes early thanks for that or i would have never been able to get my procedure this is so sad
Charlotte Cleary: My father in law moved in with my husband and i from Georgia, as he needs full time care at the young age of 50, he was blown up by a roadside bomb in Iraq 2009, has hardware in his neck back and has a lot of pain, he’s had the Same PM dr in GA that has tried everything possible but is managed with medications, DR shakur was RUDE, unhelpful and wouldn’t let myself or my FIL speak, she didn’t have any information about my FIL when we already signed the release of info 2 weeks prior his appointment so she knew the history as it is a complex, we was under the impression the dr would have the info ready for the appointment, she came in blind, unhelpful and was stood up the whole time, didn’t feel like she could be bothered and was rushed and impersonal.. Would not recommend this company at all.
Cheryl Ellis: Very nice staff and the doctor is great, scheduling appointments are good, limited wait time to be seen. Facility is clean. Overall my experience was excellent.
Mike Serrone: The shot definitely works!Pain in my lower back went from a 9-10 to ZERO! If you have lower back issue's (i.e. like my ruptured disc between L5and S1) See this doctor abd let her do the injection, it really works!
Paulette Hickmon: The staff is very friendly that the doctor is excellent and they are very fast
Robert Seale (Rob): Very professional.
John Sweitzer: The doctor was no help. Wants to argue with you. And does not want to even try and help. Sent me out of office with no suggestions for helping me, but took my money. Save your time and money, find someone else
Michael Tucker: It’s a young lady that is at the front Dess she is so disrespectful and she’s very rude I have been coming there for years the way that she talks to people like they are beneath her it’s very degrading and disrespectful I’m definitely going to look for somewhere else she’s a new young lady that works in the front I feel like if you’re not going to do your job professional just leave you don’t have to talk to people like they are nobodies
Jocelyn Melvin: From the time I get in the door the staff is courteous to me. I do not have to wait long once I sign in. They care about my pain.
James F. Oliphant: I've been coming to this place now for over I'd say 6 months or so, I've had a great experience here with my doctor and nurse , the receptionist is very friendly, I've been looking for over 30 years trying to find a place that would help me with my pain , To where I don't have to take drugs for my pain no more, My provider offered me a solution and ask me if I be interested in going to this place, I told him I would give it a try and I'm glad I did, The people that worked here with national spine and pain centers, They're generous, Patient and understanding, I'll be coming back for many many years, The solution was great, I go in I get a shot and I'm good for About 6 weeks And believe me when I say it's better it is, Nothing's a 100% guaranteed, But it works for me, Thank you and have a great day.
DEBRA HAIRSTON: The Staff and Doctors are great
Willie Burks: As I said previously, my experiences with this clinic have been very professional. The entire staff gives you the feeling that they really care and not in it just for a paycheck. I would recommend them to my most loved ones.
La'Vonna Johnson: The PA Joshua is so awesome, he is patient and he listens to what you say and your concerns are validated and he explains what he is going to recommend and why he allows you to have input without making you feel he knows what's best and your concerns don't matter. The tech she is awesome and the doc who do the Injections is excellent.
Antonio Clay: I am a new patient at the clinic. I was greeted by front desk staff. Ms Stephanie was very pleasant and very helpful. The waiting area/ front desk area was pretty hectic during that time, however she was able to keep everything very organized and professional. The clinical staff were great as well. It is because of Ms. Stephanie and others like her that I will continue to to come here for my pain management needs.-B. Clayson

Wake Spine & Pain - Fayetteville: what do users think?
K Boyer: Dr. V was Amazing, empathetic, attentive and respectfulThe vitals n intake person also was great... I loved my experience
Janey Smith: Worked well with senior citizens. Friendly helpful physician and staff
Delores Whitley: First time visit. I was satisfied that the staff was nice and the assistant was very kind. The doctor was very attentive and did an excellent job of explaining my options. I felt very comfortable.
