Child Support Enforcement Office: what do users think?
Melvin Grady: Suspect
A.M. Valcarcel: I handed this office a perfect file in April 2022, requesting child support from my children's mother. I provided pay stubs as they were requested and did everything they needed from me. My case was delayed twice, and on the 1 year anniversary of my filing we came to find out that my income was never updated in the system to demonstrate the significant change in circumstance that was caused my my ex's relocation 1 1/2 hours away. My request was denied thanks to whatever is happening in that office.
Edna Starling: Finally got a phone call saying that after 22 years, I was expunged from making any more child support payments! Very happy day for me!!
The original mermaid: Never gets anyone to call you back. I spoke to a supervisor and what a waste of time. This place is a joke everyone needs to be fired and they need to start from the ground up. I just don’t understand these people act like you are with their husband or BF. Just horrible. Just needs to be done !!!
Catherine Dalrymple: I would give them zero stars if I could. My caseworker is terrible The absolute worst. She does not return phone calls she does not answer emails and when you go into the office to looks at you like what are you doing here but I have no choice to go in there cuz she doesn't answer anything. To go in there cuz she doesn't answer anything. The 800 number is a waste of time because they can't help you because they try to get in contact with the caseworker who is never available. They need to do better over there cuz they are families a I know they don't care about the families but I care about mine. I hope the supervisor or somebody sees this and they can fix the big problem they have over there.
Jaricka Pirog: It's been 1.5 years and my case has been passed over 3 different times. I still have nothing established! Something needs to give and better communication to the clients.
sherlie boucicaut: Child support case workers well my case worker is truly the worst! No communication at all with me! I have a hearing with no time just a date and location! Also no email confirmation nothing! Truly i don’t understand why try to even sign up for this when they take years to establish anything! I’m highly frustrated about this
Mimi J.: From my experience with Kerry and Attny Roberts, the Child Support agency is more concerned about getting your case out than justice. If your case worker shows incompetence earlier and isn't representing what you need, request a change immediately. You will be told the CS attorney doesn't represent you, but suddenly in court, someone that you've never spoken to is going to "represent" you. You're treated like a mere statistic, unheard and they don't advocate for you at all. Get a lawyer if you can. The judicial system is highly flawed and unfortunately little children's livelihoods are caught in the imbalance of power, politics, socioeconomics and prejudice.
Keenen Williams: Was told invalid information regarding a case. Took them two years to rectify it.
HEIS IAM: I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. My case worker Sherby Hudson has always been prompt when I have had to contact the office and speak with her. Even via email, she gets the job done. She deserves a raise for all that she does! I have had her for years and she is always the same! If I was able to give her 20 stars I would! Thank you for all that you do Ms. Hudson! Also, when I have called in my representatives have been great no issues at all! Always nice and pleasant!
Jessica Brodnax: Non-custodial parent went 4months without paying due to not being gainfully employed. They lowered the payment by 75% and he paid it for a few months and then nothing for the past 3 months. I call because I found out that he has another job. I'm told that if he actually has a job then I would have to request recalculation and could end up with less if they find that he doesn't have the job or is unable to verify income (due to working under the table) but I would have to wait for the case worker to call me back which doesn't seem to be high on her list of things to complete lately. --- update --- Still no contact back from the caseworker. They sent him a letter and he has started back making payments in the lowered amount.
Lanika Baldwin: 2/23/2022 I called around 12pm and was greeted with thee most rude and disrespectful person ever. Had a severe attitude and was smacking in my ear.
Beard God: Anyone else find out a yr later they were supposed to be paying child support
Yakeesha Jackson: I think I need to move to a differnt county and have my case moved there. I have been calling there since around August/ September of last year trying ot reach my case worker and to this day I have not talked ot her. Ive emailed her and still nothing. Im convinced she doesnt even work there anymore. The receptionist are alwasy friendly, but they offer little to no information. Apparently my case has been in locate status since forever. Noone communicates, and judging by the other reviews im sure this is not a isolated incident. At this point, I convinced that noone works in the office except ther receptionists. I wish i could give zero stars.
