Giancarlo Crespo: First time I went I didn’t have a great time because even though I paid from 9 to 12 I started playing at 9:30 and they stop us at 11:30. But second time (June 24, 2023) I went in the store and started the check in earlier and at 9 we were playing, the referee even though we were his first party he was awesome we played on a couple of fields and played different game modes, and we played our whole 9 to 12 time. Will continue to go there.

RichardKrissi Derby: Great place to have a Birthday party. Gavin was extremely professional and entertained the kids. Skills varied and he took the time to assist when needed. The courses are very well maintained and fun. We will be back!!!

B D2C: Highly recommend! First time patrons and first time players (Father & Daughter). We stopped in without a reservation and we're welcomed without hesitation. Our lack of knowledge did not seem to be problem, EVERY staff member and EVERY player we met expressed positive attitudes towards assisting us with instruction and example; from use of our rental gear/equipment, rules, and even making sure that we stayed engaged as part of a team while on the playing field. Truly a remarkable community and experience!

Andrew Zents: I’ve been going every weekend for a couple months now, the referees are all very good at their job and very good people. All the staff there is super nice. We had a referee today named TJ and you could tell he just loves the game, wants to teach people about the game and help them get better. There’s another ref named Alex and he is also very great at his job. Also helping the new kids and making sure they’re having a good time. Very fun place, would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Matt Webb: Shop was great and everyone was nice, however the wait time between airsoft games was absurd. Regardless of the length of the previous game played, 15 or 30 minutes, there was always a 20 minute minimum rest period(I timed them after the first two).I was there from 11am until 4pm and only played 4 games. Luckily I have my own gear so I only had to pay admission, however if I was renting, I would not have felt I had gotten my moneys worth.

Olivia Russell: I went into Black Ops not knowing much about airsoft or paintball. My kids love to play paintball and for their birthday they wanted their own gun for when they went out and played.I talked to Drew. He was very kind and was very willing to help me find the perfect gun for my son. Drew was very intelligent on the guns in the store and his expertise helped me find the perfect one. His experience and expertise on the subject made my trip very successful he was very smart in this field and I will definetly make the trip back up to talk to him again if I ever need another gun. 2/25/23

Christy VanGorder: This past Saturday (3/11/23) my husband and I had a birthday party at Black Ops for our 14 year old. We arrived and were checked in at the front desk. The group referees/coaches immediately started interacting with the group of seven boys, making sure that they had all their equipment, safety gear and went thru all the safety training prior to starting out on the courses. Probably one of the easiest birthday parties I have ever been involved in. All we had to do was provide drinks and pizza for lunch. The coaches did the rest, keeping the boys entertained and engaged. Our thanks to the Black Ops staff, management and especially the Coaches for a great time. We will be coming back. Highly recommend it to ALL parents with teenage boys :)

Jeff: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!I recently ordered the dump pouch (small size) and the pouch itself is very well made and is a great design for its purpose.I received my pouch and only tried it out on my belt once and then a few weeks later I noticed the stitching near the belt loop / molle area was separating! Perhaps I just got one that slip through QC, no big deal, and with out any questions or hesitation Raptor Tactical received my return on a Tuesday and I had it back repaired and good to go , on Thursday of the same week (2 days). That is something I never expected and have to give you guys a 5 star review for sure. Very satisfying knowing there is still some companies out there that actually care about there customers. ????Thank you and I will definitely use Raptor again in the future.

Amber Cassel: I ordered my raptor tactical Odin III belt and couldn’t be more happy. I ordered knowing it would take some time to receive, because they were transparent and honest from the beginning. 2 weeks after I ordered the belt shipped. They expedited the shipment and I received it in 3 days. The quality is phenomenal and the fit is perfect. I haven’t had a chance to take it out and put it through the paces, but I am sure it will hold up to the test. If you’re on the fence, just order it. You won’t be disappointed.

Jacob Ladd: I had been looking for a battle/gun belt and I stumbled upon Raptor tactical. I had seen their stuff online and noticed they were based out of Fayetteville, NC; I decided to visit the store in person. The ladies that worked the front counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. When I decided on a belt that didn’t have my size in stock and told me they would rush order and make the belt. They had it done the next day before noon. Awesome service and even better gear.

Daniel Gallagher: Made a phone call to see if they had what I wanted in stock and I could tell right away that they were going to bend over backwards to help me so I stopped and said I'll be there in an hr . When I got there I was helped immediately. They offered to get me what I wanted and a price match to boot. I needed something that day so they hooked me up with something in my budget and caliber and told me no lies. Plus the house music was outstanding. Forever a customer instantly earned.