Jeff Sexton: Dr.prince was not A good choice for me. She was judgemental and very.opionated. She did not try to help me all she focused on was past services i have had nor the present. Her accusations had no merit andshe wouldnt even test my urine wich would of proved i was following the program rules. I will not recommend the wake spinal center bcause i believe the clients deserve to be treated alot better than i was. As a dr..she did not try to help me she was unprofessional.and rude. My advice choose a different pain management center. One that puts tthere patients first and one that is determined to help there patients get back to good health. That was not the caze here with dr.prince
Theresa Dorsey: If I could give them 0 stars I would. The front desk receptionist was ok. When the PA Princey Paul came in I knew right away this wasnt goin to be good. She didn’t even address my physical pain. She went by what my last MRI said which was from 2021. She said what shows on paper doesn’t show that I need any pain medication. My pain management closed down unexpectedly last month. I had been there for 7 years. He understood my pain. So fast forward. She said she would not treat me. I have had several pain since 2016. I have nerve damage in my lower back, upper back, neck , osteoporosis in both knees and hips. I also have MS. She gave me a referral to a drug addiction clinic!!! I’m not addicted lady I’m in chronic pain!!! If you go there don’t see Princy Paul, she doesn’t care!!!
David: Front staff and the one that took my stats.. all, awesome and professional. The one that reviewed my chart and history; not so much. I mentioned neck pain and BANG! A future injection in my neck is what I'm getting. My whole back is toast, as evident by my neurologist notes and MRI's. I repeatedly tried to tell her that my neck pain was a distant 11th place in regards to all the other pain that I deal with on a daily basis. She wouldn't budge. "You said neck, so that's where you'll get your injection in 2 weeks."I'm extremely close to needing a wheelchair and probably another cane, because of my knees.I can hardly walk.Does my my entire spine give me pain and is in need of 3 separate operations..? Yes.When a fireman comes across a fire, do they start spraying water on the smallest flames? No. They attack the largest source of the fire. Then, I dared to inquire about pain medication and her attitude went from defiant, to accusatory. Heard a brand new word, "addictuality" I believe?Said that I could possibly receive a drug called: Suboxone, from another center. I had her write it down, because I was not familiar with it.Well, looked it up, and it's for addicts! So, bang! Now, I'm an addict?Researched it and will never need it or take it. Seems to be a horrible drug.I freaking loathe living in pain, but to live in pain and have to deal with this kind of manipulation, is intolerable and reprehensible. The doctor seemed very nice in the few moments that I conversed with him.Note: I am taking low dose anxiety medication after having my identity stolen and having nearly a half million dollars stolen... yeah, that's a little stressful.Supposedly, that's what made me "addictuality?"And people wonder why there's a heroin epidemic.
D Delorge: Still working things out. But working hard at it.
Tracy Blazina: Do not go here! In our country medical care is essentially a business. That allows you the choice of where you spend your money and where you receive your medical care. This establishment appears entirely financially motivated. I called prior to my procedure with questions and was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. If I can't get a call back before my procedure I can only imagine how I would feel if I needed to reach the doctor if complications arose. I got a very bad feeling from this office so, therefore, I felt it was in my best interest to seek out appropriate care. I can guarantee there we be an automatic, canned speech response apologizing that I was unhappy and that someone will contact me. I am quite certain that won't happen. I made an appointment at Fayetteville Orthopedics which in highly rated. They do the same ESI cervical injections as well as this spine and pain office. I never asked for any pain medications nor did I want it. I only wanted appropriate care. Keep in mind this place, in addition to spine "care", is a pain clinic which means they treat all of their patient population with severe skepticism. A healthy, appropriate amount of skepticism is entirely appropriate and certainly expected but not to the patients detriment. Please do yourself a service and scroll by this office if you are in need of medical care. I myself had heard bad things and I read all the negative reviews and because I was desperate for relief, I elected to try it. It was far from worth it!!!!