Edward Jackson: Corruption at its finest
Neysa Figueroa: Absolutely ZERO help. They really could care less about the child.
Waleed Nuriddin: You better pay your child support 🙂
Sheena Johnson: Who really likes this place... I have paid all my dues and reported to the office by phone 3x now about it and yet they are still garnishing my pay check.. now I'm due to be paid bk and noone wants to call me back because coincidentally the case worker is always out when I call and has yet to return my calls or send me any paperwork nor my employer
rosa rodriguez: The staff are always friendly and helpful a d my case worker really cares.
JR R: Can never reach them by phone. Typical government entity: bloated, lazy staff that does the bare minimum. Your "caseworker " has 48 hours to return your email or phone call, it rarely IF ever happens. Get an extremely good MALE lawyer, especially if you live out of town...well worth the 1800$ to avoid this cesspool of mediocrity and despair.
Portia Payne: The ladies were very nice and directed me to the right floor.

Lori-Dawn Peavy: Life savers! This place rocks, love ,love the staff and amazing services they offer!! Thanks so much for all your help and support and hard work!!!!
Theresa Alford: I wouldn't advise no one to go to that doctor's office because you have a 4:00 appointment is 6:00 6:30 before the doctor even come to the office where do they do that at then she come in there with an attitude she don't have time to listen to nothing you have to say she rushing to get you out of there and you already have done sit there for a whole hour and 30 minutes my very first appointment was at 4:00 it was 6:00 before she got there you ask them why you can't get her earlier appointment the first thing they say well that's the only time she work in the evening but then you get a 4:00 appointment and she don't come in there till 6:00 what kind of sense do that make someone need to report her to the medical board or report that office to the medical board you ask them how to do that they act so ignorant like they don't know
Tiphani Slayn: Very helpful
Tamekia Nichols: Good information for those under insured or no insurance. Check them out for medical services needed
Natascia Epps-Hamlett: Free testing for diabetes, sickle cell intervention, HIV testing, and Hep C testing. This facility is a gift to the community in helping educate people in their personal health.Testing is also same day results which is very helpful.
Dahnitra Credle: Free HIV and syphilis testing. Know your status!

RHA Health Services - Fayetteville: what do users think?
Tamisha Hill: The Clinton Facility that does not have a website, or access to a phone number. This company previously known as Adapt and Opportunities Unlimited and now RHA needs some staff development training to say the least.I entered this morning to obtain information and was greeted by an unprofessional and rude staff member. So much so that I was silent because I assumed that she was a consumer. She asked “who you looking for”. No hello, no welcome to RHA just her repeating “who you looking for”I said I had hoped to gather some information about your program. Staff members says “well Diana is busy you can come back tomorrow if you want to.”Diana comes out of her office. There is one person waiting to be seen, I ask would it be possible for me to wait and be seen today, there’s one person here. I have been searching for your program for several hours this morning. Diana says very rudely “Well I have other people in my office”, turns to walk away, then says you can give her the phone number. I said “no thank you.”If this is how I was treated then. I could only imagine how those with developmental disabilities are being treated. It was very disheartening as there are very few day programs for the developmentally delayed in these rural areas. I’ve worked in the business of caregiving for many years and this was totally inappropriate.I called the Fayetteville office and I guess the merger with Clinton’s facility is very new as they had to search for the information and was unaware of their own affiliate. Id suggest that before dropping your loved one off you’d sit and really pay close attention to the interactions. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 20 year, quality customer service is the bare minimum. Unfortunately RHA of Clinton has missed the mark.
Valarie PIGLET Peairs: I love and miss my RHA Family so much. 💞🙏🏽💯
monalisa barnes: I know the people that work here have good hearts and truly care about people.
Tam Beckford: It’s really help me to get a good job
Shar Powell: Great staff , clean environment.

