chan ham: This is the only place in Fay that offers KBBQ. Overall, good experience dining and their pork belly and shrimp quality were good. Do not cook porkbelly with other meat. Marinated meat will mess up your pork belly. They offer Pho and sushi. Only one server to serve many tables where water and replacement grill pan may be late. She worked hard and thank youm It can not be like the same experience as you had in Kore or other Korean bbq restaurants in the US, but you will get a good deal with $28dollars all you can eat.

Hannah Myers: My first thought when I pulled in the parking lot was “are they closed?” But the sign clearly said they were open. Even though the parking lot was bare. This place is way too expensive and is not worth the money. Service was okay but the food is just horrible. The pre-prepared food was disgusting. The raw food that you have to prepare your self was of horrid quality. Even the desserts weren’t great. The only thing edible was the corn on a cob after we had to defrost it on the grill😳. This place is definitely going on my “never-again” list.

Katalina Adrian: I don’t normally write reviews, but this is a safety issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered one rainbow roll for takeout and it was the worst “sushi” I have ever had. I should not have even eaten it because the RAW fish was discolored and the avocado was brown. When I tasted it, it was definitely old fish. And their customer service is even worse than their food. I called them yesterday (right after I received the food) and told them my concern. They told me to call back the next day when it wasn’t “as busy.” That is what I did, just to be told that their “policy” is no returns or refunds, even for dine-in purchases. I will never order from this restaurant again. That is a safety issue, considering they are serving raw fish that is visibly inedible. If you order from Ohana International, be extremely cautious because if you have any issues with your order, you will lose your time and money and receive no help from the restaurant, as they informed me the reason why they could not help me was because they are “just a restaurant.”

Denise King: This is a totally different kind of buffet, my granddaughter is 11 yrs old but she is really tall because her father is 6 feet 2 inches tall. This restaurant charged me adult price for her because she was taller than the hostess who was 4 feet 9 inches tall. Keep in mind most Koreans are short compared to Americans!!! Very disappointed!!!
Jazmine Citizen: The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. The white sauce was not like regular white sauce I’ve had at a hibachi restaurant, I didn’t like it. Also when we arrived we were told if we didn’t do the Korean BBQ ($20+ per person including kids) we would have to get the food in to-go containers but we could sit at the tables by the front entrance. I didn’t really understand why they don’t serve people serving hibachi entrees. I was not expecting that.

When the store is about to close, they make sure that within the few last minutes we can purchase what we needed to the last closing hour. It’s very hard for me and my spouse to travel to the store, but when we get there, it’s worth the time and headache for our travel to and from.

The Crawfords: Ate in instead of take out (our normal). They were not busy so walked right in to order. The staff was friendly, as usual and the food was brought out fairly quick. Everything was good, no complaints.

When I got there I asked for them to remake both of my plates because lo mein gets mushy and wanted a fresh one but they just reheated it, if I wasn't in a rush to get to work I would have got a refund the food was not good like it usually is when it'd fresh .

Jaquita Mcneill: Came home and they had a menu on my door so I decided to give them a try. Never heard of them before. Placed my order and they called and said they were out of the doughnuts, ok cool. It’s the way they called..they called and said “hey you placed an order through “Beyond Menu”. They were talking so fast I could hardly understand what they were asking me. The were so rude and so nonchalant however I spent like 50$ because I didn’t feel like cooking nor taking my baby out in the storm to get groceries so I shrugged it off. I called back to see if I could replace one of my items because I saw that they had something my bf wanted instead of what I originally ordered and they were just down right rude again. So I asked how do I go about canceling my order because the customer service was terrible! They said I had to call “Beyond Menu” so that’s exactly what I did! Canceled my order and my money was back on my card in less than 5 minutes. Thank god for that! Because I took that money and ordered from the Chinese restaurant that I always do business with and just had my bf pick it up on his way home. You guys may want to put someone else on phones because the person you have is going to cause you to lose customers….
Aaron Sponaugle: I wish I could give negative stars. The lady at the counter is beyond rude and needs to be trained with manners. The rice is rock hard and ice cold. The spare ribs are equivalent to rocks and the coconut chicken is putrid. AVOID this place at all costs.
Jeffrey Dong: The experience here was great. Although food is prepared a bit slow, the wait is definitely worth it. Last time I had a problem with delivery putting their own tips, I called back to the restaurant and they refunded me. The worker told me they were unaware of the delivery driver doing so. Pick up is always great. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for food as there are longer than expected wait times. Great experience altogether if you are looking for a cheap decent meal.

Pro hacker: Food was great, service was great. Meal was prepared promptly. Be prepared to wait around 40 minutes for food due to low staffing and a bad chef but otherwise, overall great experience. Recommend it greatly 10/10 for a cheap meal choice.

Lawrence Allen: I wish I could put no stars because it is just pathetic. Be careful when coming to this place they will over charge you and give themselves a tip basically. If they say 5-10 mins be prepared for a 15 - 20 min wait . If they charge you a flat price and there is no cents in the price they are most likely over charging . If you go in and don’t like the price you paid grab a menu and I guarantee you got over charged. Yesterday I went and got something that came out to 35 even and today I went back and got more stuff but took off one thing that should have made a $9.50 difference plus taxes ofc and it was a whole 14 dollar difference. Not gone lay they good is decent sometimes but it’s just sad that they is basically stealing from there own customers

The coconut shrimp was burnt, hard, and thrown together like mayo and potatoes. The spring roll was hard as a rock, mushy, and tasted like old baby food. The lo mein, I give it a 5..but overall I give this spot a negative half star for the wasted $35 dollars. What a joke…and now we have to find dinner again..one bite of everything made sure of that. Our favorite spot! We’ve been coming here since they opened and never disappointed. The food is always hot, fresh, and consistent and the portions are great too. Very clean and the owners are so nice. Highly recommend the spicy hot pot..delicious, just the right amount of spice. Mongolian beef is on point! Sweet and sour chicken is my favorite because their sauce is different and not the super sugary kind everywhere else serves, also the chicken is actual real chicken (not that processed stuff) lightly breaded and fried. Absolutely LOVE the kimchi! Being half korean, I love that they have a small menu of korean dishes when I want comfort food or to mix it up.
I am very happy that I gave this restaurant a shot. There is a mixture of Korean and Chinese food. It was delicious and freshly made. I thought the pricing was reasonable and appropriate for the portion of food you receive. The inside is absolutely immaculate on cleanliness! It was not too crowded and had plenty of seating to choose from. I loved how friendly and personable the staff were as well. They were very outgoing and patient. This will definitely be a regular visit for me. If you love Asian food, I definitely recommend them.

I was looking for a really good Chinese spot to eat at and happened to pass by here and decided to give it a try and I am regretting my decision over and over again I got a sesame chicken plate and a small sweet tea it came out to $16 dollars over all not to bad I’d say but what was in that plate was very bad the chicken tasted like straight soy sauce and had no flavor what so ever and they might as well keep it short and simple with the “Sweet tea” and just call it tea because ain’t nothing sweet about it. If you want really good Chinese or just food at all go ahead and keep it moving because you won’t find it here.
Bri: This restaurant is so good! The food is absolutely delicious! Our go-to Chinese place has started closing on Mondays, so we decided to try out a few new restaurants. Asian Express will definitely be among our favorite places now. I like that they offer a variety, including Thai dishes. Their food tastes more like a fusion of different Asian cuisines rather than traditional fares. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu.