Candace B: On January 10, 2023, my assigned doctor had an emergency and my appointment was rescheduled on this date at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Simranjit Singh, it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The only solution he had for my extreme pain was to schedule for another injection after I informed him the previous injection I had administered in December, 2022 by him did not help my pain level at all. There are other treatments for back pain other than injection after injection. Dr. Simranjit Singh should not assume that this is the only route a patient would like to take and if that’s not a choice to opt in then there is no solution for you. He had the audacity to tell me if the tramadol is not helping, I don’t know what else to tell you. If you’re not knowledgeable in this field and do not have compassionate for patients who are experiencing this type of extreme pain then maybe you should consider administering injections ONLY!! Do not waste patients money and time scheduling one on one doctor appointments.
Tonnie Bodden: The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude , she doesn’t listen and hung up on me . When I called to make a complaint the supervisor acknowledged the fact the receptionist gets many complaints and expressed how “you all ( assuming patients beyond myself ) cannot always ask to speak to maya”. So there is already a known issue with the rep because everyone request to speak to the additional agent . I will be getting my last procedure this Thursday and it will for sure be my final visit with wake spine and pain . I spend so much money on treatment— I will seek a better environment for servicing . The standard is so low.
Casa de Playa MiraMar Combate: The staff in general is very efficient, at the reception only the bilingual woman was very friendly. The provider of my services, Tanisha, was excellent, she has treated me a lot, seeking to relieve my lower back pain. Unfortunately my treatment was interrupted because on three occasions I had to change my appointment for personal reasons, they did not give me the opportunity to speak with someone to reconsider my case, they simply told me that they could not provide me with more services because that is the policy .
Rosy Cueva: Not worth your time!! ! Front staff (young lady) had an attitude. I was supposed to be a new patient and had an appointment, an hour and a half later I was still sitting in the lobby waiting to get taken back. The front staff never care to let me know that they were running behind or even check one to give me updates. I had to get up 3 times. I then asked if I needed to reschedule and she replied with even if you do, it ain't going to get you seen any faster. Just Wow! That type of attitude. To top it off, they are the ones who called to reschedule my appointment, and squeezed me into this one knowing they were already at full capacity. They need to stop being hungry for patients ($$) and actually schedule patients according to their medical staff on hand. I will take my money somewhere else. Terrible customer service!
Tali Angel: Another Edit: They have 3 doctors working here that have adverse actions on their licenses.Edit: Even after submitting my feedback DIRECTLY to them when they sent me a feedback form, they DID NOT get in touch with me to discuss my concerns. It seems as if they only write that here so they can look magnanimous. I will once again tell everyone who thinks about going here to go to the state medical board and lookup the doctor before making the decision to go here. I did not do that and then I found out they have a doctor working for them who has a malpractice settlement listed in his adverse actions and per state law they can't divulge what it was because it is below a certain amount of money. I understand this is how the state does it but I wish someone had given me the advise to look up the doctor first because I would have cancelled my appointment.Do your research before you decide to go here. Make sure to always research the doctor you are seeing including reviews, their website, the clinic website, and looking up their license through the state board. I was treated like a second class citizen and told I have a mystery illness even though I have a diagnosis from another doctor.
Miranda Williams: The staff was very professional and the clinic was very nice and clean
Kim Sanford: Very rude staff.
Diane Neighbours: This place is amazing! This is the first doctor to actually explain to me what’s going on with my entire back!
Jordan Branch: The front desk staff are incompetent. I called 10 minutes prior to my appointment letting them know that I would be late. Was told it was okay, that I would still be seen. Drove all the way there, and was turned away. (App was at 5, got there at 5:15). Also got a call from them an hour before my appointment time telling me that I couldn't be seen because the medical records that they insisted on requesting hadn't come in yet. It would've been okay to reschedule, but an hour before my appointment? Insane. Luckily I had what they needed record wise to be seen, or else they would've turned me away. Pain management is a difficult thing to live and deal with as is. Save yourself the time and stress. Go somewhere else, and get the customer service that you deserve.