Jonathan Martin: If you are wondering where to tithe, volunteer or donate this is a great opportunity
Mike Brown: Hard to find. Not much that they provide unfortunately! Shame there is really nothing available for the elderly in Cumberland County as they are overwhelmed with the numbers needing help according to their staff.
Debra Knowles: I don't know how the folks who left these other reviews got services but I contacted them in October when I fell. Here it is February and nothing. They told me about all these great programs that they had available and signed me up for 2 or 3 and I've heard nothing. Don't waste your time this is obviously just for show. But I certainly do appreciate the very timely and helpful assistance I got from the Baptist men's association. They were willing to help me
Will Johnson: Today, we had the pleasure of a young man by the name of Malik visit our home. Malik was both friendly as well as informative. He presented a comfortable demeanor and an open ear. His service and his visit was welcomed and he should know that he did some good today 👍
Dawnelle Pham: Necessary services for keeping seniors at home; meals on wheels, ramp building, in home aide service and more!!
Tara Whitfield: Thanks to Mr. Steve for adding handle rails on my back porch for my mother. Mr. Steve did an amazing job , and his personality is so amazing. He is so professional, and he gets the job done with ease. The two front desk sectaries were very sweet and polite when I reach out to the organization. Keep up the awesome work Mr. Steve and May God continue to bless you in your endeavors. Look forward to seeing you again.Yours truly Tara & Patricia Whitfield
Beverly Doyle: Called me right back but unfortunately no one is delivering in my area
Sylvia Jones: Great ppl. Make you feel welcome!
Butch Darnell: I could not ask for a better experience.
Timothy Ingram: Medicare and Medicaid support for those of us who don't know! Volunteering is available and those offering this service are highly trained.

Shanna (shann): The lactation information given at my appointment was excellent. I received hands on help with my baby and information through email to come back to if needed. The communication is extremely lacking. Plans would be made to meet up and she would not be there after stating “come anytime”.Messages go unanswered for hours and then by the time you get an answer the day is gone and things aren’t done that we discussed. I won’t go into personal detail but she just stopped haven’t heard from her in almost four days. I am now in search of a different lactation specialist in the area. One that will communicate with me and if it is an issue I’ll have an alternative way to get in touch.————-Editing since I cannot add to the reviews after the response I got. Please don’t insult and talk about the fact that people are good with services that are free because it’s not the case with me and payment isn’t an issue. And good for you guys that you’ve only had two bad reviews. There was no apology to me for wasting my time at all and it’s not easy moving around with a newborn. Let’s focus on just making appointments to follow up instead of saying random things you know that you won’t follow through with. I think it’s bad business to get on here and try to throw shade professionally but I caught that. Good day 👍🏽
Jordi C.: Angela started off as a good doula. She was helpful during my birth. However, she provided horrible lactation and postpartum support. I have reached out to her twice after my birth with lactation questions and general concerns and both times I was ignored. Not sure what went wrong but she provided absolutely no communication. Angela spent an extensive time going over my postpartum plan while pregnant so I was utterly shocked by the lack of support I received. As a second time mom who experienced a traumatic birth experience with my first, breastfeeding was so important to me. Angela knew I was moving to a new state a couple of weeks after birth and promised to get me connected to other people in the area, she failed to do that. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the support I received from her. If I didn’t reach out to my best friend and other consultantsI would have gave up on breastfeeding altogetherResponse to business owner: Yes you were paid for a certain amount of visits. We still had one more visit that YOU cancelled last minute because YOU had a scheduling conflict. Not to mention you showed up to every appointment late. It’s quite sad that you are making excuses for your un professionalism and lack of compassion. I knew more about your life than you knew of mine because you have a very weird habit of constantly speaking about yourself. You should take this criticism and allow it to make you better. Because I am not the only woman that has had a negative experience with you. Not to mention you stated “ I follow my clients at least a year after birth “ lol well that was a lie. Blessings to you Angela ! Do right by the vulnerable women you claim to care so much about.

