I can't say the same for Uber drivers etc. I felt safe during our 1.5 hour journey, and she's an excellent driver.I would very much highly recommend this company to anyone.Paying for the service was done via text message and they were very polite and courteous during my initial call with them.I scheduled my ride with them 4 days prior for a 5am pick up, and at 450am the vehicle was in my driveway.The price was excellent; in fact, it was 45% less than Uber. It's an excellent value and I would of paid $20 more.The bottom line is that I found the needle in the haystack.This company is going to go far because they are NOT chasing money. michael e: Son went American airline to bush international, they changed their policy about only one parent can go up with an unaccompanied minor. Last year, we both were able to see him off. The airport is nice though the bottom is at least.

Trevor Ferguson: This is June 19th and I am a gold medallion, sky priority, sky miles delta member. I came in on flight on the 18th but my bags never made it. I came today to the airport to get my bags and the delta counter attendants have me sitting here for going on three hours and haven't told me or even checked on my bags. After three hours and me raising my voice they told me my bags are not there. Also there was a manager that said he was going to check on it and never showed back up. Very unprofessional.

Very convenient, restaurant, sundry store, plenty of seating.But the lines are extremely long! Long check in, no kiosk to tag bags, no bag drop. The TSA line also extremely long.

John: I have been coming through this airport for the last 20 plus years. It continues to improve with additional shops, restaurants, and airlines. The USO also has new recliner chairs for service members. The airport is very clean.

David Putnam: Worst airport, millions spent on additional gate put they can only handle one plane at a time. Don’t believe me? Try arriving when a plane is parked at the gate. You will wait for over an hour waiting on lazy ground crews, poorly trained desk staff and baggage handlers that talk/look at their phone more than they move luggage. I include American Airlines in the same worst category. Top tip-use RDU

victoria: Super great airport with the kindest staff ever, you’ll be through security in 5-10 mins. Only problem is that it takes them over an hour to get checked bags off the plane and onto the baggage pick up belts every. single. time. No other airport I’ve ever been to takes this long to get bags from the plane into the airport. I think it would be an amazing idea for this airport to partner with local artists to get more artwork in it, there’s a lot of great space for creative Fayetteville related art that is currently just blank walls and empty floors