Yvette Mauldin: I had a 5:00 appointment, and wasn't seen until 5:30. I did not get upset about that, although as a patient, if your more than 15 minutes late, you will more than likely be rescheduled. Tamesha Kamconteh was the physician I was seeing. I have seen her on other occasions, and she has been fine. On this day however, she was rushing me through my appointment, and actually said to me, "Sweetie", (which in the south, you know what that means) I need you to hurry up and decide what you want to do, I have other patients waiting." Excuse me!!??!! I had only been back there maybe....10 minutes, you were 30 minutes late calling me, now you are rushing me to make a decision concerning my health!?!! I was very hurt, and offended. She treated me as if I was a piece of meat. As if I had no feelings. She wasn't doing anything for me for free. I pay to be seen, and even if I was being seen for free, you don't treat people this way.Her bed side manner needs to be addressed, and I will be speaking with the manager of the facility. The front desk staff however has been extremely courteous to me always, and are great at their jobs.
Dayami Cubero: The worse place I ever been.
Sandra Scheer: I half-way expected hassle or dismissal, but was quite pleasantly surprised. Provider was helpful and very supportive. Totally satisfied with visit.
Moroccan Zah: They were thorough and kind. The physician took his time in which I was impressed. I’m going back ❤️Dr.Cooper

Eastern Carolina Pain Management Center: what do users think?
E. Patrick Walker: Very professional and friendly courteous and attentive. Dr. Toni Harris has a true concern for the wellbeing of her patients and it's easily noticeable. I am very happy that I was sent to Dr. Harris. She really works for the improvement and recovery of her patients health.
Rebecca Martinez: As others said.. The Dr. Is horrific.. All she did was criticized me and tried to make me take nerve induction after my MRIs show all my problems..Make it makes sense .. She’s the reason I haven’t seen a Dr in 3 years
Connie Mcleod: Dr. Toni Harris is not just a pain Management Doctor but an individual that understands pain personally. She understands what we feel and works hard to help each person’s concerns.Plus Dr. Harris goes to bat for her patients when insurance companies try to deny services needed.I trust Dr. Harris completely.
China Doll: She has been wonderful and she has the compassion for her patients. If it wasn’t for her I would have never found out my hips were bad. I have been going to her maybe 6 or 7 years and I would recommend her to anyone. She also has treated my migraines. I will give her more than 5 stars if I could. ✨ ⭐️ 🌟
Brittanie Pierce: I wouldn't even give this place a star if I didnt have to click on something to leave a review. They are rude and very unprofessional here.
Angela Allen: Dr. Harris is the best doctor I've ever seen!! I've been going to her for over 7 years for a workmans comp injury, and she has been so caring and understanding of everything. She definitely doesn't put up with " No bull". She'll tell you how it is. I would recommend her to my family and I have, they've gone to her.. She IS the BEST!!
Sylvia Bowen: I've been using Dr. Harris for the last 8 years or maybe 9 she has been a God send for me!! Very caring and compassionate the entire staff is fabulous!! After many years of pain and seeing many Dr.'s she is the only one that didn't send me home with a bunch of drugs I wouldn't have taken!! If you suffer from migraines or chronic pain of any sort this is the place for you!!
R.A. MORGAN: Horrible!
Christina Tackett: Toni Harris is wonderful. She had all the answers I needed and she has helped me tremendously. Thanks again Mrs Harris
Geona Brander: The, Female Dr. Is HORRIFIC.She'll let you die.She refused to treat my tramatic injury.

Integrated Pain Solutions: what do users think?
Jim Carter: The pain clinic has achieved top performance in that genre of medicine. They have improved over the years, and I would send anyone there.