Southern Regional AHEC: what do users think?
Pika “PIKA NA SMILE” Smile: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionists are very rude and don't care how they talk to you. They are very unprofessional and don't take the time to listen to your concerns or needs in order to correctly help you. This place needs to train their resptionists on customer service, and how to talk to people.
Charline Piñero: Customer service. Really bad . I just call for cancel an appointment. No courtesy and hang the phone …with really bad attitude
Becky Rebec: I have been a patient for 9 years, and until recently had no complaints. Things have gone down hill in the last 12 months. Twice I had appointments at 10:15 and had to reschedule because each time the doctor still had two patients in front of me. Staff informed me that ALL doctors are behind due to the policy of making appointments 15 minutes apart, which is clearly not enough time. We patients are keeping the doors open, so why are we treated as if our time doesn't matter? In order not to have such a long wait time, I was told my only option was to make my appointment at 8:00 am, which I have done, but that is clearly NOT the solution to this ongoing problem.
Chevon Jackson: As a patient, ADVOCATE for yourself when it comes to diagnostic testing and treatments. Don't trust the provider just because they said so. I was almost given the wrong medication and mis diagnosed. When my blood work was abnormal, no one called me back. I had to call them for a follow up.If you're having medical problems, go elsewhere. They won't help you unless you take matter into your own hands and follow up with them.
Shakhira Miles: If I could give no stars I would . They are unorganized and unprofessional !
Michael Callahan: First time going there. I could not get an appointment with my primary care provider's office. Needed a yearly physical in order to have my B/P prescription refilled. No open your mouth and say ahhh. No checking your lymph nodes. I asked the Doctor. "Are you going to check my breathing?" Hold on, let me get a stethoscope ". Worst ever experience that I have ever had! They had me sit and speak to someone for what seemed like an hour, to say maybe you don't need them anymore. BTW, I am not a doctor! They were going to let me leave twice without getting the normal blood screening.
Tali Angel: Unfortunately I have to amend this review. I used to be happy to have residents as part of the care team. However, lately I have changed that opinion. It used to be that you would be assigned a provider and that would be who you would see and communicate with for questions or refills. Over the past few months it has gotten more and more difficult to get in touch with anyone who will help you, let alone your primary care provider. There have been several instances in which requests to who was thought to be the primary care provider were bounced around to several doctors over 2 to 3 days before getting a response from someone you have never heard of telling you they are filling in for another person who is also filling in for the actual doctor who they assigned you to and never informed you that they assigned that doctor to you. Some doctors appear to become easily offended when examining a patient. It has become difficult to communicate effectively with providers and staff. When an issue with a patient does come up, they will protect their provider, which is as it should be, don't get me wrong. However, they ONLY protect the provider and do not offer any type of protection or advocacy for the patient. It's heartbreaking to me that this facility has changed so much because I was with them for close to a decade.I just want to say that Bonney Wheelden, ARNP is my new personal hero and I want to thank her, her nurse and everyone there for making me feel heard and noticed for the first time in months.
Alexis Carrington Blake: This gets a 1 star because of the values and ethics that some of the receptionist DO NOT have. Apparently it’s okay to display condescending and passive aggressive behavior while working here. Certain receptionists have evil ways and management feels if they talk to them it will correct the problem. GETTING rid of the problem is the correct response.
Ann Drabek: Seriously, they are requiring masks Again! My mother is a patient here. I will do my best to convince her to find another doctor. This is about control not the spread of a virus. What freedoms are you willing to give up to get medical care?
Rohma Usman: The medial providers are great when you can actually meet them. I spent 30 min being told my call should be answered within 1 min as I am next on the line. Was misinformed about availability to meet my provider and set up a virtual appointment. My provider arranged for same day rapid Covid test and then a meeting with a provider and I was unable to get hold of anyone to see me. I will be looking for a different practice.