Amy Bendura: My husband is going here for his back, and I'll start off by saying they are wonderful about his treatment and care. His doctor truly listened to him and made accommodations for his short term memory loss, by making sure everything was written down. However, they need to learn how to treat family and drivers better. I had to sit out by the elevators, which I understand with precautions and such. What I don't understand is why I couldn't use a restroom for the duration of my husband's procedure.I sat for over an hour having to hold my bladder. So for the lack of compassion to the families and people that care for and about the patient being seen there is a loss of a start. For patient care though excellent service. As a medic and nurse myself it was truly heart breaking to see other medical providers, just ignore the need of a family member. It's not like I was asking for a 5 course meal and a massage, I just needed to use a restroom.
Victoria Caine: The clinic isn’t bad but they have no after hours numbers which leaves patients stranded when they end up in the ER or in surgery.
wound nurse: No one gets 5 stars :-) but I will give them 4.9. Dr. Bressley and his team are top notch. I have been seeing them for Acupuncture, with good results albeit temporary. Dr. Bressley is compassionate and listed to my concerns we formulated a care plan together.
Victoria Wanner: At first I was annoyed with the new patient first appointment wait time and having to be “approved” as a patient. I have an autoimmune disease and moved from FL to NC and needed new drs, so I knew I needed pain management, it wasn’t new to me.However, after getting past that, I’m extremely happy. I was bounced around a bit due to COVID (which I understand, it wasn’t a big deal), I started with Holly, then saw Cecilia, and now I see Jennifer. I have been happy with all that has had a hand in treating me and I was impressed that my treatment wasn’t interrupted even though I had to switch PA’s/DR’s. Jennifer is great and makes sure that I am able to function in my daily life. She ensures that I am able to have a good quality of life even though I have a painful autoimmune disease that is determined to make sure I have no quality of life. If it wasn’t for Holly, Cecilia, & Jennifer- I don’t know where I’d be. They encouraged me to do more and I was able to go back to school and do things I didn’t think I’d be able to do because of my pain.I have been to terrible pain management places, places that have made me cry and told me my pain was in my head/made up (even though my xrays/MRI’s/lab work clearly shows it’s not made up). IPS is a great facility with people who care about your pain and how it affects your life.
Shannon Maddox: I enjoy the office everyone is so friendly. They also have CBD oil
Davis Ausby-White: I had to take my parents there for treatment. Due to my weight loss situation I had drank 50 ounces of water. HOWEVER when I asked to use the restroom I was told that the CEO says no guest is allowed to use the restroom due to COVID. I COMPLETELY understand we are living in different times due to COVID. I can even understand not allowing strangers off the street to come in and use the bathroom. BUT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND NOT ALLOWING THE DRIVER WITH THE PATIENT TO NOT USE THE RESTROOM. I had to drive all the way to Harris Teeter with 50 ounces of water on board and on its way out. And wouldn't you know that by the time I got back my VETERAN father who had a stroke and with bilateral knee replacements was perched leaning against the wall outside waiting for me. As you know I couldn't call them to tell them i had to leave because you can't use phones in the office. If you HAVE to go here and you are with a patient please make sure you haven't drank water or don't take water pills have a weak bladder or have kidney problems.
Amy Smith: Im a gunshot victom and i lost my eye to it and im thankful for these doctors
Delores Gerald: Holly is fantastic she listen and get you what you need.
Brenda Reed: **EDITED FEB.28, 2020**Not long after leaving my 1st review, IPS lost their main doctor, Dr. Patel. He was the backbone of that place. Then I lost the PA that I had been seeing there. I was beyond disappointed, but said I'd give these new doctors a try. However, my 1st appointment with the new PA didn't go well...it actually didn't go at all. My appointment was at 9am with an 8:45am check-in. It is a 45 min drive for me. I got there at 8:47...TWO minutes late for the CHECK-IN & he refused to see me! I requested all of my records, said I'd never be back & I walked out! They did the next patient after me the exact same way! And I've heard more stories since then. So, beware!***********************************************I've been a patient of IPS for over 4 years. I've been to all of their locations over time & have been treated well by the staff at all of them...especially Fayetteville. I've never had a problem at any of their locations. I'm always listened to, helped & referred to a specialist if necessary. I highly recommend them!
D Carter: I have the best doctor and I couldn't even start to say how wonderful the staff is.
fireproof1965: Dr. Holly Mcnally is a great loving and caring doctor!!!!! She truly cares about her patients!!!!! Everyone is so nice at Integrated Pain Solutions. Highly recommended!!!!
Jala Keymoore: These so call doctors at these pain management centers, they don't know a person pain, u don't judge a person being in pain, because there blood pressure is high, that's bull -------- no one knows a person pain but that person, whennu got the DEA, or other investigators getting on to these doctors about what to give a person, what is thebuse of going to that doctor. If you want a goid.pain doctor I suggest u pack up and move out of North Carolina.
Leslie Lee: This facility doesn't make me feel like going to a run of the mill pill mill which we have in other parts of town The PA spotted an issue with my back and spinal cord and referred me to the necessary surgeons who ultimately surgically repaired the problem that caused 50 per cent of my pain Also they referred me to PT and dry needling and meditation They proved it's not all about pills I would reccomended this office to those who want help other than just opiods!
Deborah: Treat you like your in no pain and the lab is a joke.they need to do hair test and not pee.
jason massingale: they have a lot of resources, and really care about helping with chronic pain. if anything can be done for your pain, they will find it!
Patrina Strawderman: The doctor is very nice
Brooklyn Weatherall: I like my Doctor he listens 2 u and the staff r nice and polite. I would refer this 2 anyone. The atmosphere is great.and the wait time is alsome.
Dap Twoxx: I am very happy with my Doc and staff. Thank you
Carl Clayton: I have a great doctor and the staff is great
Rose Gallagher: Doctors are fine but make sure you requests and keep your receipts from here. I had to pay twice because I paid cash and did not receive a receipt. Something that really upsets me is having to repay a fee because staff did not enter it into their system or kept the cash for themselves. I have a permanent dislike for them now.

Advanced Spine and Pain Center: what do users think?
Bree: Waiting room was too small. So many people packed in one space.
Ann Drabek: I'm the driver for one of their patients. They do not value your time. I find it amazing that a lot of Doctors think you have nothing better to do than sit and wait for them. We should start billing them for our time.
Sunni Cottoy: Just another insecure male dr who is only a PA and I knew more than he did. Another legal drug pusher. But as for my injections by the Indian guy I was pleased he has a very steady hand. The facility is poorly kept tho and dirty.
Angela Hewett: Advance Pain & Spine has been a lifesaver to me. Yes, I go back every 4 to 6 months. But, thankfully, their treatments have kept me off pain meds. It’s allowed me to have a much better and enjoyable quality of life.
Mary Gorton: The staff has always been nice and friendly to me .
Rosie Orse: I am a long time client and I feel totally confident in the staff and services provided by this staff. They are always informative and attentive to my needs
Lala Locklear: I have came to Advance Spine and Pain for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are always friendly, polite, and share a warm smile. I go to the Fayetteville and Lillington locations. The doctors are caring and kind always taking the time to talk with you explaining what is wrong. The whole office goes above and beyond to take care of my needs and the needs of others. I have never had a bad experience here. I mostly see Dr. Berryhill. The office always works with my crazy work schedule.
Angela Watson: I have been going to the Fayetteville office for several years and have received exceptional care! Berryhill is the primary one that I see but I have seen a couple different ones as well and received the same care. If I am in pain or have a problem they take the time to listen and come up with a solution to help me. The office staff has always been very pleasant and helpful as well
Brittany Williams: This place is highly unprofessional and ran by the most incompetent care providers. They will not take your pain seriously and will waste your time with their lateness and utter rudeness. They are absolutely cruel to veterans and the elderly as well.