Sasha Anderson: I see a different doctor everytime I come in for an appointment. I keep asking about a referral for issues I have been having for years and continue to get dismissed. Front office staff is nice. It's also difficult to make an appointment here.
John Gage: My doctor doc Hilbert was one of the most disrespectful doctor I have ever meet, his idea of care was to say I was fat and to young to be disabled, and on making those assumptions without any real medical reasoning just brushed me off, I have never felt more ignored by a medical professional in my life even in a Florida prison I was taken more serious than this guy. Also my mental health was largely ignored by Dr. Darby in my opinion. If I can find out if possible I will be filing civil litigation for failure to provide fair and honest treatment. This is a failure by a professional resident who is responsible for training our future doctors.
Doreen DeLorenzo: I have had so many issues with this medical facility from misdiagnosis to failure to treat. Today I got my test back and it is positive for Covid SRHECt sent me somewhere else to be tested because they won’t see you nor test you at the office. I’m trying to make an appointment and they claim there is a hold on my account and they will not see me because I owe them $98 from a Covid test back when Covid tests were not supposed to be charged,, January 29 of 1991. This bill was already cleared up once because if it’s wasn’t they would have never seen me since then. This disgusting facility refuses to see you if you owe them any money… they refuse you medical care. I am not a young girl and I’ve worked in the medical field ,mostly hospitals, for 30 years. Never have I encountered such a disgusting treatment of patients were the only thing that matters is money to these doctors. I only have a small window of time to get the antiviral in me. Let’s wait and see if they bother to call me back I’m guessing not. For the record, I repaid them again for that bill so I should be clear. Let’s see what excuse they give me for not treating me now.
Hailey Lacy: This is the best care I’ve received in Fayetteville. Every single staff I encountered was so kind and I truly felt listed to and heard, which I’ve found hard to find in doctors offices. Feeling optimistic to go back again, when normally this is something I dread!
Patrick Nuttle: Be trying to get my results for over a month and have not heard a thing. Not too mention all of the voice mails I have left.
Knight Hawk: While on the phone asking questions, the person I was speaking to proceeded to hangup on me while I was in the middle of speaking to them. I waited for them to call back (my phone number was given and is visible. They also knew who I was through my files with them.) I will say I will more than likely never go here again.(In response to the owners reply.)No the call was not disconnected due to traffic or service. The phone could very clearly be heard being put back onto the receiver. If it had been disconnected due to what you had suggested and I had not heard the actual phone hitting the base I would have called back.
Joseph Warfield: Been going there for 30 years. Great doctors ( DR.Stephenie Insixiengmsi is the best.) She makes me feel so good. Great attitude and so willing to help. And always, the whole staff is great. 5 stars for Dr. Insixiengmsi. A great person.
Damaris Santiago: I called yesterday to be seen for coughing and neck pain. The girl who answered my call told me I needed to get tested for Covid before they could see me. I explained that I had just gotten the third (booster) shot Friday but she said I still needed to get tested. Called back 2 hours later with my negative Covid result and asked at what time I should head over there but she said they couldn’t see me till next week. If they were unable to see me she should have said that rather than making me drive to get tested to then tell me they couldn’t see me. It is disrespectful and unprofessional.
Jessica Richardson: Office is really great to get you in and out, also refilling medications. Consider seeking care elsewhere for any complex issues, from my own experience providers became dismissive related to ongoing/worsening issues or simply correlate the symptoms to a psych condition. I am finally being seen by a provider at another office and being treated for toxin exposure. Dr Wesley could practice active listening. No need to respond with an automated response, this is the level of care displayed at this facility.
Marisa Maneiro: If I can give no stars I would. Becareful cause they will Violate hippa law. They tell your business in the hallway thinking you not still there and other patients can't hear
Elise Smith: I've recently had the opportunity to talk to Katelyn three times to f/up on a response from my doctor. They are super busy and the wait is long. However, Katelyn has the best attitude considering the circumstances, knows what she is doing and is friendly. Kuddos to Katelyn.