Evelyn Munoz: I have been attending the establishment, for a little more then a year. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, and consideration . The place is always clean. I have never been treated like nothing else then who I am. Lord bless Dr Tray and the staff. I will definitely refer others 🙂
Journey Storm: Horrible! Wasted my time. Requested female Dr. but set up appointment with male Dr. that completely wasted 2 months of my time while I continue in agony after losing my regular pain clinic due the missed appointments while I was going through the worst year of my life, separation after 19 years, taking care of my baby brother while he died from brain tumor, lost husband and Sister in Law all in 8 month span while in severe depression and had been off meds while caring for spouse while he died in November after horrific car wreck. Said needed clearance from my psychiatrist and would start me back on my meds but come next appointment a month later said only had 1 MRI 4 years ago and was normal and would not listen to a word I said because that's completely wrong and refused to put me back on my meds for chronic arthritis, migraines, ect. Was so incredibly rude, I could not believe it. Just unreal.
Patsy Locklear: This office is horrible. BerryHill is a horrible doctor. My physician said something to him and my orthopedic surgeon and I PAID THE PRICE. His assistant, Kathy is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL employee there. She is cocky and disrespectful. I first liked this office, but as soon as my doctors got him. They turned on me harshly. I would NEVER EVER NEVER go there again.
Danni Paige: Don't even bother with this place. Provider Trey is the worst. Thinks everyone is drug addict instead helping people who suffer with serve spinal pain. If I could give negative stars i would!
Beth Kelsey: I started going to this practice in January 2021. I’ve been to other pain clinics but have never been treated as well. The staff is very friendly and professional. The nurses and dr are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and I finally feel I have found the perfect place for me.
Gerome Q. Banks: Bottom line: They're ok. Not as convenient or friendly as you might like. If you can find a back and spine center with better reviews, you might want to try them first. The staff and doctors are better than previously thought; in the beginning, they had prescribed a prescription that couldn't be filled. They should be aware of the applicable, current laws and regulations and how to prescribe drugs that require insurance pre-authorization. I called back and forth between the doctor, the pharmacy, and the insurance company but for some reason, no one could figure it out. After further review and appointments, the office followed up, fixed everything and bent over backwards to accommodate.I've had injections here as well and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff are friendly and competent, for sure.Another Edit: It is not as easy as it should be to get your records. Most places now have a patient portal that they use where patient records are uploaded for patient use. Here, you have to physically come in, sign a release form to release them to yourself, then provide a fax number to have them faxed...what?! How about email...or an electronic portal...or a system that surpasses the technology of 1983.
David smith: I'm about to diss charge from this stupid unfair place
jenifer johnson: Dr. Parker is awesome, I have been going there for months and I must say it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Any problems I have regarding my health issue Dr parker is on it and I love the fact she is always smiling...🤗
NA. NA.: The good reviews,on,Google;referring to,Advance Pain &Spine.Are,Employees,or,Friends.The Dr. At Advance Pain & Spine,Is Horrible. The Dr.won’t give you any remedies, for, imminent pain. That Dr.will offer injections, that gruesomely hurt. Some Caucasian Employee, treated me Horribly;even pulling my pants down viciously. While I was on an operating table. That Male R.N.Is equally Horrifiying.
April myers: Well, I have certainly saw a lot of bad reviews here. I must say, you are asking way too much if they can’t help you. You certainly can’t go in and bombard the doctors in Advance spine and pain. These doctors DO listen, at least to me they do. They have helped me a great deal. You should not expect to be “cured” if there’s not a “cure” for you in sight. This clinic was highly recommended by a doctor I personally know from Cape Fear Valley Hospital. Personally speaking, I really like my doctor and nurses there and have NEVER had any problem being seen or listened to. If your not being treated correctly there, then it’s as simple as just finding another pain clinic. They also will more than likely notice your a problem patient. They have been in this field for a long, long time and can recognize.Good luck to those.
max Lawrence: No help here. Dr. does not even talk to you. Can not recommend for anything.
Dion Oliphant: Took my wife there because meds they gave her made her sick, gave them unused meds back , they gave her another kind of pain medication which the pharmacy would not fill ,they said the dr said we didn't leave old meds with them, they lied. So she has no meds for pain and they lied, why would they lie unless they are doing something wrong.
